Canadapt Consulting Inc is a fraud company,owned and runned by Leyla Mammadova and her husband Said Mammadov. At least for the span of three years they scammed lots of people. They gave the forged goverment paperwork, receipts and submissions to people claiming they submitted the application and took the money but they did not. As a results lots of people lost their status. They ruined people's life.

Recently they closed the business .However, the Canadapt website has changed and connected to a new business ReloCanada https://relocanada.ca/

. So becareful with this business. The police is investigating the cases and will be charging and arresting her for the second times

This is a warning for everyone, please do not use the services from this company. Please do not ruin your own life. For the past three years starting from the end of 2019 until the end of last year (2022), Leyla lied to us. She gave us many government receipts submissions that turned out to be forged / fake documents. Everything would feel great in the beginning but soon or later she will scam you. We lost our status, our jobs, we lost lots of money (more than $10,000), and our future because she did not submit the applications including our work permit extension, our children's extensions, TR to PR application, faking LMIA submission processed, and H&C applications. She is not only lied to us but she is crazily lied to our employers and the lawyer. She constantly ruined many people's lives. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE this review and other people's reviews >please save your own life by choosing another legit /valid consultant but not this company.

Leyla Mammadova lied to me about everything. She hid my application status for almost a year. Because of her my life went apart. I warn you to do not hire Canadapt. This is not a fake review it’s real . I have all the proofs of her lies. I’m looking for legal ways to take actions against her .The only reason I have ended up with them was due to tragic death of my previous immigration consultant.

Don’t put your life in hold for this fraudulent company . Talking out of experience.

I need to spend thousands of dollars just to get myself out of the situation this company put me in. I don’t mind connecting with others and make a report to Police, fraud department . This company needs to be shut down !

This review was originally posted in September last year. However, We had to remove this as Leyla Mammadova blackmailed us by making our personal information public. Now that she has lost her license she is going after people who complaint against her to the authorities, yes she warned us!

Leyla Mammadova has forged government documents, she has multiple complaints being reviewed at CICC and Canada Border Security Agency. She has defrauded me and many others, I have initiated a case against her with Toronto police. I'm in contact with my Member Parliament and the office of the Immigration Minister and the local media. It's only a matter of time before she loses her license. If you have your application with her then check with IRCC the status ASAP! (chances are it was never submitted) my other application was rejected, and Leyla hid that information from me for almost 2 months, forged the status updates and confirmations. The retainer was breeched multiple times, and all I got was excuses, assurances, and more lies for 8 months straight. She did not issued a refund, even though IRCC refunded her in my case! Learn to read between the reviews, most of the 5 star reviews here are fake, or are posted after the first consultation only. Also, don't buy what she tells during that first consultation, I did, and here I am, dealing with this mess… It's a shame that individual like Leyla are allowed to practice in this country. And yes Leyla, if you somehow delete this review, I'll post it again, I'll be checking it everyday, no more victims. People have worked very hard to get to this point in their lives, and be scammed by you!

Stop lying, “one of our consultants” why don’t you make the information of your other consultants public at least on your web before it gets blocked by the authorities. Because you have none, you are the only one working there with a suspended license. Your business is a fraud and so are you. However, we are glad that you got caught, you have brought immense shame to our Canadian immigration system and CICC will hold you responsible.

We have been informed by the management of Candapt that Leyla Mammadova has left her profession after the suspension of her license and will no longer be practicing as an immigration consultant.Therefore, we advise you excersise extream caution before proceeding with Candapt for your immigration needs. Ms. Mammadova is currently getting investigated for criminal charges including identify theft, breach of confidentiality and practicing without a license. CICC has confirmed that there are multiple complaints against MS. Mammadova that are being investigated and a disciplinary action may lead to huge fines and a complete revocation. We are NOT aware of any other consultants working at Canadapt, if there are any as claimed by the business then please make the information public and introduce your team with their license numbers on your website before it gets blocked by the authorities. Also, if you have been a victim of leyla Mammadova then please reach out to your local Police and Candain Anti Fraud Agency. Again, we have been contacted by the victims who have been illegally provided immigration services by Ms. Mammadova and we have received threats from the Canadapt directly for which we have notified the authorities.

Many of us have submitted complaints for a complete revocation of her license with CICC. According to CICC " Only RCICs with an "Active" status on the Public Register can provide immigration advice or services." Yet she continues to acquire new customers through fraudulent reviews by burying real experiences that many of us have had with this terrible consultancy. This is illegal and we advise you to reach out to IRCC, CICC, CBSA and the local police if you have been a victim of Canadapt. We wish you all the best with your applications.

Leyla Mammadova is a fraud, she shamelessly lied to us for months about submitting our application. We called IRCC and found out they have nothing on file. Meanwhile, Leyla FALSIFIED the IRCC submission letter, for which we have filed a police report and would take her to court. Candapt has been the worst experience of my life, it's a sham, they took my money, time, and caused me so much anxiety. It was impossible to get in touch with Leyla, I wish I fired her earlier. I'm shocked how this woman still has a license, she has ruined people's lives. I can't imagine what people had to endure through, especially those who are not in Canada. She also stole my identity and wrote 5 star google review under Canadapt. Please, if you have been a victim of her fraud reach out to ICCRC and file a complaint against leyla Mammadova. Also, if you have left a bad review check if it appears to other people, as I have been told Candapt manipulates the review which is also illegal, but looks like Leyla doesn't care, cause she is out there to scam as as many people as she can before she's caught and put behind bars, she is an embarrassment to her profession!

This company is phony and fraud. I filed complaint to ircc regarding their actions. There was no solid explanation (regarding the cause of their failure to submit my documents) from them despite my numerous emails. They just prolong the time and pretend to be helpful. Never ever communicate/cooperate with this company and/or any of its personnel, especially leyla mammadova. I can justify all the abovementioned in written form! The company says that it provided explanation via email and phone, however, it is untrue. There was no submission, the statement that there was a resubmission is totally wrong and I have written correspondence to prove the opposite 100%. Money was refunded partially, I lost more than 9 months, and no solid explanation has been given. The only thing that was said is just there was an internal problem and they cannot give more details why my documents are not submitted to cic after the receipt of invitation to apply. Any reply from the company is an attempt to present themselves as a "good" company for new victims!

This company has committed fraud against myself and numerous other applicants in a multitude of ways. Not only did they lie about submitting my application for permanent residency (since May 2018!), they also refused to give any valid reason for their mistakes. Moreover, they have still not refunded me for all the payments I made for the application. To make matters worse, Leyla Mammadova, the Senior Immigration Consultant at Canadapt, requested that I sign a form releasing her as my representative in order to give me my file number, which would allow me to track my application status. When I couldn't find anything about the status of my application online with the number provided, I decided to call ICCRC in order to check with them directly. After a 1-hour wait on the phone, I was finally informed that unfortunately, no application had ever been submitted under my name. The only file they had on their system about me was my 10-year visa to Canada, which I had obtained myself prior to being involved with Canadapt.

It is quite unfortunate that I, and many others like me, have fallen prey to a company that has a completely unprofessional approach to their clients and practice unethical work standards. I had corresponded with Leyla on multiple occasions, asking for news, feedback, status, etc., but she had always found an excuse to delay a proper answer. She mostly blamed personal issues for her tardiness, to which I showed understanding and flexibility. However, after over a year of waiting and lack of any proper response, I couldn't proceed to be patient any longer.

Not only have I read negative reviews from others online, I have also heard many stories of others who have suffered the same or similar consequences. I urge anyone who considers working with them to re-think their decision. If you have suffered due to Canadapt, please feel free to contact me directly. I have officially submitted a complaint with ICCRC and am awaiting their response. Please make sure to keep records of all your correspondences with this company, as it is requested by the ICCRC in case of a fraud complaint.
