can I ask for cancellation of my payment ... I confirmed 1 time 10£ and I've been charged 3 times 39 £ already... I can not believe is that happened and is so difficult to cancell my payment I don't have fax or anything... even I can not log in on my account and you still charged me... is absolutely stressful please cancel my payment..

I dont have access to a fax machine so have emailed a copy of the cancellation form signed and dated so they can cancel my membership. I need it cancelling ASAP as I cant afford it and it has already charged me more than advertised. I dont understand why I can't cancel my membership online. Please can you get this sorted for me as its causing me so much stress.

Thought I joined for reduced price of £3 and got charged normal price. So then cancelled and haven't used site since and now getting chased for money. This website has fake profiles and has no local search. This is a scam website that won't accept your cancellation and then charges you. I have even had threatening letters for money I don't owe, this is a disgusting website do not use.

I signed up to this dating site with a 1 month membership but have since found out the site is a scam site with false memberships. It offers no facilities to cancel membership and I have been unable to contact anyone related to this company. My profile was set up with an alleged protected e mail [protected]@icloud.com. I have tried cancelling this within a couple of days in line with cooling off period.

I want this membership cancelled immediately before they start sending threatening letters claiming more money.

I will report them to the police and fraud office and will only stop this when I get conformation this has been cancelled.

An account has been set up with my email address which no longer exist and they have my detail of-address l and are chasing me for Money which I refused to pay want to cancel what ever was set up but unable to access anything to do with this company as blocked until payment is paid in full . The stress this is putting on me and the family is to much and we believe this is a scam but unable to resolve this issue p

I wish to cancel my membership ASAP due to the high price.

paid via paypal. when i realised very quickly it was little more than a scam. I endeavoured to find out how to cancel subscription. buried deep in the terms and conditions was an address to cancel which had to be done in writing. I prepared and subsequently posted the letter to cancel. Also I canceled the future autumatic money extraction via paypal. I have written off the money already sent to this company for nothing of benefit recieved, but am now being chased for an ever increasing amount.

I used the platform a bit and most members are kind of fake. One member gave me LINE acc and we talked there a bit. Later she want be to join MIUKISS.com and again I had to pay to chat. I paid 26 USD for a month but they asked me for more money again shortly after a little bit of chat. I am so disappointed and regret.

I would like to get a refund of all my overcharged amounts and delete my account.

I joined this site on a trial bases but tring to cancel payments on about 6 times but no joy got no reply bk and I have now been charged £39 60 7th jan 22... Its very worring for me as I cannot afford this as I am oap its making me ill as I am under the doctor with ill health and mental issues its driving me mad I am at my wits end seriously its driving me to do self harm to my self please help me with this cpmplaint... Wow. I filed a complaint here like 2 hours ago, about cancellation of my subscription membership as it was fraudulent as many people said on this forum but it got deleted. It makes convince that this C-date company is fraudulent. I'll give you one more chance and make sure not to delete this complaint. Or I will take action and see to it that this brought to the proper authority. All I ask is for you to cancel my Membership and delete my account.

I have immediately cancelled my contract and have also withdrawn from said contract, I've now been reading the complaints and I'm worried the same will happen to me, can you please help and make sure no more money is taken from me and that I'm refunded. I know this is premature but from what I'm reading c-dates has a reputation for not keeping to it's word when it comes to cancellation of accounts. If I'm not refunded my money and have my account cancelled then my layers will be brought in and c-dates will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

I created what was supposed to be a free account on C-date some months ago and they asked me for some bank details for proof of my identity to set up my account which was supposed to be free, I was wary about this so I used paypal for extra security. I was then notified by PayPal that I was getting charged for a membership which I did not agree too. I then tried to cancel my account but the website does not make it possible to cancel your subscription which is crazy! They are literally just trying to scam people and take money that they have not be authorised to take. I have been charged £60 so far for a website that I barely even used. When I could not cancel my account and did not get any response from C-date about cancelling my account when I tried to contact customer support, I cancelled my direct debit on PayPal as I figured this website had scammed me, I saw no other option available to me. Now I have received this letter in the post from a global debt collection agency stating that I now owe 96.62 euros which I find absolutely ludicrous! This company is a total joke! They company I am being being asked to pay is Interdate S.A. which is surely the company that owns C-date. I am so distressed by this scam that has quite frankly stressed me out to the point of having panic attacks. I just don't know what to do, I'm not willing to pay this invoice as I believe I am being completely taken advantage of. I also have not received any invoice as yet so this second and final request for payment is the first I have ever received! Please can someone help me!

I have requested numerous times to cancel my subscription to this website, whenever you try to contact customer services you don't get anywhere, you just get ignored. I have blocked them taking anymore money from me, now they are requested £50 off me, for something I do not want and our threatening bayliffs.
Please help me get this scam off my back!

I have previously contacted you regarding your company withdrawing large sums of money from my bank account. When I found this on my bank statement, I visited your website and logged in and was immediately prompted to sign up and pay for a premium subscription and the prices were way lower than what you were taking from my account. So not only were you overcharging, but you were withdrawing money from me without providing the service. This is fraud. When I notified PayPal, I provided them with genuine dated screenshots, they agreed and awarded me the case. Whilst i did not request the initial £9.99, they awarded me this anyway as the service wasn't provided. I never cancelled the subscription because when I first used it all the faces were blurred out and I was still being asked to subscribe, I appreciate this may have been a technical error on your part, but I assumed as there was no premium membership I wouldn't have to request cancellation for the free account. I am happy to send you the screenshots. You did not reply when I sent you this information, so I am going to give you the opportunity to do so now. Because today I have been contacted by a debt collection agency acting on your behalf asking for over £250 from me. If you do not respond to this with genuine courtesy and goodwill or cr refuse to call off this agency asking for this obscene amount of money, I myself will seek legal action and take you to court for fraud. You have broken the law, and I have proof. Plus a global giant such as PayPal agreed with me and will back me. Your company has a big history of these incidents online with appalling reviews. Please stop this bullying now, and a response would be nice.

I am sick and tired of my bank blocking my card because INTERDATE S.A keep taking £36.90 and £9.90 out of my account WITHOUT, and I confirm, WITHOUT my authorization! Reimburse me for monies owed otherwise I will resort to informing the ombudsman! I have no idea what C.Date is and I do not choose to pay a ridiculous amount to it each month. I want my money back as soon as possible please, and I do not want to see anymore of my funds being taken again!

You processed a premium subscription for me without my knowledge or permission. I never give out my bank details to dating websites so I have no idea how you were able to achieve this. A debit of £39.60 was made from my bank on the Dec 22nd 2021, please see attached screenshot from my bank statement below, I need this refunded immediately. If this doesn't happen within the next week, I will approach my bank about this fraudulent activity and retrieve it legally. I do not want to take that option so please sort this for me as soon as possible.

Signed up as a one off subscription, was charged full price 2nd time then had to cancel credit card as everyone confirmed them to be scammers, at no point could I cancel, I even faxed a letter to their company in Luxemborg, reported to Police Service of NI, now receiving debt collection letters, will meet with my solicitor next week to seek assurance and will happily go public on this matter

Couldn't cancel on site, messaged you but had no reply, on banks advice I cancelled my cards to stop payments.
I now have 2nd reminder, (never had a 1st) asking me to pay 96.62 Euro.
Is this another scam just like your site?

How can I possibly of canceled when you didn't reply, and have no system explaining how to cancel on your site?

I signed up to this website, after a short time I realised that's it not the website for me. What has since alarmed me is there's no way to cancel the membership through their website, there's no phone number either.



After some research of their Terms and Conditions I realised I had to send an email and fill out their Model Withdrawal Form. I think this is highly unusual but fine. I've sent that via email along with a cover letter. I've done this well within their 14 day notice period. Literally 1 day after signing up.

I've sent this several times now as you can see from my email inbox screenshot, the replies are just automated which I've included for reference too. I've also included the Model Withdrawal Form and cover letter for reference.

I've since researched the company and there are hundreds of bad reviews stating that you simple can't cancel your membership and your are then moved onto a really expensive monthly membership. If you don't pay your details are passed onto their debt collection agency and then you are hit with hundreds of pounds of unwanted costs. This is simply unacceptable.

If this happens it's breach of EU consumer rights and UK contractual consumer rights. If a customer has made it clear that they do not want a service and for that service to be terminated then oblige in a manner befitting a trust worthy company.

I make a pertinent point, if debt collectors are issued against me then I put you on notice of my administrative charge of £500 p/h payable by yourselves in any event.

I simply want confirmation that my account has been cancelled and my personal data has been removed from their database.
