CarePoint Medical There was a mistake in the information they had in their computer.

I was specific about CarePoint Medical doctor and hospital that I regularly see and was assured that they were both covered under "the plan" at my first appointment. I was directly lied to and was told that there was a mistake in the information they had in their computer.
