Hello, I sent my mother a registered parcel from kullu, himachal pradesh, india 175101 on march 17, 2017.
It has been stuck at the sorting center in mississauga since april 10, 2017! It is 2 weeks now! Frustrating!

I live in an apartment building. I was not home when a package I was expecting from Amazon.ca arrived worth nearly $200. The normal procedure is for the individual to leave a 'pick up your parcel' notice so that I might retrieve the package when I got home. INSTEAD, I found my $200 worth of goods simply propped up against the outside of my door in a very public hallway. I do not know, or trust the building manager here, or my neighbours as I've had too many issues with them in the past. It's beyond a miracle that someone simply didn't walk by and take my items as there's no video monitoring or accountability in this building whatsoever. I suppose if it had gone missing I would have just been told that I had to replace the items I bought on my own dime, right?! This is simply not acceptable. An apology for this lapse in judgement and service would be nice, but oddly enough, not really expected.

I am writing to officially complain and I do hope someone will be in touch with me.

I sent my passport and passport photographs to England on 28th Feb 2017. It should have taken 4-7 business days. Today, April 18th 2017, I received a letter from the UK passport office to tell me my paperwork has no been received. I track the parcel and it just arrived in England yesterday and has not been delivered still. That is almost 2 months!

I am particularly upset by this as my passport should have been processed and back by now. My sister in England is about to give birth to my niece and now, because of Canada post, I will not get to go and see her/them as planned. I won't going back to England now until December 2018...this means by niece is going to be a year and a half old by the time I get to meet her now.

Parcel arrived on time but couldnt open door as it seems like something is jammed in there... Put in a ticket complaint on thursday Before good friday... #[protected] told it would be done today... havent seen any postal trucks today as of yet... 1 pm... my parcel is still locked up.. I paid extra to get it on Thursday... The person dropping off on thursday should have checked to make sure parcel could be removed from compartment... Not happy... no wonder i had my other parcels done by ups... never again... good waste of energy and money

Has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I worked at this location myself 20 years ago and the way she treats customers is ridiculous to say the least. She sighs out loud..acts annoyed to have to explain anything. Argues with customers every chance she gets. I will no longer be dealing with canada post due to this woman. She tries to charge more constantly by saying you must post things a certain way when she previously has sent them the way requested. She slams the stamps on things when you refuse to "go along" with her ways.

Within the last 3 months, 3 packages sent to me are missing . They are small packages and normally would be put in the Super Mail boxes.

Canada Post website is horrible, it goes around and around and gets you nowhere. Trying to create a "Ticket" and even used Canadapost.caticket but it takes you back into the Merry Go Around Website.

Maybe its just me, anyone know how to create a "Ticket" ?

after much frustration I finally had CP direct drivers delivering to my apt block 269 Dufferin ave. Lord Selkirk Park Towers. here in Winnipeg to use the designated loading area in the rear of the building. From there they can see their truck and NOT block the fire lane in front. It has been good for many months now but SUDDENLY our new Rock and Roll carrier is parking his truck in the MIDDLE of the fire lane. I approached him nicely about it today and he was RUDE. Backwards baseball hat and not in uniform. I have a picture of the truck in front of fire land sign if you need proof. This carrier need HR to have a chat with him about breaking fire code laws and customer relations. RUDE RUDE RUDE. We have a tremendous amount of ambulance and FPS calls here and he is BLOCKING our fire lane when he should be parking in the rear loading zone where the mail boxes are anyway.

Do your job properly or do not do it at all. We used to always have an older gentlemen bring us our mail. Super friendly man. Today we had a new lady come and I watched her through my cameras come, leave a peice of paper on the door and leaves. Doesnt bother to knock, at the same time my brother was pulling in as she was walking out (they made eye contact). He parked went to grab the slip and went to the van. He knocked on the window, she looked at him and then proceeded to drive off. I truly dont understand how some people are so incompetent. Do your effing job properly.

I ordered shoes from china and not only did canada post have no idea where my package was but I told them I was left the wrong mail key for those compartments and 2 people continued to tell me rudely that the policy is that the sender has to open an investigation if u don't receive my package which I had not. Like china gives a crap! They have their money so #1 policy stupid! How do I know the driver did not take it? It was in their posession last as it said "delivered" but they left the wrong key and the compartment was empty! I called a 3rd person who finally wasn't incompetent and got someone to check the other compartment and gave me no issues. I will never work with canada post if I have a choice! #! Rude and useless!

On several occasions since Christmas my local (closest to my office) post office has had terrible service.
Often times no one is in the store (shared with a Hallmark) that can do post office parcels or anything other than sell a stamp.
I'm fed up with this crappy service and have complained multiple times to staff there. The owner of the store seems to think it's acceptable and it's out of the employees hands.
I feel that Canada Post needs to be more vigilant about checking the service level at their franchises.
I would like someone to contact the owner of this post office and inform them that need to give their staff proper training so that the post office is always adequately staffed. Additionally the solution to this is NOT to illegally force her workers out of breaks.
The way this owner treats her business and staff is disgusting and I've seen it trickling down to customers like myself for some time. I feel it is unacceptable and gives Canada Post a poor reputation that you do not deserve.

March 23 2017. 11:30 am. Canada post Driver did not knock or ring the doorbell, did not even give my grandmother 5 seconds to arrive at the door. This is so shameful and I have already put several complaints in. We want the package resent to us asap. This is really unfair. 5 people were home, not 1 person heard anything. My grandmother is old and is always in the living room which is right by the front door. She heard nothing. This is really shameful. As I said before, the package should be resent to us from the Canada post office.

Rude Canada Post Employee at Shoppers Drug Mart, 8965 Chinguacousy Rd, Brampton, ON L6Y 0J0-Employee name John (with English Accent). 20 Mar 2017 1530hrs. To post a local letter which costed $1.15, I offer to pay with my Mastercard. Even though this man did not decline to accept my card, John started rudely letting me that it was ridiculous that I was using a credit card to make the payment. I asked him if he had problem with that and his response was a loud 'YES'. He went on to say that 'they should not accept cards under $5.' I told him to tell this to his management and not subject innocent customers with his ire.
This was an absolute unprovoked act of unruly customer service. I made this trip to CanadaPost after an excellent day at work. Had gone with all smiles, but have returned home with a sour taste of the worst client experience.

Like many other people have experienced, I shipped a sample via air for $273 to Dar-Es-Salaam in Tanzania, promised 6-9 days delivery on Oct 6, 2016. Package status showed for more then one month 'In Transit'. Called many times Canada post to find out what is going on, and all they did is look at a screen saying what I saw it is in transit. I then received a service ticket via email on Oct 31 stating it would typically take 60 days for international shipments to find out what the status of my package was...really? I forget there is no email or telephone service in Tanzania...right? At the beginning of December the intended recipient went to the postal office inquiring if they had received the package and it was eventually found lying around. On Dec 18 I get a letter 'stating that the package was delivered on Dec 18, which is a complete lie. It was never delivered. On Dec 19, 2016 I get an email that they will reply my request to get a refund on Mar 14, 2017 almost as fast as their regular service. As expected no rely on Mar 14. Today, Mar 20 I call and the answer is this ticket has been closed...Canada Post is not responsible for delays in local customs. Now here comes the good part, I get the supervisor and she says but did they tell you we would guarantee delivery in 6-9 days? So what she is saying they are a scam, they promise you 6-9 days but it could be any time. And she added we are different then DHL, UPS, FedEx etc...really?

The worse service in the world. Honestly, Canada Post has gotten worse by the minute. I recently ordered an International parcel to my home address in Windsor Ontario. Unfortunately, the shipping address was not correct, after contacting customer service. I tried explaining to redirect the package to my current mailing address. They gave me such a unacceptable answer on how my delivery parcel will not be changed and that since the parcel is a registered mailing item it is not track-able in Canada. Poor service on the Canada Post, they really need serious upgrading on recovering undelivered items.

Today I witnessed one of your mail personal, toss in a delivery notice with my regular mail. The employee didn't even have my parcel, and yes I was watching him the whole time. I even yelled at him to get his attention. He just walked off without a word. Then another one of your delivery drivers drove to my house, and delivered a parcel to my neighbor, while I have to now go get mine, tomorrow at 1 pm. Because the employee responsible for my mail was to lazy to deliver my parcel, I was right their in front of him. What kind of service is that, I should sue your company for allowing such negligence in your work force. At the very least I want the employee on my route. Strathcona hill rise sw to be either fired or disciplined to the highest degree, canada post can hand out.

I was expecting my parcel on 03/13/2017 not for tomorrow at 1:00 pm. I paid over $200 dollars for my parcel to be delivered when it is was said to be delivered.

I have a PO Box in Lumsden Sk, I live in the RM, my kids go to school in Lumsden so we maintain our box there. I was given notice of renewal. I called last year and renewed over the phone as work schedules don't line up with operation hours. Bare in mind I renewed over the phone last year. I basically got told I am SOL and my box would be suspended! Seriously? I work with privacy acts everyday with the Government, I know and understand them but their is ways of proving who I am otherwise. I was refused. So now I get to mad scramble to figure out how to route my mail to a FARM while I am at work. I think that this is probably the WORST costumer service I have received! Not once was I offered anything other than tough luck. You folks should really re-evaluate procedures to actually help people.

On february 26 at approx 6:30 pm a canada post delivery driver of truck 13776 nearly cut me off on a busy road and then proceeded to come along side of me and give me the 'finger'.

Apparently he was stuck behind a parked car and he nosed into my traffic lane. Unfortunately I was not able to yield to him because I did not believe I could slow down enough so I continued in my lane. He honked, chased me down the road, came along side of me and gave me the 'finger'.

This occurred on on king street west, near locke street in hamilton, ontario.

Road rage is not acceptable. I rolled down my window and asked for his employee id or identification number but he ignored me and sped away.

On February 18, 2017 I made two phone call at canada post customer service hotline. The nature of the call was that my address was incorrectly encoded and was set to get shipped at my neighbors'. The first CSR that I talked to was nice, chill, sympathetic and helpful. I give her a full star rating if there is some sort of thing, though she was not able to help me because of a system crash I called again at 7:15pm. This CSR is rude and from the very moment I ask her if there is a way to rectify the wrong address encoded since my order will be delivered on february 21, 2017 I ask her if its possible to change the address and she replied explaining that its against the law ( I gave her that though the manner she spoke to me is like slapping it onto my face she was straightfowardly rude loke speaking to a robot) I raise that i have spoken to an agent earlier whose more enthusiaztic and will to help me out thougj she's not confirming anything that is more than enough.But this 2nd CSR was the worst I ever had she even missheard me and answered back arrogantly, she misheard that I was offering her my lungs when I say even if i shout at you at the yop of my lungs if you say there is nothing you can do then there is nothing to say. And she answered back like i don't want your lung. Hello is this at proper ethical standards at canada post? I hope the managemant listen to our conversation and hear for themselves.
