CanadianBirthCertificate.com took my money and did nothing and they won’t answer the phone and I can't even find an email address for them. The authorities have to know this ### is going on. Why the hell don't they shut that ### down and prosecute. Really, how hard is it to shut the site down and prosecute these people? At least shut the damn site down when it’s discovered as being a fraud!
COMPLETE FRAUD! I wish I had done more research before using them to order a birth certificate. Paid extra for the expedite fee and no product received. Filed a complaint with BBB and also with my credit card company. Investigation on-going. www.canadianbirthcertificate.com is a big scam and needs to be shut down!
I applied for a Marriage Certificate with this company. Same thing as they other complaints, they took my money and won't provide me a status update - they just keep saying I have to contact Service Ontario (which, by the way, only charges $15 for the certificate unlike the $67 they charged me). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A FRAUD!
I applied for a marriage Licence certificate in March $65 was put on my Visa but I never received it Would like to have my money back . It was for a relative in Bangor Maine who was married in NB . I thought I was applying to Vital Statisics in Fredericton but found out later it wasn't true. Hope ther is something you can do to get my money back .
They did the same thing to me. They represent they are a Government agency, even go as far as to list the BC Governments phone number as their contact number.They never returned my money, or got me my birth certificate
