Good morning, I received an email from NewRez which I have my home loan through. When I reviewed my account from the NewRez app I noticed that a loan was initiated. I did not initiate this loan. I don't know how they got into my NewRez account, but I would like the loan initiation to be removed and investigated as fraud. Please contact me at [protected] thank you

Claimed loss: So far there have been no losses. I would like to make sure that does not happen.

Desired outcome: I would like caliber home loans to remove itself from my NewRez documentation
