I booked this ride with estimated fare of 292 rupee but unfortunately it became 430 rupees which is nearly double as compared to initial booking. It was a hectic and uncomfortable journey due to the weather and double ride fare made it even worse.
kindly review the fare and adjust it.

Sir I had booked careem mini ride on 06 june 2020 from location karachi-pakistan, I mistakenly typed wrong details for ride, I cancelled the ride as earlier as I realize it, kindly waived the cancellation charges

This is to inform you that my client Mr. Nasrullah Khan Awan s/o Muhammad Rafiq Awan r/o House 22, Lane 29, Phase II, Wah Model Town, Wah Cantt, Tehsil Taxila, District Rawalpindi (hereinafter called ‘my client') has appointed me his legal counsel and turned your disputed account over to me. The following factum probans [relevant-facts] are hereby put forward for your perusal:

1) That my client selected Careem's trusted service for his wife and niece to travel, without any male escort, to Munawar Colony, Rawalpindi on 03-03-2020 at 12:10 am.

2) That the pick-up location as Lane 29, Wah Model Town, Wah, Rawalpindi and drop-off location as Munawar Colony, Rawalpindi were obviously available on the map display.

3) That the car was showing at 3 minutes away from the pickup location at the time GO was pressed on the mobile number [protected] owned by my client's wife.

4) That the GO+ was picked and resultantly the Captain Sajjad R. driving a Silver Toyota Corolla AUW-064 was assigned by Careem.

5) That the Captain reached at the pick-up location in 15 minutes instead of 3 minutes as stated in para supra.

6) That the Captain appeared with outspoken attitude at the pick-up location. He announced arrogantly that, "I have spent Rs. 400/- fuel to reach the pick-up location", "Where is this Munawar Colony situated?", "How much is the fare shown on the Careem's portal?", "I have joined Careem recently and know nothing about the portal".

7) That the Captain constantly displayed obnoxious and nasty attitude towards my client's family during the ride. He murmured that, "the amount is very less".

8) That the same occurrence has taken place twice which wasn't reported to Careem but it is third time and it is more than enough. Moreover, your helpline contact number [protected] was dialled but found switched off.

9) That instead of drop-off location the Captain not only forcefully dropped-off my client's family near Ternol in the middle of nowhere without male escort but also grabbed from my client's family an amount of Rs. 800/- by overriding the actual amount shown on the portal governed by Careem.

10) That a criminal proceeding shall have to be initiated against Careem through the culprit Captain to award an exemplary punishment for the embarrassment conducted towards female passengers since Careem is vicariously liable.

11) That a civil litigation shall have also to be initiated against Careem through the Captain for severe gross negligence which has inflicted emotional distress, mental agony, multiple disturbance, wastage of time and monetary losses to my client and his family for claiming damages to the tune of Rs. 100, 000/-.

In the circumstances you are hereby advised to settle the disputed account within 14 days of the receipt of this Legal Notice, failing which the legal machinery shall come into motion for the criminal and civil proceedings. The original text of the Legal Notice is being uploaded at your web portal in the complaint area and a copy is kept in my office for further legal proceedings, if desired or required.

I am working for careem as a captain in quetta.they have very unfair policies for captains as their rates are very low and targets are very high and difficult to achieve .they also impose unfair fines and penalties on captains from time to time which makes earning more small for captains as the car fuel and maintainnace is also on the captains plus company fee.very small amount is left for the captain and if a captain fails to achieve a bouns his income goes to the company.i was driving part time but I am forced to stop driving due to their unfair policies as I am fed up now and I am not going to recommend any body to drive for careem.

My Career Captain's account got finall block, I visted the company trying to unblock my account but they refused, knowing that the reason of the block was that a customer complained that there were a smoking smell when he entered the car.
So I was not smoking & he said that but there were smell of smoke.
It so aggressive to block my account for that.
Please, I need the Job, please unblock my account.

I was captain at Careem from 2 years and worked 12 to 14 hours a day, I have always tried to meet the criteria given to me by Careem and don't know what was the reason behind blocking my Account, My behavior was Good with all Costumers and no one has any complaint about me. Please unblock my Careem Captain Account

I already sent the complaint before through careem app and u guys dont even bother to respond; your driver had cancelled the ride and i dont understand why due to that i should be the one to pay extra money?!?! This is simply cheating! Next driver who dropped me overcharged me; i have all the fotos as an evidence of this abuse! Return the money pls

i wanna discuss about the issue i faced "i got a ride and i reach the pickup point and the rider waited me 10+ minutes and then he come and i start the ride after 5 to 10 minutes my motor bike got puncher, rider said i wanna reach early so you end the drive after that i end the drive fare shown 108 Rs on my screen board, he said i never pay you any single rupees enter "zero" or whatever you can so i called to call centre services and inform that madam rider do like that and gone out so what to do she guided me enter 58 Rs and close the ride and then disconnect the call, i do right what she said but its nothing to do like that i have no option regarding so i enter 108 and complained also in office but nothing to do right now and i also the negative balance with no fault. please resolve this issue thanks.

Aoa, I have to say that careem staff's behavior is very poor with customers... Meri id eid py block kr di gai... Ub bar bar calls lahore sy aa rahi hain or kaha jata h k id open h ap office jain... Main 4 say 5 dafa time nikal k office gaya or wo bat hi nai sunty... Or misbehave krty hain... Ub kal ki bat hai main phir office gaya.. Main reception py gya main ny kaha or apni id btayi... Tu puri bat suny begair kaha k id ni chal skti... Or kha k mujh sy behas mat karo... Or main ny jb manager ka pucha tu kehta hum sab manager hi hain... I'm being charged for fake tripes, as My Credit dard is linked to my Careem account
I've submitted multiple complaints.
but due to the unprofessional handling for problems in Careem Egypt, I didnot even get a resolution eeven a temp one.
I want to raise this escalation to the Uber management.
three trips with proven email confirmation for the fees deduction.

Yesterday my son took the Careem taxi and the driver was driving wildly and very fast and because of that my son vomited in the car so the driver did what can you believe he ended the ride as usual but he didn't drop my son to the destination and instead he kidnapped my son and telling him you will come to clean my car otherwise you will pay me 500 drs or he will call the police
I felt worried that my son is late inspite it's shown in the app that he reached home then I called my son and he told me what happened and I spoke to the driver who talked rudely and I asked my son to leave the car and u believe he walked sick for 10 mints to reach home and I heard that driver still shouting over the phone that he's gonna call the police
What safety and behavior is that and I reported to the police and I need you all to share me this to stop this Careem app and banned it from UAE for the safety of our kids

Dear Sir/Madam; My name is Muhamamd Naeem and I am captain of Careem and was driven car for careem as captain and maintained rating 4.83 in the category of silver with 100% acceptance Careem. Today my captain ID has been blocked without giving any reason. I am continuously following up with the office. My CNIC # [protected].
Please resolve the matter and give my sold reson for blockage of my cream id.
