CEO Jonathan Rose uses hard pressure sales tactics to talk people into agreeing to do a 401k Rollover to precious metals. One they agree, he takes a 30% commission without the customer being aware. He encourages a "long-term" hold so people won't know they've been had. He even claims when they check their balance it's not really their balance.
