On January 5th, I ordered a pair of seat covers for my volvo. it is week three and I have not received any email with shipment details. I have tried to contact the company several times by email, the phone number directs to the website which is absolutely no help. the funds have been deducted from my account. Upon researching further, it seems as though this company has a reputation for shady business deals. there have been similar complaints as my own with no mention of any type of resolution. I wish to be refunded.

The company responded to my email and did send me an update with timeline for my purchase. the product was received and was exactly as expected. I was contacted several times to ensure that I had the information on my purchase. I am now satisfied with the company and would like to report that i had a positive outcome.
Fed Ex tracking number
I ordered car covers. The money was deducted from my account at once. I requested shipping details and was sent a bogus Fed Ex notice that said Fed Ex was experiencing problems. I think this is a scam. I recommend not giving this company your credit card information. I think it is unlikely I will get any satisfaction from them. The contact telephone number does not work either.
Desired outcome: Receive shipment or refund.

I ordered coverking seat covers for my toyota highlander.
Evidently they also have a reseller carcoverplanet.com that I ordered from. I ordered three rows of seats and received the third row, instead, I received two front seat sets. The order never contained the third row and after lots of pictures and numerous emails, I finally got a replacement for the third row. They sent me the middle row. Do not purchase seat covers from carcoverplanet or coverking.
customer service and ordering process
I ordered custom seat covers to the tune of 620.00$ they are just a retailer, when they ordered from the manufacturer they ordered wrong ones. I don't even have the option to order those ones. I'm being charged a 15% restocking fee for their mistake. No phone number to actually talk to someone and very little response to emails. Never again. Feel like I was scammed plus I waited over a month to receive
truck seat cover
I placed an order for truck seat covers December 10th 2018. I have received no communication from this company yet they charged my credit card that same day. As of January 5th I have received no merchandise and still no contact from the company after several emails trying to reach them! I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service!

Failed to deliver purchased product
Terrible customer service. Negligent! Ordered from them by the specified deadline and everytime I checked their online order status it showed not shipped. Their website lists no phone number anywhere to reach them. In desperation I contacted the mfg and they confirmed my order was received in time to make Christmas deadline but they were behind. Gave me a phone number for carcoverplanet but is only an automated message directing callers to use their online system, to which they DO NOT respond.
I ordered a set of seat covers from them after they assured me they would fit I had to return them at my cost of $69, and $15 restocking fee. This company is a total RipOff don’t use them you will be sorry!

I order a cover sheet for my van, the website said it will take 4 weeks, only received front passenger seat cover and one side middle seat cover. Did not receive front passenger side, middle seat(single seat) cover and back seat cover(full). Fraud company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They charge me $390.00 for two piece of cloth. Fake Company. Do not Order
