I have paid 460.00USD by T/T to the firm on account of purchase of 4 nos NQ PDC Core Bits, used in Geological Drilling Jobs.The payment was made on 11.9.2014.Till date there is no trace of the items.Several reminders has been given to the Manager Sales Ms Summer Zhao, but not attending the chatting call even, & no proper reply has been received from the supplier so far.I would like to settle the matter either the materials should be supplied, if not then alternative items (PDC Inserts) may be supplied.Otherwise FULL REFUND OF MONEY!D.Bose.Kolkata, India.

I need some assistance In quest to get "Neothink Society" to return my money because they have kept my monies without providing me with books! They wrote me and told me they could not help because I was told I needed a number. They told me, that there was a Guarantee of 90 days by means of a letter. Can you help me? Paul Constantinoff
Complaints made don't receive positive response.The supplier should be immediately informed about the complaint particularly since the transaction is on overseas basis.The supplier is still sitting quite and the fate of the case is not known.
