I too have been taken by this scam company, C&R Loan Modifications. I tried to work with them to get my mortage modified and now I am in the process of suing them to get my money back per their written guarantee. I have been told my money would be refunded to me over two months ago. I have tried MANY MANY times to contact them and they refuse to return my messages with the receptionist. I'll now let the courts decide what to do because I have filed to sue them in court.

I paid C&R Loan Modifications to help me get a lower mortgage payment&interest payment. It was very easy to contact my representative when they were first getting the information Amanda said she needed along with my payment for there services.Now over 4 months later, I can't get anyone to answer the phone to talk about my account. Also, the mortgage company has sent me an offer that is just a little less than the original payment.C&R Loan Modifications don't take calls, so how can they answer any? I truly feel that I could have don't the job better myself. The last time that I was able to talk to someone, I was told Amanda was on maternity leave. If this is the best this company could do, they ought to quit. I don't know how many others that have been taken for a ride, but I wish there was something I could do to pay back C&R for the terrible loan modification that I and probably a lot of others got from them. I hope they all have to pay for the decieving and not communicating with me and all the others.
