CapBeast Beanie

My daughter spent 50$ for 1 beanie Christmas of 2021, It was an inside joke for a friend. Anyways, it never came in. She asked for a refund multiple times and they said no. They said they are behind. This went on for months. She finally gave up. I received the beanie yesterday. She is already in college and its been almost a year. It is now 11/8/2022. I called her to tell her this random beanie came in the mail. She said well...the inside joke is over now...and she ordered it last Christmas. It was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks and it took an entire YEAR. The absolute worst company to order from. Never Again.

CapBeast Have not received my orders

8 weeks and still no hats , I ordered 4 , got 2 of them and the other 2 are just not comming i guess. I reached out on facebook , got a few generic responses and now I am being ignored. I asked "what if i ordered 100 hats" to which the reply was "I would have them out next week" Which is just a complete lie. This company is not worth the aggravation . The portal sucks. The order process leaves you hanging completely without knowing whats going on.

Desired outcome: I want my hats , or my money back

CapBeast Scam Hat company

This order was placed on December and according to them now that we finally were able to reach them they will not be issuing a refund because it started production on February 14th. Paid $55 for, thank goodness, just one hat... DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

CapBeast Hat

It has been four months since I have placed an order with capbeast. After placing the order then I was informed the materials were out of stock, I was not offered a refund only a percentage discount on a hat that I spent $50 on. It's insane that I have literally almost waited half a year for a hat from a company that specializes in custom hats and over charges for them. This is the worst experience and Worst customer service I have ever had.

Desired outcome: My hat or full refund

CapBeast No product / no response / no refund

If you're checking here before you buy, you're smarter than me. Do not buy from this company. You're just donating your money to whomever is on the other end of the website. My friend and I both ordered a cap with the same logo, but different nicknames. My friend got a response with my order on it almost immediately, but it's been crickets ever since. No refunds are coming. No product is coming. The only sense of scam related to covid is when this company tells you delays are because of covid.

Don't give them money.

Also, could be a coincidence, but my buddy's card info was also compromised shortly after the purchase. I have not had the same experience.

CapBeast No product received in 2 months

Don't buy anything from this seller, it is most likely a fraud. Purchased multiple hats on 6/10/20 and have not received anything. Sent multiple emails checking in and still no product. Their facebook page hasn't had any updates since 2019.

CapBeast Hat

My son is 10 he called all excited about 1 month prior to Father's Day Saying not to check his chore card he has a chore visa card to learn how to say money that he makes $30 a week doing his chores from cutting the lawn to all the odds and ends picking up dog poop blah blah blah blah. He was so excited he told me that he paid for extra shipping and handling and not look at the purchase so I wouldn't know what I got. I asked him if he checked the website first to make sure it was legit or a scam he said he thought it was legit he is 10 years old.
Father's Day comes Father's Day passes I finally look up what he purchased on cap beast. About a month has passed since Father's Day I called the company Facebook company they told us that it was because of Covid I've asked for a refund I have not heard anything back after ask for the refund they blocked my messages this place is a scam they should be shamed full of themselves from stealing from people to be quite honest I am very pissed off about this and I want to spread the word about this Internet scam company.

CapBeast Capbeast hat

I ordered ONE mesh-stretch fitted hat on April 1, 2020 and have yet to receive my order almost 3 and 1/2 months later (it is now July 13, 2020). When I was first emailing Capbeast about my logo design, they responded to me within 24 hours. Then, as soon as I made my payment, they disappeared on me. I emailed them a month after my purchase and they responded that with corona that the orders will take longer than their stated 4-6 business weeks. So I waited. Then last month, I checked in again TWICE and no one responded. So I asked for a refund. Again, no response. Finally, last week, I emailed them again describing my dissatisfaction with the whole process and TODAY someone responds with the same email content they sent previously. I'm so tired of this. This was supposed to be for my friend's birthday in April and now I'm going to have to reorder from somewhere else. I just want results or a refund. I also called them on their phone number today and of course it says "they have too many customers in line" so to "leave a message" and that they'll "get back to me." I highly doubt it, but I'm going to pester them until something is done!

CapBeast Order I cancelled and didn't receive my refund

Capbeast is a bunch of [censored]. And no matter how man call or email they keep sending the same email. All I want is my money back. Does anyone know how to get my money back. I didn't use PayPal to pay for it I used my card so I can't get a refund from PayPal as some people suggested online. I just want my money back...

CapBeast Refund has not been fulfilled

I placed an order with capbeast on January 31st, 2020 for a custom hat that cost me around $141. Then seven weeks had past until I finally decided to cancel my order on March 17, 2020, and was immediately told by email it would take 7 business days to receive my refund. Today is May 4 and I still have not received my refund. Capbeast is a fraudulent company that should not be allowed to continue to do business.

CapBeast I did not receive my order Or refunded as promised

I placed an order with Capbeast on the 22nd of August 2019 for one customised cap which cost $99.90 US. Estimated delivery time was 3-4 weeks. 16 weeks later I had been told the cap had been delayed in production/ there was a back log in orders etc. I have written numerous emails in regard to the order and was offered a refund. It has been several weeks and emails since... still no refund.
This business is the epitome of a scam.

CapBeast CapBeast is a Scam! Beware

Worst company and horrible customer service I've ever worked with! I placed an order in November and after 100s of unanswered phone calls, rude email responses from customer service representatives, and never receiving my order, them refusing to issue refund, I had to open a dispute with my credit card to get it resolved in mid-March.

I had ordered one custom hat for a client for Christmas. Unless you are looking to just throw away your money, do not for any reason even consider engaging with this company.

CapBeast capbeast billing / customer service

I placed an order with Capbeast for 15 hats, in September 2018 - it took until December 2019 for them to fulfil my order. They offered me a partial refund in August 2019 and again in December 2019 but never actually fulfil it.

I worry for other customers of Capbeast as it seems like issue is widespread.

I have called to speak with Francis Fitzgerald but never managed to be connected to him via phone or email.

The issues continue - 16 months after my first basic order...

CapBeast customized beanies

If I could give negative stars I would! I placed an order 10/03/2019 and have yet to receive or even hear about my order (today is 01/02/2020). I've emailed several times between now and when I placed my order and each time the customer service representative assured me my order was almost ready. I asked for a refund and they said they'd give me 15% refund along with my order. I haven't seen any updates on a refund or my order. I am now requesting a full refund but I'm not hopeful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You will likely never see your order and won't get a refund! This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. RUN AWAY!

CapBeast trucker hat

Promised customized trucker hats in 4-6 weeks. Paid in full for 60 of them back in September. We should have received our order on November 11, 2019.
Still haven't seen the product and though they have said they will refund the money over email we still have not been refunded $1, 300. We have decided to take legal action. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

CapBeast unethical behavior, refund not received

0 Stars.
Total scam. Gives ship times of 4-6 weeks, no hat 15 weeks later. Says because of holidays production is behind. Asked for order to be cancelled 3 times. Finally they obliged. Contacted asking when refund will be issued. Says because of holidays BILLING is behind.

Will be reporting company to the BBB and not giving up getting my money back.

CapBeast custom hat

No product over 4 months. Emailing with cassie who just continued to reassure me that they were a bit backed up and it would ship soon, but last correspondence she stated it should be done within a week, that was over a month ago now. Further research shows that it is associated with a monsieur stitches inc based in Montreal Canada. There is a website for a mrstitches.com. I am unsure if they are the same company or if capbeast is a scam. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

CapBeast trucker hats promised 4-6 weeks

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - Our company ordered and paid in full for 60 trucker hats and were promised to receive them within 4-6 weeks. I followed up at 4 weeks and 6 weeks and was told they were on backorder. Continued to follow up each with and it was always the same response, they didn't know when they were coming in. We canceled our order after getting the runaround each week. Worst customer service ever.

CapBeast capbeast does not deliver on their promises or product

Capbeast is probably the worst company that I've ever dealt with. They make promises that they are not able or willing to deliver on. They will give any excuse they can on why you haven't received your order and try and string you along. I have been in contact with two different employees and told two different reasons why I haven't received my hat. The bottom line is that if you're reading this review and thinking about doing business with Capbeast I would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

On a side note, there have been recommendations on a class action lawsuit and would easily fall under unfair consumer practices. There are enough of us out there that have been scammed by Capbeast that we could easily get a suit certified. I'll be starting a Facebook page specifically for this reason and hopefully we can put these clowns out of business.
