Walked into Cabala's in Berlin Ma. Looking to purchase winter boots. Associate walked by me several times without even a glance. I was looking at a boot that is kept out back, not on the sale floor.. I drove quite a way and I had a gift card, so I waited. Associate walks by me to wait on couple that just walked in. I finally asked "Hello, could you check to see if you have this boot in size 10." "Sure" he says, goes out back and comes out, tells me they have no stock because of inventory. "How about this one" I said, "No, same thing" he says... Then I go over to the Firearms desk, "Hello" I say...I get back a "GRUNT" At least it sounded like a grunt. I got NO "Can I help you? I then said, ok if I don't see the firearm I want does that mean you don't have it? "YEP" he says... I walked out. Maybe he should of said, "Which one are you looking for?" "Could I interest you in any other one?" Horrible service. I will Never shop at Cabala's again.
