Customer entered premises with out a mask on. When I asked why he wasn't confronted the people serving said they didn't have to as he may have had 2 vaccines. Now this was a man in 30s and how would they know that. So by doing this they could be putting there own heath at risk. When the manager was asked he started banging on about human rights, please just do your job.no masks no service. This is a heath and safety issue

I made a large drink in the machine. When I went to get a lid, there were no large lids. I asked the women serving for some large lids. She just shook her head and said there are none. I asked if She could put a sign on the machine so other people know, because I now had a full large cup with no lid that I had to have in the car. She just shrugged and said you will have to out it in 2 small cups.

Please note that upon filling up at my usual Caltex Station in Balmain NSW I noticed the calibration of the pump is not accurate and NOT in the customers favour. I always fill my vehicle at this station as I live locally however I will not do so if I feel I am being taken advantage of.
This is disappointing, however there may be a legitimate reason?

It's been every week there have been no sandwiches at all in the morning when I come in wanting to purchase one for lunch and being the only place around that's close to work that I can buy something for my lunch.This week there have been no sandwiches at all not even any salads.2 out of 3 days this week that's really bad.Also they hardly ever have any hot food available.They really need to have more variety and stock.I have had to go without lunch because they have had no stock

I have attended this servo for nearly 9 years now. The past 2 on a motorcycle every week. Thats approximately $1, 872 and our other vehicle at approx $80 a week for the past 9 yrs (yes where pretty localy loyal) =$37, 440. It was freezing last night, I'd just finished a 14hr day and he was the last straw. I use the app so I don't have to remove gloves, helmet, head cover and glasses. I use the app for this very reason. When a Very young, inexperienced in life chap wants to practice his assertiveness at your company's expense I'd suggest sending him back to school.
I've never been asked to remove my OPEN-FACED helmet before until tonight. If customer service applies it was lost right there. There's no signage anywhere requesting this either. All I got was it's company policy and I can go else where if I wish. So would the young fella ask for masks to be removed as well? If had a mask on for covid or a hijab would the same apply? Oh and the bit that got the most, his SMIRKING LITTLE "HAVA NICE DAY".

I am disappointed that your store has signs stating card only .With the some what dubious statement that cash is Dirty adding to the Covid I9 fears and the scamdemic run by the media, Government and big pharma. More than likely it is the filthy Indians you have working for you transmitting the so called Virus.
As far as i know cash is still legal tender in Australia .I will never buy fuel again from you. Think about that, and i am not the only one.! I hope this clears up the lack of information in my previous email. Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi there, i was just at your store on pittwater rd in brookvale nsw 2100 buying a few things! The attendant who was working scanned another item ontop of what i had! This item was a 50c chocolate bar. I picked up on this and confronted him and ge acted strange. He rescanned my items and i paid for my order! I feel he was trying to charge me for the item and keep the money. Please review camera footage and how many chocolate bars were sold with other orders.

On 10th March 2021 around 10pm, I was resting at 7-11 inside Caltex compound. After getting my drink and charged my phone for about 50 minutes, I found out my car had been clamped by the guard and demanded for the compound fee of RM50.

My car was clamped unreasonably as it wasn't blocking anyone nor causing any hazard. It was parked at the designated car wash area. Furthermore there wasn't any available parking space for Caltex customer.

Caltex altitude towards to incident is unacceptable and simply push the case to the station operator and until today there's no news from them.

I'm staying in the neighborhood and I managed to take some video footages. Apparently, there's never any designated car park available for the customer, be it daytime or night time.

Just bought petrol on princes hwy Banksia. The staff member rang up two types of snacks on my cost without asking. He said "I'm going to put these on as well". And he scanned them. I told him I didn't want them. He deleted them. Weird behaviour and very unwelcome.

Up until December 2020 we have used the Caltex at Barrack Heights on Shellharbour road and have the rec eipts and bank statements to prove this.
My car started running badly and basically stopped.
I believe my car was contaminated with bad fuel as advised by my mechanic.

I have put in an insurance claim and Nrma have advised to contact you.

It was raining with hail and we seeked shelter under the gas station where gas Is refilled or bought and one employee by the name of Lesego asked us to move our car so he could put his and we refused since it was a hail storm to our surprise he blocked our car in and we couldn't leave after the rain, it was me, my husband and 3kids (1, 5&8) I asked to speak to the manager who I was told had left but a supervisor named kenneth came and called lesego who refused to remove his car and his colleagues said we will leave when he goes home at 7 pm mind u it's about 5:30 pm and I tried calling customer complaints with no luck I eventually called the police who took forever to come, one of the ladies who works there came to give us the managers numbers and asked to be anonymous because she feared the petrol attendants and we called him and he said he would all lesego to move his car upon waiting the police arrived and looked for Kenneth and apparently he had gone home and the new supervisor said he did not want to get involved because he was told we had an attitude and lesego came to our surprise he had gone home for the night it's about 7:30 if not later but I think the cctv footage will give accurate times and information. The guy and his colleagues started hurling insults at us even swearing at my husband and threatened him to say they will find him around and beat him up. We eventually managed to leave and I must say I have never felt so unsafe and threatened in front of my kids who were hungry and tired and whay upsets me the most is the fact that that guy went home and literally left us there.

I hope caltex does something about all the persons involved because our human rights were violated for a parking space that was not even marked.

My name is jan I work for kenneth motors caltex i've been filing a complaint for years now about our workplace, we are forced to work 14 hour shifts everyday with our pays being cut with no overtime, our boss also robbed us of our uif money for the covid and only a few who went to him and threatened him got it but they were later fired for nothing, our boss makes us work for more than 45 hours as suggested, we don't get any lunch and we can't even rest coz our shifts are so hectic and when we knock off at 8 we can't get transportation and we tell him this but he promised to fire us if we go to mibco as he has connections and says he will buy them off

At around 3am Sat 28th Nov 2020, I refueled at the Beeliar Drive Caltex(The Foodery) petrol station. I paid for my fuel and also purchased a chocolate donut from there. It was inside a paper bag handed to me through the metal slide door by the staff member and I returned to my vehicle. The bag was rolled shut by myself and I drove home. When I returned home I sat down with a coffee and ate the donut. I drank my coffee and as I went to take the last bite of the donut a piece of melted plastic or what seems to be something like a plastic substance was immersed inside the donut...as though it had been cooked inside with the donut mixture. It scratched the inside of the roof of my mouth and tongue and made it very uncomfortable, irritated and slightly itchy. I am not very happy about this and am concerned about wether or not I have ingested anymore of this plastic when swallowing some parts of the donut. It was a very uncomfortable experience and now I am concerned for my health and safety if I have digested more of this hard plastic substance.

Hi I would not usually complain but I do not want what has happened to us to happen to anyone else.
My husband and I were on holidays traveling up north in Western Australia in August this year.
We went to a non service Diesel only Fuel Station In Tom Price, as the station was listed as diesel only we proceeded to put the fuel into our Jeep unfortunately It was not diesel but a product we had never heard of called Adblue 6litres went into my car before I realized it was not diesel, the signage was very poor and not clear, my car was then towed to a mechanic in Tom Price who drained the fuel tank and replaced the fuel filters, they thought everything was ok and we proceeded on our holiday, unfortunately our holiday ended abruptly in Kalbarri, our car and caravan had to be towed home to Perth as the Adblue had caused corrosion In our motor and unfortunately my car has now been ridden off due to this.
This has turned into an extremely expensive and stressful event, we were told in Tom Price that we were actually the 3 person in 9 days to do the same thing at that station which tells me there is a problem.
Can this pleased be looked at and rectified as I would not want this to happen to anyone else.

Shocking! I visited caltex cnr trichardts and paul smit on friday 14 aug @ 17:30 to buy a lotto ticket. I entered the shop and waited in line with my face covered with my hoodie jacket as I forgot my mask. My mouth area was fully covered, so no one complained and there were a few customers waiting in line. I noticed that to my left a staff member without any mask or covering was laughing and chatting away as I put my money down to order, (this didn't bother me though-I know her well and she's a very efficient employee, just today she wasn't wearing a mask)... But then the cashier refused to serve me sighting I wasn't wearing a mask. So I pointed out that my face was covered, according to law, if I sneezed or coughed no spray could escape my covered mouth. She then proceeded to walk straight past her friend who was wearing no mask to call the manager, who came in from the back, walked past his employee who wasn't wearing a mask, to tell me that they will not serve me, or else serve me outside.😦. So I asked him: "but what about your employee?"- who - listening to my complaint, reaches into her pocket, takes out a mask and starts putting it on. He's reply to me: "she had a mask in her pocket - you!-you don't have a mask!"🤔enough said.
I asked the manager for his name - he refused to give it to me... But the conversation will be on the stores surveillance - if anyone even cares to take a look.

I have been buying petrol, diesel and (groceries) from Sumner Park Caltex for over 10 years. I have never had a problem apart from the last 2 times I have been there. The young (Indian descent) woman is arrogant and rude. We will never go to another Caltex out of principle. This woman does not seem to realise wher her wages come from

I have been using caltex garage in albertsdal, hennie alberts and jg strydom in alberton for 11 years with no problem. The tellers are always professional and display high level of professionalism until this evening. There were long quees inside the shop, customers were coming in large numbers. Some customers behind me were complaining about lack of compliance to covid 19 public measures like providing hand sanitizers to cusfomers/stakeholders, maintain social distance. I humble approached jabu the teller and said the shop is not complying where are the hand sanitizers at the door? Why are u allowing so many customers inside the shop? Jabu the teller shouted at me and said just remove yourself with your daughter from the shop. I asked again are u aware of covid 19 jabu? Jabu said I don't care what must I do? I said u are ignorant and putting the lives of your customer's at risk because u not complying. She kept shouting, what must I do must I chase customers outside, remove yourself please. My concern is that behavioral changes are encouraged and jabu clearly see no problem when customers are breathing in each other's neck. Such ignorance displayed by jabu at caltex is defeating government measures to reduce the spread of the virus. Caltex reputation will be ruined with tellers like jabu. She has no respect for her job, customers and so ignorant. And rude. Does caltex want to employ people like jabu who don't respect the views of the customers. How many customers has she been rude and disrespected before me? She must be discliplined and I will not stop until something is done about jabu

I have been into this service station on numerous occasions and quite often either the cleaner is on site or has just cleaned. I can tell you that I will never go back, as I am continually complaining that the amenities are disgusting, diarrhoea still left in the bowl and basins not clean. As well as this absolute disgusting fact the old guy yells out across the shop floor if you make the mistake of going in when no signage is up!
Someone should also inform him to place cleaning floor signs up - THATS A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN!
