They sell duplicates that don't last for more than 5 minutes.

Ihave been using it for years and buy the same from abroad.

Inspite of complaining, Amazon India appears deaf and dumb.

The fair name of CK is tarnished.

Dear Calvin Klein Store,

I am writing to complain about a T-shirt that I purchased from your store on 29th June 2023. The T-shirt was a fresh product (not from sale), but unfortunately when I tried it on, it was a little tight. I returned the T-shirt to your store on 17th July 2023 when it was on sale.

I am now trying to exchange the T-shirt for a larger size, but I am being told that I can only exchange it for the same price that I paid for it originally. I understand that your store's policy is to only offer the sale price on items that are purchased during the sale period. However, I feel that this policy is unfair in my case.

I purchased the T-shirt on 29th June, which was before the sale started. I did not know that the T-shirt would go on sale, and I would not have purchased it if I had known. I also returned the T-shirt to your store on 17th July, which was during the sale period.

I believe that it is only fair that I be able to exchange the T-shirt for a larger size at the sale price. I am a regular customer of Calvin Klein, and I have never had a problem with your store before. I hope that you will reconsider your policy and allow me to exchange the T-shirt for the sale price.

I ordered [protected] Modern Cotton Stretch Hip Brief and was very disappointed with their quality. There was no stretch at all. At the start of the day the waistband was so loose it allowed the underwear to slip down by butt. By the end of the day they were so stretched out I couldn't keep them up at all.

I'm returning them for a refund but was looking forward to wearing the colors offered. So sad.

Kindly note that I 'm facing a big challenge with Calvin Klein as a brand. It was a disaster for me to buy a jacket from Calvin Klein Istanye park mall in Istanbul on 15/09/2021 and wearing twice during winter and put it in cupboard during Summer, from two days ago I got wearing the jacket and found the color change as mentioned on photos attached.

Appreciate receiving your soonest reply about a severe action in order to make another complain at social media because at the end I contact brand names like Calvin Klein.

I purchased a t-shirt last year around the month of june I guess, I used that ti [censored] couple of days back and it shrinks. I didn't expect this quality after using the ck much of times.

I purchased some calvin klein trainers via Footasylum and when there arrived i noticed a bad stitching mistake on the side other than that i’m perfectly happy with the shoes

I have purchase this bag from San Francisco and without using this bag was totally tared

I purchased ck traveling box in 2019. The box is brand new unused and the outer material started coming off . I Contacted calvin klein and after so much back and forth, from requesting for photo evidence in different angles, receipts and all .They refused to honor my claim citing product out of guarantee which is false as it has 3 years guarantee from date of purchase and still very much within the warranty period.

I work at a dry cleaners, and have the most issue with dye transfer from your brand. It gets on everything. It's gotten to the point that things with your label are flagged and put in bags with towels to try an minimize the amount of transfer. Regardless if items are dry cleaned, per instructions, or hand washed, there is always transfer. Having to run an entire extra load just to *maybe* get the dyes off of something is a pain. Until I started working at the cleaners, I considered, and sort of still do, your brand to be high quality. In terms of style and actual fabrics, and that they press up nicely, CK is nice. However, the cheap dyes need to be remedied. The sooner the better.

Purchased my coat in February 2021 hung the coat in my closet take it out to wear now that it is winter again the coat has color coming threw purple and a huge brown spot. Contacted customer service put in a claim sent pictures and they tell me I have to take it back to the store but the time has passed for a refund or exchange what the store said I told them i put in a claim the coat is messed up they said they would have to contact CK I have not received a reply back. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I purchased a coat from the store in Columbus Ohio last winter for almost $200 (on sale). After only a wear or two and not even being washed yet the color is coming out of the sleeves wrist area. Very disappointed and would never buy something that expensive from you guys again. Not a great quality. I actually liked the coat itself but after only hanging in my closet for almost a year it's not usable anymore.

I purchased this product about a year ago. About 1/2 into the bottle the sprayer barely shoots out any Cologne . It's kind of useless to me know. I looked to see if I could replace sprayer, but it looks like it is crimped onto the bottle. I really like this product and have been using it for the last couple years, but don't want to spend more money on another one if the same this is going to happen. Can someone please reach out to me and see what we can do to resolve this issue. Thanks Dean

These slippers got unglued after couple of use. I went to Macys to change but rejected because of no receipt. the whole pair got unglued. Very disappointed.

I purchased the 2 pack of mens undershirts about a month ago. I have worn this brand of undershirt for many years and love the fabric and fit. After wearing the new ones a couple of times, one of the shirts just tore a huge hole about half way down the shirt. it looks like it came from the seam and it is about 3 inchs long. It extends towards the middle of shirt so I cannot sew it back up. I did not get it caught on anything or tear it myself. I am disappointed because these are expensive and I expected better.

Overall I have been very happy with my Calvin Klein packable, lightweight, premium down short coat these past two years. However, now when I remove my coat I have little pieces of down on the back and arms of my sweater or dress. It really shows up badly on navy, black and other dark colors. But when I look at the inside of the coat's back and sleeves there is no sign of any little down feathers. By the way, I have never "packed" this coat in the way that it can be used. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do about this 'shedding down' problem?

I also have a CK long coat (not packable) styled very similar to the short one but have never had a down problem with it, and it washes/dries beautifully. So I can't figure out what the problem is with the short coat's shedding little down feathers.

A coat was purchased at the macys listed above on sale for 130.00 in feb 2019. After having the coat for a month the zipper fell off the coat. At that time the weather was getting warmer so I decided to put it away and have the zipper repaired when it became needed. I have since taken the coat to 3 different tailors who proceeded to tell me that they could not repair the zipper for a few different reasons. I am a huge calvin klein fan and have purchased may products but I an highly disappointed and feel this zipper may have been defective. I have the coat and the broken zipper and now have to go purchase a new coat. I could not return to macys because it was a gift purchased from my sons who did not have the receipt and I did not anticipate the fact that it can not be fixed. Three of the men's cotton stretch briefs purchased less than three months ago have developed similar holes and the material around the waistband and thighs is flimsy (see attached pictures).

They were purchased at Karstadt department store in Berlin, Germany.

I would like a full refund. The price of three briefs runs around EUR 35.00.

We had a very bad experience in Bucherer watch store in Lucerne, Switzerland.We were told that we will not get a tax refund if we do not have a credit card.we were told that prices for Tissot watches are same all over Switzerland But Boutique Silvia, Interlaken, Switzerland offered us 8% discount & helped us by filling out a form that can get us a tax refund even though we didn't have a credit card. This is a fraud and it is not accepted because they promised that it is the same price across Switzerland. We need immediate refund since we are still in Switzerland and will be leaving from Geneva on 13th. Also give us a voucher for 8% discount on our purchase so we can redeem it in Geneva, Switzerland.
We request you to resolve this issue at the earliest so we can get a tax refund.Attached are the images of Bills from both the stores for comparison.

I purchased a pair of flip flops from Calvin Klein store at infinity 2 mall, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Within less than a month it started peeling off its skin from its surface. Never expected this quality product from such an established brand.

Really surprised that a Calvin Klein product would have such a quality. It's as good as done. Cannot wear it anymore anywhere because it looks like a "fake" now. I've attached pictures of the same. Maybe that will give a clearer picture to you guys.

My suggestion would be please improve your QC. Or it won't be long for your brand to loose its value and eventually loose customers.

Really disappointed with the product quality and life.
