Confirmed CarBody Parts received it 7/29
Called Customer Service 7/30 they confirmed the merchandise was received on 7/29 and I would see a credit to my account and a confirming e-mail in 24 - 48 hours
Nothing received via email and no credit to my account
Called Customer Service 8/3 spoke to Chris who confirmed the merchandise was received and I would see a credit to my account and a confirming e-mail in 24 - 48 hours
Nothing received via email and no credit to my account
Called Customer Service 8/4 spoke to Lawrence who confirmed the merchandise was received and I would see a credit to my account and a confirming e-mail in 24 - 48 hours

Called Customer Service 8/6 spoke to Sherwin who confirmed the merchandise was received and now the merchandise was in inspection and he would expedite the processing, don't believe a word of it.
Told Sherwin that if I didn't see the credit to my account today that I would be reporting them to all fraud alert and scam alert agencies. I'll retract this posting if they actually process the credit today.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Carbodyparts took my credit card order and money, sent me a confirmation by e-mail. i never recieved my order and now when called they know nothing about the order! I gave them the order # they provided me and they say they can't find it and will not refund the money they took from me.
All I wanted was my 2004 Mazda B4000 driver tail light, they took the $93.11 and provided nothing and told me they can't help me, even with their e-mail confirmation in my inbox showing all the details!
carbodyparts ripped me off!

I put an order in for a replacement grill for my truck, 2weeks went by and no grill! I called customer service and they said the part was out of stock! WAIT! WHAT? so im here waiting for a delivery and your out of stock and I have to call to find this out! no thanks...I do not recommend these jerks!
