Made this purchase and have made numerous calls, texts, and emails and still no product. They say they do t steal money but can’t give any info in when I will receive my order. That are paid in full and said they would refund my money if not shipped by a certain day and now I can’t get in touch with anyone.

No one answers my calls, text, or emails now.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back at this point because if I can’t get in touch with them about my order I will not be able to reach them if I have to file a claim on the product.
