Discharge summary nd details provided to me by the hospital is different nd not matching with the one which they provided to insurance company.

In my discharge summary they have not mentioned inj fiasp. Also they have mentioned Thyronorm 62.5mg in my discharge summary but in tpa discharge summary is mentioned as 50mg.

Even the signature of dr. Pankaj kumar gupta is fake in the discharge summary of tpa.

I brought my son to the hospital at 1.00pm 04/09/2023.

All staf of emergency department including dorctors did not give any treatment nor taking care of my child. when I asked them they told me that there is no emergency for child untill you do not pay 50,000 to the account counter.

This is is very very poor services i had ever faced.

I told them that i agreed to pay but atleast gave some fiarst aid to my child until the process is completed.

it is adviceable that when you make system , rule & regulation think yourselves as paitence, parents and then what should be right for all.

Today I have tried to enquire cmri docter search mobile number from Google portal and call on that mobile please verify that number as they told me to pay rs 10 for booking . After discussion I was able to know that it may be fake group to cheat online please verify the same and take necessary action so that innocent people are not suffer from any loss in future.

march 2023, midnight Mr Sukumar Dhar was taken to hospital with severe dyspnoea to emergency , doctors refused to examine this type patient . on repeated request they took patient in emergency bed. they did blood test like abg, trop i test & said medical emergency gave ventillation & said no bed,also said not a heart disease . no ecg no trop t test , charged rs 10000.

then patient was taken to kothari they did ech in all leads 7 trop t test & said massive myocardial infarction & did not charge anything . any moribund patient should be given emergency services free of cost asper chief ministers advice

you are advertising for best doctors but unable to detect mi in 79 yr old patient with spo2 40% & low bp. your emergency doctors dont know ist investigation is ecg if no problem but suspecting then trop t why trop i? due to this delay & wrong diagnosis patient died .

It is better you advertise that you providing murderers as doctors. doctors on er duty unable diagnose MI & only asking money to kill

My Daughter, Ms DEBANGANA GHORAI , MRN : C0000448234, age 4 years has been discharge today from your Hospital . We were undergoing cashless treatment in your hospital under HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited from 04/03/2023 to 09/03/2023. The amount you charged me as non-medical –expenses is not included in the list of Health Insurance . In spite of charging Rs.9000/- per day bed rent you have taken additional Rs.2500/- as Word Consumable Charges , Rs. 3750/- as Junior Doc. Charges and Admission Charge Rs. 1000/- which are not under non-medical-expenses list.

My sincere request to you is to refund my extra charges or show proper justification for the charges. Otherwise I will take legal action.

I am a senior citizen suffering from multiple illness like chronic kidney disease, severe lungs function problem, suffering from serious heart disease for which spacemaker has been implanted. I am now wheelchair bound. The person responsible for appointment Mr. Raj Guha had seen for himself. Accordingly he fixed 16.11.22 as the date of visit which is meant on the top of the prescription. He does not take call. But when I contacted through WhatsApp he simply mentioned for next visit Dr. Shyam krisnan will be available. On further query whether I can get to consult Dr. Raja Dhar on the same day he repeated about availability of Dr. Shyam Krishnan only. This has seriously eroded reputation of the your hospital which is known for rendering best treatment to patients without any discrimination. I hope you will take appropriate measures to resolve my problem.

Ward in not taking care properly.

If he press the bell no one is comming to attend.

Security are treating us as a teacher.

They are acting like they giving security to prime minister.

CMRI administration is totally unprofessional administration.

Now a days I notice CRMI just become like gorverment hospital. Kolkata's worst hospital ever I seen.

If it's happen like thik I will take a legal Action and I will change the hospital ASAP.

As per doctor Mahesh kumar choudhary advise to executive package Rs 4500 for LAKHI devi, but one test was not complete due to patient echo text was problem.after advise Dr mahesh kr choudhary pft is not required. I said to you pft text money is refund to patient lakhi devi.

Cmri Collection department said to me package money was not refund. If not refund why not mention in prescription text name and why you mention executive package.

I humble request you to kindly refund money.

With due respect I beg to state you that I am facing a dreadful experiences from the date of this year Holi festival because of your one of the security personnels , named Dipankar Majumder. He forcefully entered into my house in drunkard state with his drunkard hooligan friend, tried to molest me, beat my elder parents just because of our protest against their everyday torture after consumption of alcohol as they use to throw burning matches over my car, spitting there etc. We are traumatized due to this incident which was executed by your security personnel Dipankar Majumder. I need your kind intervention in this regard so that we can live our life without any fear as he threatened me to murder and throwing acid over my face. Being a doctor this incident is unexpected. Please help us to get justice.

i had undergone a FNAC procedure on 22.01.22. on the bill i have been charged twice for FNAC, whereas i have received only 1 report for my test. no one whether the billing department or the report department is able to clarify the reason for the double charge. the hospital called for general feed back and asked them regarding this and the gentleman on the other side promised to get back but still hasnt after 2 weeks.

I want to lodge a complaint against the internal system of the hospital.It is very poor.No communication is done properly after patient's admission. We cannot also have a direct communication with the doctor in charge also.Like my patient was under DR BISWAROOP LAHIRI .The doctor don't feel like communicating with patient's family.Whenever we were trying to reach him he is busy or neglecting the phone.We felt like we are being robbed only.No proper talk also happened regarding the patients discharge.
You need to change the communication system properly when the patient is inbound.

Sir/Madam,
My father, shyama prasad sarkar, is discharged from your cmri hospital at morning. My father had extreme cold in chest and he was suffering from covid. Today when my father discharged, we have found that my father's cold is increased too far instead of curing and he has severe wound on his left eye which is his only visible eye also.
We have asked the regarding doctor Mahesh chowdhury and other staffs also but noone want to answer our questions.
Being under such a large medical institution my father has to endure such cruel treatment in spite of spending the full payment i.e. 210000.
Sir if you kindly let us know what actually happened with my father, I will highly obligated.

I was given an appointment for 1:30 pm with Dr CS Dhar bt his coordinator called me & asked to come early within 12:30 as Dr has already reached the hospital in his own whim. I rushed to the hospital & when I go there the coordinator tells me that I'll be attended at 1:30 only.. when I ask why did she call me early, she says there are other patients. What kind of [censored]ic explanation is this! I had to wait for more than an hr to get to the Dr.

On 10/8/2021 my father ( Dakshina Ranjan Panja) visited Dr Raja Dhar for COPD( with prior appointment). Dr Dhar advised some tests, medicines and a revisit after 2 months with the test reports. For this revisit I called in the pulmonology reception ([protected]). The call receiver told " as you visit Dr Raja Dhar once, you cant visit him again, you have to visit another Dr". Even he didn't told with whom my appointment has been fixed.

Yesterday late evening (19/09/3021) my sister got admitted in room no 645. The nurse who attended my sister in room no 645 was very casual and not professional. While giving Zincovit to the patient, instead of using spoon or cap, she just pour the medicine directly to the patient's mouth without measuring. Plus while drawing blood for blood test, she was inefficient and bleeding took place and stained the bedsheet. Kindly make sure that she doesn't repeat the same again.

I am Pushkar raj khetawat (admitted in bed 727). I was sent in an ambulance alone with the driver to the wrong center without any responsible hospital personnel to guide. First I reached the diagnostic centre whose address was mentioned in the document given to me. On reaching there, they denied any such conversation with the hospital. To top it, hospital management blamed me for reaching the wrong address. The appointment was at 11am and I was kept waiting for the documents till 11am on the day of appointment. After keeping me fasting for more than 16hrs, I missed my appointment at thakurpukur diagnostic centre where again I was mistreated for reaching late. I returned from there without getting my scan done at 3pm in the afternoon and had to face harrassment and disrespect thanks to cmri . I am attaching the document I was given, kindly let me know where in the document is it mentioned that the destination is eko diagnostics, thakurpukur.

Sir as my father is admitted in your reputed hospital having bed no 468 name raghunath prasad singh. He is a hemophilia A patient. He was admitted on 22/09/20 in emergency due to prostate problem and his prostate operation was held on 15/10/20 thereafter as per hematologist doctor mr. Shubham sir he prescribed factors-8 (costly injection) to be given as per schedule dose day and night but on 17/10/20 in night sister incharge not care about patient health and did not give the injection similarly on 18/10/20 in night factor 8 injection was injected but not with proper way. I complaint this matter to Mr. Sujoy Mukherjee (Medicine father's doctor) he found this matter true.In front of the doctor I give written complaint to morning sister incharge but not any action taken yet and in night same thing is repeated they are doing.
So, sir I ask the hospital management who take the responsibility of the injection which was not given properly and of my father health.

Today i.e. 06.11.2019 around 9.15 AM my wife, Mrs Kiran Mukherjee got admitted to CMRI Hospital, Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal 700027 at Bed No: 514. And from that very time, one oppressive sound of water pipeline is annoying the patient, who can't even sleep due to this. Despite complaining the same before the concerned authority, no corrective measures have been taken yet. This is utterly disappointing. Please do the needful.

The staff assigned for the registration and appointment of patients coming for the check-up in the speciality section of the hospital are tge the most irresponsible ones I have ever come across. Please train the staff to be a little more responsible and careful while taking down appointments for patients coming to the hospital. Worst experience in this hospital.

Sir mere papa bed no 461 me admit hai aur Maine unke lite ps raksha hai par jo night shift ku ps hai world patient ko sahi se attend nahi kar Rahim this so Maine usko change karne ke liye bataya tha par unhook ne naya ps ko v nahi rakha aur Hume info v nahi kiyan aur kab Maine ward me isle liye phone kya to Pahle unhone misbehave kiya aur phone v cut kar diya mere papa bed patient hai aur aaj night me unke pas koi v nahi hai. So please action taken about this nurse.
