I've ordered flowers online which are to be delivered on the same day.. It was 620 rs for flowers and a greeting card, they didn't deliver it till now.. And none of there customer service numbers are working, i'am so disappointed with all this, I thought of surprising my husband by sending flowers to his workplace on valentines day.. They did not deliver my order as promised and they failed to communicate with me in regard to this. I had to follow up with them multiple times only to find out that the wanted a copy of my credit card which they failed to communicate! My corporate gift was not delivered as promised, and their customer service people treated me poorly. They are a complete scam and they have a terrible service! Stay away from them.

I bought flowers from the company Pond Megastore. The process and delivery was ease and fast process. As well as the seller sent me the instructions of how to overwinter the water lily. I did everything as it was written in the instructions, but the water lily was dead after a winter. When I contacted the customer services, they refused to send another and told me that it was only my mistake. I don’t agree with them.
