Just left the Caption Ds in Porter Texas. We ordered our food got our condiments and sat down. The girl delivers our food to the guests that were after us. The lady at table reached across table and grabs the corn out of the plate that should have been mine. Then says oh this isn't our food. Then throws corn back in plate as man is putting hushpuppy back...

I bought a fish tenders meal. The slaw tasted sour. I could not eat it. Could not risk food poisoning. Fish and fries were ok, however the slaw completed the meal. Therefore I feel like I wasted money. Did not feel like driving back. I had not been to this particular Captain D's for some time because the last time I bought something there I took it back...

I visit the drive thru at this location at least once a week. It doesn't matter if the store is busy or not, it never fails...I have a 20-30 minute wait to get my food. The servers are not clean and their hair is hanging over the food. I have complained many times that they need extra help and the servers agree with me. I am not sure how to cure thi...

I visited this location on 09/04/2019 and made a 4piece fish order only. The cost of the order was $9.89 wich I was ok with. But upon receiving my order I discovered that my order was literally soaked in grease and was not fully cooked. Captain D's cashier

I've been a customer a long time, My home was purchased in 1999, I've seen employee's come and go, employee's I've encountered always have been polite, was courtesy, & showed customer satisfaction. I understand as a human we have our days, my purchase was giving to another, then to myself which I was directly behind, my drink was incorrect the employee caught a attitude because I paid for a large not a small and I ask for no ice which wasn't corrected more ice was added to my drink, my change was drop to the ground, no apologies, she just looked at me and closed the window, I pulled my car out, got out of my car to pick up my change. The next day 09/01/2019 I didn't want to return but I did to have the same rude employee wait on me again, I was told she would be with me, I waited 7mins for my order to be taken, 5mins at the window i can understand if there where customers I was the only person outside & no one was inside, the employee was busy texting on her phone eating fries. She has NO customer service at ALL. She's extremely rude!

Captain D's tartar sauce

I enjoy capt d's fish. I like to get the three piece fish with 4 tarter sauce1. Well now I understand there bottom line is so thin, that I have to pay for more than two tarter sauces. I thought maybe it was an over zealous employee the first time. So today I gave the laurinburg unit another chance. Sure enough, I have to pay for more tarter sauce. First, I don't pay extra for half filled plastic containers that is supposed to be about 1 oz. Second, I just came from Frankfurt Germany. I didn't pay for tarter sauce there either. As I said, i like my fish, laurinburg would have been convienent for me to enjoy and continue to eat fish. But now, I'll switch to something else. Anything but laurinburg nc capt d's.

Customer service is horrible. They now have mostly Mexicans working there now. They are very demanding and think they own the business. Capture D”s suck. They don’t give enough tarter sauce for the amount of fish you order. They only put about 4 tablespoons of tarter sauce in the small containers and halfway fill them up. I got a 3 piece meal and they said they were only allowed to give 2 because it was their policy. I don’t believe that. I will not go back. No one should. I’m going to report them to Fox 4 News! They need to be exploited! Maybe they will change! Every should exploit them on social media!

Captain D's deluxe seafood platter

Ordered deluxe seafood platter for a total of 12.16. They left 1 side off order when I asked about other side the manager had a frown and threw the side onto plate. Also shrimp, stuffed crab and fish were a little too dark for my liking. Did not want to offend and have manager do something to my food. It is bad when you pay your money for your food and a manager acts the way that she did . I guess store number is 354879. I will not patronize this Capt. D's again. You do not treat paying customers that way. I will let family and friends know about this store too.

Captain D's Correctness of meal

At 6:30 I ordered a children's grilled fish dinner with coleslaw and hush puppies at the drive thru. When I asked if there was a substitution charge for the hush puppies, she told me no.

There were only 2 cars in front of me, but it took 30 minutes before I got to the window. Then instead of opening the window, she started taking an order. When she was done, she repeated my order of chicken tenders, and I told her no, grilled fish. She then called to the cooks I wanted fish tenders and closed the window. I could not get her attention that I wanted GRILLED FISH, not fish tenders. When I finally got her attention at the window, I told her my order was for GRILLED FISH. SHE THE. TOLD METHAT WAS NOT ON THE CHILDREN's menu. I told her to look at the menu board...it was on there. She still insisted it wasn't. Finally she asked the cook and he verified it was. Then she had to correct the order again. All the while, cars are lined up behind me on a Friday night. The guy in back of me finally pulled out of line and left. Then she told me it was $5.99. I told her the children's meal is only $3.99. She again argued with me. I guess someone told her it was so she corrected the order and it was still $5 something. I told her no AGAIN, that it was $3.99 plus tax and then she told me there was an extra charge for the hush puppies! When I told her she initially told me there wasn't, but to just give me French fries. FINALLY the total was $4.44. She handed me my grandsons meal and went to close the window and I had to remind her to get the drink. I finally left at 7:17! No silverware and no game thing for him when I got it back home. When I checked my ticket, it wasn't even mine, but I was able to get her name. It is Breanna. This girl needs retraining or needs another job. Service is always slow at this location, but this whole ordeal was a nightmare.

Captain D's lack of tartar sauce.

For the second time in the last couple of weeks, we get home with our take out order and find there is no tartar sauce, even though I specifically asked for it and it is even on my receipt. Is there a tartar sauce shortage? We got tons of malt vinegar and ketchup, which I did not ask for. Please, can we just have some tartar sauce? Otherwise, the service was good as was the food.

Captain D's grill to cook grilled meals

I have been to Captain D's a number of times because I love Captain D's. It's has been about 2 months and every time I come the workers say that the grill is down. I went to there today and I asked how long will the grill be down and all she she was there has been no one to come out to fix it. I would like to know how long it takes for the grill to get fixed but I would love to know. I would like some feedback because i really want to get some grilled fish and shrimp from Captain D's soon!
