Careem careem's vendor complaint, islamabad-pakistan

Dear Careem Team
I'm a vendor of Careem Islamabad Pakistan.
Needs your sympathetic consideration.

Since yesterday 3rd May, 2017 my captain's ID is blocked, for your ref avg of rating from all cycles, retrieved from Careem's vendor portal is quoted below;

Avg Acceptance rate 96.6.
Avg rating 4.82.
Captain ID details: Javed Murtaza [protected]
Vehicle registered with Careem: ADD -342 [Islamabad]

I'm really surprised and worried that an esteemed and professional company's like yours have such system errors. It really hurt the performers and consistent achievers.

Kindly consider this case for renewal of ID. Your support is of immense importance to avoid business loss and to captain's motivation.

Also check and suggest the solution to avoid any such loss scenarios in future.

I have also submitted this request at [protected]@careem.com & [protected]@careem.com, but no solution offered till yet.

Aoa, i am a careem captain, i. D 955240, my id was blocked 5 days ago, reason they told is i took ride in some other car, i did it as my cars engine had some problem, i went to office to register other car on my id, but they said write a mail to unblock first, i wrote many times on supportisb@careem.com but no reply, kindly unblock my id so i can carry on my work, tnx

Careem unjustified fare

My name is Ingy Montasser from Alexandria Egypt, yesterday I had a ride with Careem, when the captain dropped me off, he claimed that the internet connection was down so he couldn't tell me how much is the fare, I left 20 EGP, however I inserted a 15 EGP promo code, then I found that I have a negative balance of 10 EGP, which is unjustified.

Careem bad very bad service

I send a millions of complaint and no one answer me who give this company to deduct my credit cards daily without any service and even I don't have this dam application this a kind of thief my accounts I will sue you ... can't believe these unathicl attitude and unproper and unprofessional and bad service from such company...

Careem captain's phone inactive resulted in negative balance in my account.

My name is Shoaib Zubairi and I am a student. I booked a Careem on 23rd April from Emporium Mall to Greenhall Academy Johar Town via "Ride Later" option. My captain was Adnan Bashir and my car was a Black Honda City. Plate# LWN 0450. GO+ class was selected. The captain accidentally cancelled my booking because his phone wasn't responding. Today I opened the app and had 400 PKR in negative balance. An e-mail was also sent by Careem saying that "I" cancelled the booking which is indeed false, the captain did while I was in the car. I paid 150 PKR for only travelling 1km. Hoping to get a positive balance, I got a negative balance of 400 PKR. Please fix this. Thanks in advance

Careem high fare

I have been using Careem for past few months. But I want to register a complaint today for CareemGo Lahore. My fare for today's ride was unreasonably HIGH. Even though my daily fare to this destination has always been in this range Rs. 260 to Rs. 280. But today it was Rs. 621. And that is unbelievable. Selected car was CareemGo. I didn't even see the peak hour factor notification and I never accepted the peak hour fare. Then how can the fare be so high. Kindly take some action or you'll keep losing customers because of negligence on your end or driver's end.

Careem undue charging

It was a horrible experience journey through Careem transportation network company. As suggested on phone call through their representative in call center during the journey, I have been told that Careem system do not auto select best optimized route in case of there is a high level of traffic congestion on the shortest part. The normal 15-20 minutes journey turned into 1 hour due to their system flaw. As traffic suggested at particular point in time that 2 of the alternate routes were very clear and shows green line till the destination except the one which has been selected as a shortest path due to their system flaw. This flexible system has been placed by every other transportation company, along with that the route selection apps also have the ability to adapt to traffic condition and most recent updates.
Also the captain told that he couldn't able to see the live traffic update through their online app, icing on the cake is I also received the bill that suggested the waiting charges are pushed into my cart that should have been catered by Careem themselves as this is Careem system flaw not from the customer or even from the captain. I have been charged 170 rs in addition to the time loss due to Careem system flaw. So overall Careem wasted time, money and also making money through it rather than having loyal customer through customer satisfaction. Can you guys please suggest why customer would come back to Careem if it hits them like that.

Careem driver

The driver picked me up and I told him I had two viewings planned. So after reaching the destination I told him to pls stop the meter and wait until the end of the property viewings. He confirmed he stopped the meter.

I then continued my journey to downtown. I was surprised that I didn't receive any email confirmation about the trip. So I checked and he had not stopped meter. It was 81mins since the start of our journey!

I was in shock to then receive a charge of AED 187!

The driver was so unprofessional and I need to file an official complaint. Lying is not acceptable. I would have let him Go and ordered a different driver once I finished the property viewings. He did not give me a fair chance to do this since he confirmed he stopped the meter upon us reaching the property.

Careem captain ethics and the career app

The Date of the incident is 20th of April at 1 pm I ordered an Economy car and the Captain came with an infinity Q70 I got in the car and asked him to drop me to Dubai mall then he started taking the long way and various exits now I am aware the I may have not specified the drop off location due to the app not warning me to put a drop off location ethically speaking he should have taken the fastest and easier route for the customers

Even if I missed putting the route it doesn't justify an unethical Captain to take me a long route and when I asked him why are you taking the long route he answered me with all is the same

your service is not up to the standard to compete with uber I expect a normal service recovery reaction which didn't happen

I expect my money back for this trip

Careem I didn't booking cancelled

Assalamu alaikum, I booked careem from jinnah terminal and I didn't cancel the booking but because of some problem I told the captain wait little bit more but he cancelled the booking by his self I didn't and careem charged to me pkr 278 why.? I m getting good services from careem.. So do something otherwise i'll uninstall the careem app. Your services are good but didn't get this thing

Careem captain mr. suhail mobile no.[protected]

We first confirm on net then call him at 7.40 and talk about 1.02 mnts. He confirm that he will come with in 12 mnts. Then after 12 mnts we call back then he replied us that u cancel .but we not cancel. If we cancel then how he give 12 mnts time. We boojed with mobile no. [protected] and now you Dr. Our account by Rs220 . My complaint please note and asked to captain why he not come. Salam and best regards.

Careem driver

My name is Mehdi Shah and I am a resident of Defence, Lahore. Today my wife and I had to go from DHA to Bahria town so we ordered Careem. Firstly the driver came and asked for water. He had started the ride already. After giving him water, he then asked to fill up his bottle. So 4-5 mins had passed and we hadn't even left home while the ride had started on his phone. Then he took conpletely a wrong route, and deliberately took the wrong turns. He should have followed his GPS, but he was interested in ripping us off. So a trip that should have cost 450 costed us 750! When we reached, he insisted to give him my phone, i didn't know why he was asking for it since I am not too familiar with the app as I haven't travelled much with Careem. He then went on to quickly give himself a rating of 5 stars...this was utterly unprofessional and disappointing. You are a big company and should know the type of people you are hiring. This person was such a fraud! I am so furious and feel helpless in this case as I couldn't even give him a low rating. Please look into this issue. I am mentioning the details of the driver below:

Careem cancellation issue

On 19th of April at 8.55 pm i have booked a ride from rosati bistro but the captian went on a different route, when I called him about his location and told him mine he responded that due to technical glitch he is getting a different location on which I asked him to cancel the ride since I cant wait that long and now I am seeing negative balance of 150 for a ride i didnt take

Careem wrong charges

I have been unfairly charged for ride cancellation as the driver at the last moment requested me to cancel the ride as he cannot come to pickup point due to his map not working, I called him twice to guide him the address but he insisted to rebook the ride. This severely affected my schedule as this ride was pre booked for airport. I am not putting other details which caused me inconvenience but can provide it if needed. Pls refund my 400 charged for cancellation.

Careem service

Dear Sir/Madam

Yesterday I.E 21st April 2017 was my first day after downloading application to use Careem service.
1)At around 4 pm I booked one ride Suzuki Alto Go Plate # AVB 691
Captain Name: Muhammad AAmir. I guide him he said he is coming.
After 15 minutes i called him that where are you? He said that his tyre got flat and trying to get it fixed I said ok please make quick we can wait. Again after 20 minutes when I called and ask where are you he said still trying to get it fixed and he dont know how long it will take.
My sons Doctors appointment time got over he did not come. I had to cancel that particular ride and cancel our trip.
2) Today again I booked ride at around 9.30 am Toyota Go VITZ
Plate# AJJ 143 Captain name Muhammad Majid. I guided him he came some where near my house I spoke to him on Phone and guided him he was just 1 minute away and very near to my house in Nazimabad No. 5 Karachi. But when after few minutes he doesn't came I start calling him and he was continuously disconnecting my call and after few minutes I received message that your ride has been cancelled by captain.
Therefore I would like to remove Negative balance of Rs. 300. from my account so that I could use the services with out any further problems.

Careem the car rental

Careem driver complaint

Today I booked careem for my husband who had to be at work at a particular time. While I was tracking the driver (Name: Yaseen Khan. Car : Suzuki MR, Wagon, black BHU 631) I thought of guiding him on the phone so he didn't have to go around searching the place and would save us sometime too. We called him innumerable times but he never answered his phone. We kept trying for a longtime from two different phones and eventually got fed up. I even messaged him to let him know that we are waiting but to no avail, I also noticed a couple of times that his phone was busy which meant that it was working well . He was clearly not bothered about us and was somewhere else enjoying his time. After waiting for over 20 minutes, as my husband was already quite late to work, I had to cancel the ride with an added penalty of 200 rupees . We booked another ride and had to pay double the amount . Now my question is why isn't there any phone number given on the website for immediate complaints as this was clearly the irresponsible attitude of the driver and yet the client had to suffer ?

Careem waiting charge

The driver nasir shah waa rude i called him 4 to 5 times that where he is every time he just shouted at me that why i have booked his car... then i said if u r not interested in coming just cancel the ride then he behaved so unwell im really disappointed and one thing more there was no waiting i wait for him min 15mins outside the mall then why he charged me waiting charges... and plzzz why he has noq swnd me msg why u will allow the captain to send msg after drop off

Careem drive

Dear Sir, Madam,

I would like to complain about the service offered by Careem today. I booked a Karim at 1:12 pm from Index tower to Indigo Central 4, Al Safa in Dubai. It was written that the maximum amount would be AED 37 and it will take 10 minutes. However, the driver took the wrong road and it took approximately 10 minutes more to reach the drop off location. At the end of the drive, the fee was AED 54 instead of AED 37 maximum announced on the application.

Therefore, I demand that you reimburse at least AED 20 of my drive due to a mistake of your driver. If I take Careem and not a normal taxi, my purpose is to arrive on time and to take the good road.

Careem ride cancellation process

I am regular customer of your service
my complain is about ride cancellation process...as i was informed by captains many times that if I want to cancel a ride I should immediately call the customer care
within 2 minutes of booking the ride ...well today I did so and I was disappointment because after making the call i was put on hold for the next 5 minutes...and when call was finally answered I was informed that I had to pay the cancellation charges of Rd.168 in any case...because i called later then 2 minutes.
as a regular customer I demand that you should consider this ...and deduct this amount from my fare charges.

Careem captain

I had a very bad experience with careen today ..I ordered a car and the captain wasn't able to reach my location ..I called him to describe the location for him and again he wasn't able to arrive although I did confirm my location on the app and I have been using the same location for many time ..it is not that vague!
Also when he arrives he didn't meet my location and asked me to reach him and it was really far away for me
I don't think am reserving a car to walk and search for the captain ...he was also talking to me in a very rude way ...and told me that it is a very long distance to drive to reach me and I should walk to reach him ! Is it really possible ?!
Am making a reservation to reach the captain ? And search for him ?!
I was late for my meeting and now your are deduction money for cancelling ...in fact I should ask for a compensation
Am late ... And am having troubles in my meeting bec I depended on you !

I used Careem on June 10th. I already had a balance of Rs.100/- in my wallet. And I had to pay Rs. 91/- more. I didn't had any change.
[[protected]] Receipt for trip on Jun 10, 17:21 (GMT+0500) PAK - PKR 91

So I gave Rs. 500/- to the driver, Muhammed Usman Yousaf, and asked him to add the rest to my wallet. He transferred only Rs. 259/- and STOLE MY 150/- Since that day it's the fourth time I am complaining. The careem care assures me every time that my balance will be cleared in 24 hrs. and they FAIL to do so.

The PROOF that I did give him a 500/- is that he transferred me Rs. 259/- which wasn't needed if any of us had any change and if I simply had a 100/-. The only currency bigger than a 100 is 500, which means I paid him 500/- otherwise there was no need to return me anything.

It's the last time I am complaining. I am gonna shift to UBER if this issue isn't solved.
