Canada Post Mail box

The lock on my mail box was recently changed even though I had specifically asked that it not be changed. I now find that I am unable to make any copies of the new keys. I have tried numerous locations - Walmart, Canadian Tire, Rona and Lowes but nobody carries the blanks to make copies.

Please advise where I can get copies of my new mailbox keys made or else I am requesting that the locks be changed again with keys that can be readily copied.

Thank you.

Desired outcome: Provide me with mailbox keys that can be readily copied.

Canada Post Get registered parcels

Tried to get 2 parcels requiring signature At the Headon Forest posy office branch. Tracking number: [protected], 325, 869 and [protected] on June 14 at 19:10.

The signature screen did not work. I was told to sign using my finger. A stylo pen or back of a regular pen did not work. The duty supervisor was no help in correcting. I was told to come back inthe morning. No consideration for my time or extra gasoline required. Also no complaint forms. What if I did not access to internet.

THere was another station not in use!

Get this corrected!

Bad representation of a Federal Corporation and how they resolve problems with the public.

Reply back to me how this will be corrected so that it does notr occur again!

Reagrds, Taras Makohin

Desired outcome: Get it corrected so it does not occur again. What corrective action will be put in place! Reply back to me with results!

Canada Post Deliveries in apartments

A postal worker who leaves a $1200.00 laptop lying in the hallway of an apartment without making any attempts to make contact. SO# [protected], PKG# C57003529624. This is the third time that something like this has happened and is incredibly annoying.

Desired outcome: Safe and secure delivery that includes making contact with the individual expecting delivery or leaving a notice to pick-up the package in the event that I am not home. An apology and a assurance that this will not happen again.

Canada Post Canadian citizenship lost

Dear Canada Post,

After waiting for my Canadian Certificate for two years, I applied for a Canadian passport. On March 17th, 2022, I sent my documents with a tracking number, and 2 weeks ago the virtual chat assistant informed me that "I see that we sent you an email today stating that we are going to refund you the postage you paid for this item as we have deemed this to be lost and we now consider the situation resolved."

After receiving the answer above, it does not make sense to me how the situation is resolved for me if my documents are now lost and I cannot apply for a passport for my incoming trip in September. I am not sure if the virtual agent was a robot that did not understand the importance of the documents that were lost and moreover, how a refund will fix the situation.

Today June 3rd after more than two months, the tracking number still shows my item in transit. My big question now is: What is Canada Post doing with my confidential information?

I wish I had never used your service for my important delivery, that now is an urgent matter.

Desired outcome: Review Canada Post’s all internal systems and records to determine whether the Canada Post employee(s) involved in my case complied with existing policies and procedures; take responsibility for losing important documents.

Your parcel shows in transit, mine was given to somebody because they did not check the documents

properly. And it was a Flex Delivery PO box address, which guarantees safety!

Make sure to file complaint with the police because the important documents may be stolen, somebody

can be in possession of these documents.

Canada Post PO Box 1332 Okotoks

Dear Canada Post . My name is Susan Welsh . I have a PO Box in Okotoks 27 McRae street . Please listen when I say I’ve had nothing but problems and have NO trust whatsoever in the McRae St. Location. Absolutely appalling service both at the desk and mail box #1332 which I pay for there. From receiving others people mail in my box and Canada Post sending back mail ‘belonging’ to my PO Box! . It’s absolutely shameful. You’ve caused me nothing but stress and have sent back mail and parcels to my legitimate PO Box due to incompetence. What is going on ? Honestly

Desired outcome: I need answers. Honestly. This is the worst service . Please sort this

Canada Post postage - not processed?

Have received 2 pieces of mail this month with an odd form of postage cancellation - a black line through it - surely this is not regular processing? Where has my mail been if not through Canada Post's processing centre?

Canada Post Flex delivery

Hello, I recently signed up for Canada Post Flex Delivery, email notification, and text notification. I did this because my Amazon Order, that was addressed to my chosen Amazon delivery location (Post Office at a Pharmacy), was returned to sender after Canada Post failed to complete delivery. I have received other packages at this outlet from Amazon before, no problem. No matter, I made sure to fill out the application for the flex delivery choosing the same Pharmacy (Canada Post Outlet). I ordered a second replacement product from Amazon and it to was also returned to sender.

Am I missing some important information. I checked with Amazon and they told me there was nothing wrong with the address provided, but when I spoke to a Canada Post agent they told me the problem was with the address I provided to Amazon.

Not really sure what to do in resolving this to ensure future packages are delivered to my flex delivery site. Could someone explain to me how I can ensure my packages are delivered?

Thank you

Desired outcome: Obviously, I am looking for some guidance to have packages delivered by Canada post to my Flex delivery site (Canada Post Outlet located within a Pharmacy). Thanks

Canada Post Delayed Delivery

The issue that I’m addressing is the consistent delay in deliveries. My family and I frequently make online purchases since Covid, and there has been multiple issues with the delivery dates when using Canada Post. For ex., I am still waiting on a delivery that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, and has been sitting in my local Post office over 24hrs. Other delivery services have proven to be much quicker and efficient, especially during these times. It is also proven to be very difficult to get in touch with a live person when there is an issue.

I really hope that there will be a solution to this issue in the near future. It is a frustrating process using Canada Post.

Desired outcome: Resolution to parcel delivery delaysApology

Canada Post Lettermail

Sender:

Business Account number 8219502

Receiver:

Government of Canada

Passport Program

PO Box 4000 STN LCD 3

Mississauga ON

L5K 0A9

Canada

On March 18th, the important governmental documents were mailed by lettermail. In advance, Sender contacted Canada Post by phone and was informed (or misinformed) that sending by lettermail is very reliable: letters are delivered successfully in 98% of the cases, while in 2% of the cases they are misplaced. Moreover, the staff member explained that the status of delivery is verifiable if a letter is not delivered on time. A number of confidential documents were handed in at the Robson Post Office (Robson Post Office, 1610 Robson St, Ste 116, Vancouver) on March 18th.

The system-generated Mailing Statement includes Order Number C172602234 and Bar Code 065 88C17 26022 344W6 7I1CA 0321, and Sender, advised by the representative of Canada Post, was absolutely confident that the status of the lettemail is verifiable.

In two months, Sender came to the reasonable conclusion that important and confidential documents are not delivered by Canada Post.

Several attempts to contact Receiver were made. In spite of the fact that Receiver is not available by phone and doesn’t respond to official requests and complaints, Sender is able to control the status of the documents through his business account. Sender can see if the documents have been processed by the government. The documents have not been processed so far, so they have not been delivered by Canada Post.

Ticket № [protected] was created. The representative of Canada Post explained that the secure facility was contacted and lettermail was not found, so it only points to one thing: lettermail was misplaced, Sender was misinformed by the representatives of Canada Post, and the important and confidential government documents were lost. Customer Service was not able to use the Order Number and Bar Code to locate the letter. Customer Service was not able to explain the purpose of a mailing statement with the Order Number and Bar Code. The system probably generates it for show and to mislead a customer.

Given a few of the facts stated above, the sender believes it is necessary:

• Implement the necessary search measures, contact Receiver by phone or by official request (the receiver, the government of Canada, doesn’t respond either to Sender’s calls or Sender’s requests).

• In the event of the impossibility of providing proof that the documents were delivered and received, make a full refund of the lost documents in the amount of 100CAD. The shipping label contains the bar code and order number; therefore, it is registered mail. According to Lettermail Options, "Barcoded shipping labels allow you to track Registered Mail items." The given fact was confirmed by staff members of Canada Post.

Desired outcome: Implement the necessary search measures.

Canada Post Return to Sender hoarding

Today, May 12, 2022 we, The Town of Shaunavon, received five "Return to Sender" envelopes - assuming all were invoices sent, original post dates of: February 11, 2022; February 23, 2022; March 18, 2022; April 8, 2022; and April 20, 2022 addressed to the same person , same address, all within the same post office as we are in, S0N 2M0. It is always assumed if mail is not returned within a couple of weeks that it has been delivered. Why would it be stock piled for months?

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response, and what protocol is.

Canada Post mail returned even with proper address on the envelope .

Mail returned but had the proper address May 4/2022. Return to sender on back of envelope was not filled in with no explaination of why it was returned to sender. Number stamped on front is [protected]. Is there a reason? Card had sufficient amount of postage maybe even too much. Received back 11/05/2022 and it was mailed on 05/05/2022.

Desired outcome: Would like an explanation and response regarding a card being returned when it had sufficient postage and not explanation why it was returned.

Canada Post Parcel delivery

Tracking of my parcel showed Item out for delivery Tuesday 1 36 pm.. later said there was a delay and not delivered.  Checked with Wanda Burgess at the Mount Uniacke Post Office. She stated item should be delivered Wednesday.  Delay was due to a new driver.

Item out for delivery Wednesday at 8 36.

Checked 3pm at my box on Lakecresr dr.

Post Mistress Wanda Burgess at the mailboxes doing a check.  Nothing in my mailbox.  Wanda opened them all to make sure parcel wasn't there although many of the boxes did have parcels. She then  stated the mail carrier had just gone down the East Uniacke Rd past my place and driver could be delivering to my door.  Why would she not put it in my box? Checked my house, no parcel.  Waited 30 minutes and then called the post office.  I was told she would call the driver to see where my items were.  Got a callback from p.o.  saying driver was at Lakecrest.   I asked why she was there again and told them how upset I was that the parcel wasn't delivered on the first stop.  Then  Wanda called me and was angry that I was upset and told me driver found my parcel and was delivering to my door.  Parcel delivered.  Then Wanda proceeds to tell me that our regular driver was not doing the route correctly and that deliveries should be done at Lakecrest on the way back from delivering to all E Uniacke Rd. and that's the way the driver had done it.  Then why, if this was the case, did Wanda tell me to check my box and then check all the boxes when I was there at 3pm?  She knew the driver had just headed down past my place. I have been here 32 years and no mail delivery person has ever done the route any different than our present driver, Mark. When I mentioned all the mail already in the boxes at 3, she said it was from the previous day because not all people pick up their mail every day.  I do not believe it and will be talking to Mark next week to see what he says about doing the route wrong.  I believe Wanda is not being honest about the problem with my items, especially since she said the driver FOUND my item...

Update...today, Friday was at the mailbox just after new driver delivered mail.  She continued down lakecrest then back up, turning left on East Uniacke Road to finish deliveries on the rest of East Uniacke Road, the same way our regular driver delivers.  So Wanda telling me Mark is going it wrong is an obvious lie as the substitute driver is doing it the same way and had delivered the mail to the box on Lakecrest on Wednesday at 3 when Wanda was there. And she knew it.    I do not appreciate being lied to just to cover up a driver's error. And to then blame it on the regular driver is just unacceptable. I will be discussing the incident with Mark on his return in Monday.   In the meantime, I fully intend on filing a official complaint about how I was treated.  I do not appreciate being in deliberately lied to and Wanda  Burgess should be reprimanded...just unacceptable...

Please take note...tracking number still shows item delayed, not delivered...

Desired outcome: An apology for lying from Me Burgess

Canada Post Late to open door to post office

Today May 5, 2022 at 9:00 am I when to my local post office in Azilda, Ontario to get my mail.

The front door of the post office was open and I received a notice of a parcel in my box.

I step second in line waiting for the front office to open. I could hear conversations of the workers in the post office, finally after 5 minutes I yelled loudly to them to please open their door as I had to be somewhere else to be quickly.

Their nonchalant attitude was disappointing to me as they are public servant.

Canada Post Service received at a Canada Post Location

I have been receiving the worst service from the Canada Post at 677 Saint Catherine. First, the hours of operation online indicate that the store stays open until 6pm, however, the store closes at around 4 or 430PM. I know this because i tried to pick up packages on multiple occasions, and they refused to help me.

The second time, i received a notice card, she was not willing to even check to see if she received it, she turned me away and asked me to come back in a few hours at the time indicated on the card.

and finally, today, i called canada post to inquire about an expensive Apple delivery that i did not receive, i was told by the seller that a notice card was left, however, no physical notice card was available, I called to ask if they received my package and he refused to check and hung up on me!

worst experience ever, terrible service, we spend so much money paying shipping fees on products, and we never receive any proper service from this location.

Desired outcome: Please adjust your customer service experience, to have them actually help us with our issues.
