I'm disturbed by Michael Smerconish's views about African Americans. Mr. Smerconish does not acknowledge the strucggles African Americans have endured for the last 400 years. Those struggles continue today. What really upsets me was his defense about keeping confederate statues at Gettysburg. His support was disrespectful and insensitive.
I will stop watching CNN as long as Mr. Smerconish's show continue. You have great anchors and news staff that produce an excellent product. Please don't have Mr. Smerconish ruin it.

My husband and I are avid news watchers but we stopped watching cnn a looong time ago. cnn is a disgusting, negative, disrespectful and prejudiced news channel. It's okay if cnn is comprised of all Democrats, but it's not okay to dissect and criticize every single thing our President of the United States says or does, or anyone else for that matter. If our President happened to be Democratic with the same personality of Donald Trump, I'm sure cnn would give praise and accolades to him, or her. cnn news reporters should look in the mirror.

We want unbiased news. All you seem to do is ridicule the President. Also, you take the negTive side of everything. CNN used to be great. Now you have become the no.1 expert at bullying and negativity. So sad the turn you have taken. I only hope you will realize the sad turn you have taken.
Whoever I spoke to says the same thing I just said.
Please go back to unbiased investigative journalism. Bullying and negativity is not news.

I had to call CNN to report that Alsyn Camerota had reported erroneous information on the corona virus in my state, Massachusetts.

CNN does not offer a phone number to its viewers on its website! There is no "Contact Us" link!

I had to do internet search to find this phone number of CNN: [protected].

When I called that number, the outgoing recorded message asked me to say whom I was trying to reach. It gave me three opportunities to say whom I was trying to reach. At the end, it said that it could not connect me, and disconnected my call.

I then did an internet search on "how to complain about CNN." I reached the complaints board.com website. It gave two more phone numbers of CNN, for "Customer Service." They were: [protected] and [protected].

I tried both these numbers. An outgoing recorded message for the (888) number said, "791. The phone number you called is not in service."

An outgoing recorded message for the second number said, "I'm sorry. The person you called has a voicemail box that has not been set up yet. Goodbye!"

THIS IS CORRUPTION!

You have got to have the most stupid and unprofessional reporters I've ever seen on TV. All of them are trash just like your station, I hope Karma comes down hard on you and eats all your [censored]. You are lower than dirt on the ground. Hope all of you rot in hell! Day In and Day Out all you do is say evil and dishonest things about this President, I did not vote for your Lord and Master Obama or Hillary but I accepted election results and did not complain about the things they did to this Country which a novel could be written about. Your station is full of evil and nasty people. And I sincerely hope you rating continue to go down, I cannot find anyone here where I live that will watch CNN, you are known as the hate News Channel. You can trash this complaint I really don't care I've said my piece.

CNN's reporter Jim Acosta's behavior of constantly interrupting individuals such as the White House Staff, Dr. Birx, and so on is unprofessional. CNN has a very unfavorable view of President Trump and his staff and it's is ok to have a dislike to people, political opponents. Howsoever, the disrespectful behavior of CNN's reporters especially Acosta and Don Lemon who constantly mocking victims, white house staff, and even individuals who are regular citizens who happen to be supporting the white house administration is iresponsible and disrespectful. In additional, CNN favors to cut specific section out of a statement to mock the white house administration or even present a incorrect image to the public. Because of this reason I stopped watching the CNN news channel. No one expect to be in favor of everything a administration does but we still have to be respectful and truthful to the public and not misleading the public.

Don Lemon is a foul mouthed and smug fool. He deliberately lies to create fear for uneducated and ill informed citizens. He is a danger to people everywhere. His most recent fearmongering is unacceptable. He should be silenced by because he is extremely biased to the point of a person yelling fire in a crowded movie theatre. CNN is pathetic for keeping him on their airways. Shameful.

I watch all until this reporter comes on live. HE is SO arrogant and I can't believe a word he says.. Can he stop his smug and BS?
I am ashamed he is representing any news especially during this time!

I watch both channels and try to keep an open mind.., When Don comes on to report I have to leave.. HE thinks he is correct and hypes up all the news and makes this so confusing and more terrifying...I am surprised he is in the role he is in.

There was a time I could watch CNN with my family, children included. Now I have had to turn CNN off when Cuomo comes on, his profanity is so offensive.
I have noticed a few "slips" in the past by other announcers but Cuomo takes the cake. What has happened that has made you decide to ignore such unacceptable vocabulary. If they can't improve their speech so anyone can listen without being offended, then fire them! Until then, I will be watching PBS &
MSNBC for my news sources.

Your announcers are simply reflecting the poor & disgusting morals of Donald J. Trump & you are giving them license to further offend the public.

I used to listen to CNN to get the facts about breaking news or elections or something along those lines. Now CNN is just a bunch of liars pushing socialist and Democrats ideas.
I will no longer listen to CNN under any circumstances and I will tell my friends that they should boycott your channel because they are the most dishonest news Outlet in the US.
CNN should be investigating and Reporting all of the Socialist instructors and teachers at universities expecially pushing their socialist propaganda is not right they should be instructing on the information in their course not there a agenda.

The writing staff should go to a Hong Kong Emergency room and hangout with Ted Turner then maybe they'd be concerned to. The staff at CNN seem to be working against all U.S. citizens. The elderly in this country are concerned and CNN's attack on the Presidents concerns are criminal. It will be my pleasure to see CNN prosecuted for their premeditated plan to inspire panic instead of helping to inform the public in a useful way.

CNN continues to roll downhill and I wonder who is running the network.

Our country is going through challenging times and the conversation here is not productive nor helpful to the people who listen to this network. I am not a CNN watcher but when I am looking for varying opinions, I will network hop and each time, I get this kind of conversation that just allows me to move on to another channel.

At what point do you think your network should be more objective especially with the crisis we currently face? I am glad Lemon thinks he is perfect -- but then again self-praise is no recommendation.

I don't expect a response because employees reflect what their employer promotes. Very sad and CNN should not call themselves a news network. That is the honest thing to do.

I would like to formally complain about the Annie Grayer piece published by CNN.

This headline, and the framing of the piece, minimizes that Sanders scrapped his speech in favor of letting the black community leaders themselves speak on his stage, providing a much more effective voice than he could have offered on his own. It instead implies that he simply scrapped the speech, disregarding black voters.

This is absolutely unacceptable skewing of the situation and I want CNN to know that I am utterly disgusted with whoever decided both to publish this piece as it stands and who picked the headline that currently sits atop it. This is shameful journalism.

I was very angry to hear CNN compare Senator Sanders to the Corona Virus! YOU are the media and are expected to tell the truth, not make up disinformation slamming a candidate running for president! Wake up CNN! Soon you will become as ineffectual at telling the truth, as Fox Faux News is! If Sanders loses, it will be because of the big money interests that run corporations like CNN! Is that what you want to be known for? Helping tRump to win a second term? I HOPE NOT!

CNN was my main news until now. I will never watch again! And tell others if your sick language! In two weeks you have lied and repeatedly attacked Bernie Sanders. I was not a supporter necessarily of Sanders. I am Jewish! You have now convinced me that I should be a Sanders supporter! Tonight I watched sanders be compared to the Coronavirus! You are a sick and racist station. There is no apologies that can fix this. Through history Jews have been compared to diseases and it is common knowledge that racist anti Semitic people use that horrible comparison! I have been a very faithful CNN viewer watching CNN thruout the day and night almost everyday. I am retired and have the news on a lot of the day. I just started to watch Rachael Maddow Show on MSNBC. I am now frustrated with CNN reporting because I hear so many additional important facts on Rachael's show that I never hear on CNN. I am not talking about opinions but facts so I now watch Rachael Maddow Show everynight to get the facts. Why can't CNN get those facts. Watch her show sometimes and you will hear facts you don't even know about. Why is that? I would really like to hear from you why that is.

The defamation of trump supporters being southern uneducated hicks. "Credulous boomer " please reprimand the interviewers since the are many of us southern American citizens that are very educated. If you allow this to go unpunished then I will consult an attorney to see what remedy we can find to correct the defamation of character against millions of American citizens.

J Berman and A Camerota should NOT make complaints on TV about things they obviously know NOTHING about. "Mutts are not allowed", OF Course! Because a mixed breed dog does not have a written breed standard they must conform to for utility and function! The Golden was not "not placed" because it was not a Poodle BUT because the Judge thought the Poodle conformed most closely to the Poodle breed standard. AND the hair cut of a Poodle goes back to when they were water retrieving dogs, keeping the joints warm, but the body light in the water. AND ALL dogs, no matter the cut, know when they are "beautiful and well groomed". (I am not a Poodle owner, but still speak up for a fantastically well-bred dog.) SO before you speak out in public against something, LEARN what you are talking about! I sincerely hope that CNN will issue an apology to ALL the dogs, handlers, and breeders at Westminster. THESE dogs are the best of their breed and are bred for a PURPOSE!

I am very upset that I cannot access the CNN live feed on my phone or my streaming stick. This is because my cable TV provider is of course not included in your list because I live in Canada. As a paying CNN customer I find this unacceptable. I pay my cable company good money every month for services which include CNN. That I am unable to avail myself fully of this service amounts, in my opinion, to thievery on the part of CNN. it is stealing my money by not providing the full service which I pay for. This needs to be addressed immediately.
