Careem balance amount not put in wallet by captain

I had booked careem from Sindh board hostel to Friends banquet on 29/06/19 in Hyderabad sindh (Pakistan) . At drop point the total amount was Rs 215, I gave the captain Rs 500 note but the captain said he doesn't have change so i told him to put the balance amount in wallet. But on getting the email i was surprised to see that balance was not put in wallet.

Captain Name = Shaiq Ahmed Khan
Booked = GO White Suzuki Alto
The balance amount to be reimbursed at the earliest.

Careem unable to access careem customer service via phone as my first complain could not be solved

Hi,

I am very frustrated not to be able to access Careem Jeddah. I cannot pay using my credit card. Last time i called i was able to reach a customer service agent who told me to put my credit card details via the website. I did it and it still does not work.
I called today +966 9200 33786 but it takes me through a lengthy voice operator which ends without anyone attending my problem.
It is the worst customer service experience I have. By the way, the website does not have the promotion being in the apps. How is that possible?
Please revert asap.

Careem payment

I just downloaded careem app and the first click I did a mistake .I press to bue a package of 99 DHS. They charge me of 99 dhs but on my wallet it wasn't even showing.i couldn't even use this amount on my ride.they charge me separately by cash without option to pay by debit card.and worce that I just can't reach customer service.thereis no phone and by email no body reply.and now it shows left only 15 dhs

Careem rider service

on monday i booked a ride at agha khan hospital (ayeshamanzil) ... he took my ride and after 10min he transfer the ride and then when he was abt to reach my place i dont know what happen ride was gone and i received a message from careem abt we're sorry ... and now im having negetive balanac its not my fault u guyz canceled it .. so plz get me away from my negetive balance its not my fault i did'nt cancel my ride u guyz dit that ... and i have a message also of ur sorry ..

Careem my mobile with captain

My mobile is with Captain umara khan pakistani, who dropped me at airport.
He said he will hand over my mobile to careem office at Riyadh, following which he is not picking up my call.
I have not received any information as yet from customer service as well after 2 complaints and sharing information after their initial contacts.
Please share your conot act number. The numbers provided on the sitems is coming as error.
Requesting for early action please.

Careem captain complain starting ride without reaching destination

Careem captain started the ride without reaching the destination and i have entered the exact pin and after that when i call him he didnt pick my call so plz take strict notice regarding my issue. Because u didnt take actions thats why these captains are doing the same thing on daily basis so plz take strict notice.The driver complete info i am providing u

Careem sudden block

respected careem management

I join careem from April of 2018 on that time the traning was just how to recive ride and how to collect money and how you finish.After that many changes happend and careem start doing block captons and when captons complain the careem management they says YOU are temporary block your id will open two to three hour .

Now my question why was not told to capton on that time that you do this mistake that why we are going to block you .
and why was not give to chance to capton to justify his position .
My request to your higher management that atleast gave a chance to captons to justify his positions before going to permanent blocked.

I will be very thankful to you if you consider my request.

Careem customer service

Today I boarded careem fTom I.10 Isb to Centurus Mall with ID.[protected] for my family.We book a cultus but arrived Alto.By mistake I give captain 5* as phone was with me and this is my bad habbit i always give them good score but my family share after ride that captain was not much trained the style of driving was very rubish.Further I feel that captain shows arrived from far destination to get waiting charges.The service is feeling poor day by day I don't see the future in Isb.The practice of new stake holder as he settles the exposure grafh looks down.
Pls look up the matter seriously

Careem unfair charges

Today I booked white alto suzuki mehran number 1605. Name of captain I didn't remember but his mobile number was 03039840959. My estimated fare was 275-330pkr.. On the way he adopted speed of 80 or 90 & no signals stop even or traffic jams. But when we reached he showed fare of 820pkr & took 850pkr. When I asked why he said its peak charges. Which was 1.1 & its go mini.. Its 2.39pm & I reached office at 10.10am. No bill or no sms regarding ride I received yet. & unable to understand how come he charged that much high fare..

Careem careem ride round and around in dubai (overcharge)

Today, June 17th, 2019 at 8:22 I've boarded Careem vehicle Lexus ES300H, silver color, Licence L23201, driven by Sheik Raja for a ride from Emirates Aviation College, Building B to 79d Street in Mirdif. Driver took me a very long way around. I did not react on time, as I was busy on the phone. So my ride from Garhoud to Mirdif was around by Wafi. This resulted in much higher fare, of around AED 126. In itemized bill I have also noticed a charge for waiting of AED 48. And of course AED 4 for Salik, as we crossed the Garhoud bridge twice. The fare for the same ride on May 26th was AED 31.
On top of everything, driver told me I won't be charged anything, as it was his mistake and he could not pull the fare amount on the screen.
How do I get my money back? (Charged my credit card).

Careem careem

Yesterday i booked ride from monal to parking of trail 3.
I use to hike towards monal in the evening and take ride of careem downhill.

Usually the bill hovers between 300-450 depending on the peak factor and car.

Yesterday, me and my friend reached monal around 7:30 PM and booked careem. It was showing 1.1 peak factor and fare of 380-420.

Instantly we got the sign that careem captain is nearby. We called him and finally got the ride.

When we reached our destination, captain was insisting us to drop us exactly in front of our car. Anyhow, ending the ride he said, Sir 1, 776 Rupees.

We we shocked seriously! Like what? There was no traffic, neither there was any unusual peak factor ( it was 1.1) which means if normal fare is 350 we can be charged 385.

But how come 1776?

Captain became loud and enlightened us with these points:

1. SIR G, pahlay hoti thee Careem aur UBER es leay sasti thee. Ab dono companies aik he hain tou monopoly ke wajha sy loot maar kr rahe hay company... hamara tou koi qasoor nei.

2. Hill surcharge laga hua hay new.. 1, 000 tou minimum charges hain ap chahay book kr k 2 qadam baad utar jaein.

3. Sir g 1.1 peak factor ka matlab hota hay 200% fare. Matlb 400 ho tou wo 800 ho jata hay.

4. Ab na tou credit hoa krayga aur na he wo free rides wala chakkar.. aur ab jahan b jaein 1500 sy kam nei hoga fare.

We found all these points ridiculous. Still we had to pay him the amount.

After that, i instantly lodged a complaint at careem app and received an automated email, that's it!

What made us feel fishy was, there was no communication via SMS or EMAIL i.e i didn't receive any receipt at all..

I checked app for that ride.. POOOF! In my rides history, there was NO such ride at all... Like today literally never happened 🤨🤨..

I checked Facebook and found many such posts from different people who experienced the same fraud!

Careem captains override the application and generate fake payable amounts.

I am still waiting for careem to respond.

Careem the location accuracy issue

i am complaining about the issue i am facing with careem rides in Pakistan. The location the App catches is not accurate. the careem driver waits at wrong location for 10 minutes and cancels the ride and i am waiting at my house gate seeing no ride arrived. and the i get charged for the ride cancellation.
the contact the captain interface should be in the app instead of me texting captains pvt number and getting a response that i didnt see your message. so i waste my money on calls and text msgs to get the captain to reach the right location and then get charged for cancellation as well.
Kindly improve your service. or many others like me will prefer Uber over Careem since they have no such issues.

Careem captain bad attitude

My name is Hajar. I ordered careem to my accommodation located in Silicon Oasis City to have a trip to business bay today at 5 PM

In the middle of the road, the captine asked me what's my name and told me that I'm not the one who should pick up and he picked me by mistake. I tried to convince him to drive me to my destination then you can go back to the other customer or just apology because it was a mistake but he refused which cost me to lose a very important appointment and his reaction was very very bad.

I trust you reaction and feed back

Careem unawareness of the rider location and uneducated captain

I am hassan from Pakistan. I ve order for careem bike an hour ago, I my self called captain 4 times, he is totally illiterate and unaware of location and maps he cant even operate careem application. He wasted my one hour totally poor service and poor management I was regular rider of careem but now I m gonna tell my family and friends not to use it its totally fraud. And just wastage of money.

Careem non increase of fare rates

Hi Careem Team
I have decided to convey that I am a vendour and I want to highlight an important issue which is really keeping me disturbed. As it is very clear that there is a lot of increase in the price of petrol and other fuels in the last couple of months and there is no increase in the fare rates of Careem due to which I personally feel that there is no benefit for the vendour in running vehicles with Careem as there is no earning for the vendour but Careem is earning a lot. If this situation is going to persist like this, then I shall have to decide about breaking my contact with Careem as vendour. Please look into the matter as I shall decide to discontinue the relationship with Careem as vendour if remarkable benefit is given to the vendour.

Looking forward for a quick and a favourable response.

Dear sir I am careem captain and also a student in pakistan lahore dear sir
In last year my careem captain id has been blocked by careem in pakistan I have no criminal issue and any other issue etc but I dont know why my id has been blocked by careem paksitan I have never issue with customer I have never tease a customer but please I dont know why my id has been blocked so please dear sir please open it my careem number is [protected] so please sir I need it hardly I want to.
