Have just found out, why, after more than 10 yrs when why, every time I;ve ever tried to buy things, or for on lina account issues etc, there is always a problem with passwords and 'wrong' email addresses being entered. A non robot gave me a case no after 3 days of roundabouts, now I cannot get back to them. Am disabled, but quite 'aware'. Would prefer ph call. Easier on the rage factor. ph...[protected]

November 30, 2023 Sirs: TotalAV billed me $9.95 using my PayPay account on 11/18/23. For what product or service? Having McAff AV, I have no need for antivirus protection. I have been charged S$111.10 for Avast Software which I have not renewed or subscribed on 30 AUG 2015 through my credit card. I have informed my credit card company about this matter and they advised that I lodge a complaint for fraudulent charges and to make arrangements for immediate refund of my deducted funds.
