I bought the machine I January 2022. Around March the spin dryer had torn into the drum of the washing side. I went to the store notify them about the machine. They sent a technicia for inspection. They called me after a week or two to tell me that, according to the report they received, the machine is damaged due to my negligence. This store has pricing labels that are inconsistent with what they actually charge you. For instance a beverage that said $1.99 when I got to the register was $3.39. They will also say a product is discounted if you buy two of them and they do not hold true to this statement. They are knowingly misleading people with lower prices on labels so that they will keep their patronage.
