Dear Careem Team,

I am a vendor of Careem. and first time i took a ride on careem on dated 15/11/2017 (Blue Mira) from Sachal Goth to Munawwar Chawrangi and returned from there to Sachal Goth, Driver's Contact Number was [protected].

My bill was PKR. 299/- and i gave him PKR. 500/- to deposit for my further ride. but my balance was ZERO when i took my other ride the very next day? where is my balanced amount?

you are requested to kindly update me where my further balance is?

i am waiting for your prompt response.
