Calm Moments — deactivated without warning for no reason.
I have been a loyal Square user for 10 years and have referred a number of clients to them, even helping them set up their accounts.
The day before Thanksgiving 2018, I received this email...
We're sorry to inform you that we are deactivating your account. We reviewed your account and found that your business is prohibited by Section 3 of the Payment Terms and/or Section 4 of the General Terms, which means we cannot accept payments related to your business.
We regret that, starting today, you will no longer be able to process transactions using Square.
We appreciate your having chosen Square and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I have read both sections and still have no idea why I was deactivated. I have emailed them and received the same response with no explanation.
Horrible support! Terrible Ethics! Bad for any small business.
