If you buy a Zurich extended warranty, or any extended warranty, READ IT. Seriously, this is a contract worth thousands of dollars, covering your car, which is the second largest purchase you make in your life; who would sign up for that without reading the terms? Just getting under way with warranty process was informed by repair shop
That there is a $100. 00 deductible. Surprise i was not informed of this.
Dealership said that i had the balance of factory warranty 3year / 36000 miles
What a crock then they snuck in a extended warranty (Very misleading)
They are also not paying for the shop supplies needed to do the work.
I won't be doing business with either of these company's in the future.
