On July 20th 2018 I brought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in to capital Chrysler Jeep dodge fiat in Edmonton, AB to install aftermarket headlights. When I picked up my vehicle and drove it back to my hotel (I'm not from the area) I had noticed that the signal lights had not been re-installed and left hanging, a few days later while driving I noticed that the headlights had not been aimed properly and were shooting directly down about 5 ft in front of the vehicle. When I emailed to complain about the service I received I was told that the service manager would call me to resolve the issue. He called 2 days later and spoke about how his service technician was very good at his job but did not reinstall the signal lights or aim the headlights. I was offered no resolution for the issue. The reason I am writing this is out of anger honestly Ive paid my hard earned money for goods and service which I did not receive, as they have set me up with not one but two major road safety concerns.
Excessive overcharge for hourly rate.
Vehicle brought in for service. Charged $1656.00 for 6 hrs. labour. Hourly rate is not $276/hr. Service dept. mgr, General Mgr, Owner contacted. Unwilling to provide explanation or resolution.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
