Caesars Entertainment - Unreturned room payment

My first time ever going to Las Vegas was so bad i dont think i ever want to go back. i made reservation through ceasers rewards at the LINQS . WAS TOLD BY the phone reservation s line that it would be $70 for a 3 day stay with 2 days comped. When we arrived to check in they said room was not ready and they would email hen it was. We received email and carried all of our bags to get keys and then they tried to charge me $285 more for the room. Now my issue was the ceasers employee stated i would only be charged $50 extra at the time of check in and we would only be charged more at the END of our stay if we acquired additional charges or messed up the room ect.. So i did not budget that card for more than that. We also had family meeting us there because we where offered special family rates too. So we never stayed not even 1 night. Then they charged 23×2 for parking because we tried to get it resolved that day and parked there twice. the hotel front desk employee told us that they already returned the 70 back to My card and since it was Saturday we should see it in our account by Tuesday for sure. Still has not been returned. We where homeless in vegas my first time and i dont want to feel that again.

Desired outcome: I want my money

Caesars Entertainment - billing & services

Stayed at Harrah's Casino LAS Vegas July 11-16, 2019.17th floor room 17045.Noticed the next day on my account. They billed me for 3 nights for a dog. We checked in Thurs. 07/11/2019, into Harrah's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Since, we had arrived early. I requested an early check in and paid the $34.01. We used their bell service checking in and checking out of room 17045. Room 17045 consisted of two beds. My wife, my son occupied that room. Marianne Theunissen and Kura Bummer occupied the room across the hall. We stayed in these respective rooms for the duration of our vacation. My wife called front desk requesting room service on Sat. 07/13/2019 as Harrah's staff did not provide room service on Fri. 07/12/2019 and we were concerned that we would not receive room service again. The reason reason as to why Harrah's failed to provide this service was unknown and communicated. On arrival to our room later that Sat., we found our room clean to our satisfactory and did not pay a second thought to the issues of unprovided room service. On Tues. 07/16/2019, we checked out utilizing the bell service available at approximately 9:00 am.Called the front desk making sure no movie charges or internet charges added on my bill. Replied "NO" ! I asked, okay to leave room keys in room and checking out. Replied, not a problem. When I arrived home. I received a notice on my phone from Visa (alert) that showed me my stay at Harrah's. It's at that time I noticed they charged me a pet fee in the amount of $85.04 per day from 07/13 to 07/16 totally an amount of $255.12. I called harrah's to express my concern and confusion as my party did not have a dog within our party to Gina, unknown last name, who was working the service desk at the time. upon my request, a manager, whose name they refused to release, spoke to me. I found her very abrasive and unresponsive and she claimed that the cleaning service has called in saying a dog was in our room and that another cleaning representative witnessed a dog in the room. I tried to explain there was a mistake. We had NO dog ! She dismissed my attempts to communicate with her and hung up. I tried to contact her again to enquirer about asking bell service or pulling security footage of front desk on early arrival which was time stamped to reveal that there was no dog and how were they able to clean our room 17045 with the presence of a dog, as well as why we received NO notification ever given/provided to us that they believed a dog was in my room. They stated " they left note in room and called"I never received any note/letter and can provide cell phone

Caesars Entertainment - resort fees

My boyfriend and I decided to take a trip to Las Vegas for our anniversary on August 18-22. We booked off of allegiant airlines. Once we got to the Paris hotel we were not previously informed we had to pay a resort fee. The lady explained to me it was for the room the pool, wifi all the amenities. We didn't complain and went on our way. Throughout the stay we ran into issues, first we didn't have a fridge because it wouldn't work. We than found blood in our bed that looked like menstral blood. We then went the entire stay without wifi (which is all apart of our fee we were told) we tried to call the front desk multiple times and they didn't help. The pool was so unsatisfactory we didn't spend one day there nor did we use it. At the end of our stay I went and asked if these fees could be waved due to all of these issues we had that had not been fixed. The lady was extremely rude and kept shutting me down so I asked for a manager. After I explained all of this to him he was extremely unhelpful and told me that there was nothing they could do. I told him that we didn't use these "amenities" nor were we able to use them so why have to pay for it. He explained to me that he would wave the bill and I would be getting an email for confirmation of this. I waited all morning and got no such thing, after a few days I checked my credit statement and the fee seemed to have disappeared. I figured everything was good and so I was satisfied, I than checked my statement a few days later and the fee of almost 300 dollars was placed back on my credit card, I tried calling and looking for an email to try and speak with someone but no such luck. I am extremely disappointed with our stay, the employees and the management of this hotel. We are extremely unhappy with how we have be treated by this company, and will not be staying here again.

Caesars Entertainment - wallets stolen from our room

This past weekend, we encountered the worst experience at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel.
On June 29, 2019, my husband, brother and I returned to our hotel room on the 18th floor between 1:00am-1:30am from dinner. We immediately fell asleep after returning to our hotel. Around 8:00am on June 20, 2019, we got a knock on our door from housekeeping who informed us that our door was still open, my husband got up to push the door close. Between 9:00am-10:00am, we got a call from the front desk to tell us that someone turned in my husband's wallet into the front desk. 10 minutes after that call, front desk called again to ask if "name" (my brother) was a guest with us in the same room because someone also turned in his wallet. My husband and brother picked up their wallets and of course, all of their cash was gone and their credit cards were shuffled around.
We all talked to the concierge who had the wallets and he reported that housekeeping found the wallets on the 18th floor and turned it into him. The three of us were in shock because now we were thinking someone came into our room while we were sleeping and stole their wallets. My brother remembered specifically still seeing the wallet on the nightstand, between the two beds, before he fell asleep.
We requested to inquire the situation further and concierge directed us to the security office. We filed a report with the security office and then requested to file a police report. I asked the security officer if this was a common issue in the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and he said, for as long as he has been there, this has NEVER happened. We asked about security cameras and he said the hotel does not have security cameras in the hallway due to privacy reasons. The security officer took down their statements and went with us back to our room to take pictures of the door and nightstand where the wallets were placed. Unlike most hotel rooms, the door to our room didn't automatically close and needed an extra push to completely shut. While he was in our room, he requested that someone come fix our door so that it will shut automatically. The security officer called the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department- non-emergency line from our hotel phone and explained out situation. Within 30 minutes, an officer from the police department was in our room and we explained our situation. The officer explained that there are individuals called "door pushers" who go around preying on hotel doors who might have been left open. Our situation was very unfortunate and the officer explained there was really nothing they could do. So bottom line, someone came into our room while we were sleeping and stole the wallets from the nightstand that was between the beds. How scary is that? For someone to come into your room WHILE YOU'RE SLEEPING to steal your belongings?
This traumatic situation made us feel unsafe in our hotel room and luckily, only our wallets were stolen. I recommend that the security in the Paris Las Vegas hotel improve to ensure the safety of the other guests. I've stayed in hotels all over Las Vegas and Paris did not have a security guard checking for guests' hotel keys before going to their rooms and their elevators did not have a key scan before selecting the guests' floor. Due to our experience this past weekend, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest to book elsewhere.

I understand we didn’t take the extra precaution to double check that our door was completely locked. How dumb of me to assume that a door that is to automatically close did not in fact, automatically close. Yes, let’s welcome people to rob us because we didn’t.
