RETURN POLICY
I Bought a car starter from my wife for Christmas, paid for installation, but they did not have time to install it then so we need to make an appointment to have it installed. She loved it, but it cost a lot of money and since Christmas I have been laid off a few weeks, so we could really use the money now.
So I called Car Stereo One where I purchased the car starter to make sure there was no problem returning the item before I drove all the way there. Guess what, no returns. Only exchanges within 7 days of purchase. The car starter has never been opened, there is no reason why you should not be able to return it. They said it is store policy, well they need to change their store policy.
If you purchase a product from someone for $270. You should be able to return it without problems. Thats a lot of money. What if I totaled my car before it was installed, still not refund? I think they need to change their policy.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
