CapBeastno product, no refund

In Aug 2018 our company placed an order, which was partially fulfilled. In Nov 2018 we discovered the balance of the order contained discontinued items which were no longer available. We requested a refund. We have followed up 01/08/19, 02/19/19, 03/01/19, 06/07/19, 06/24/19, 07/09/19, 07/10/19, 07/11/19, 07/15/19, 07/16/19, 07/17/19, 07/22/19, 07/23/19, 07/25/19, 07/26/19, 07/29/19, 07/30/19, 08/12/19, 08/20/19, 08/23/19, 08/26/19, 08/27/19, 08/28/19, 08/30/19, 09/03/19, 09/13/19, 09/17/19 and 10/01/19 to date. We are owed $520. Order #cb69581738
