Zapals website completely shut down, took my money never fulfilled orders

Zapals took my money for several orders in early 2019. By Summer of 2019 the website had completely shut down without ever sending the things I bought or refunding my money. There is no longer any customer support our way of contacting anyone about it. I have attempted to respond to the confirmation emails they sent when I placed my orders but they just come back as undeliverable.

Zapals still awaiting refund after 5 months for faulty camera

I ordered an kids underwater camera mid Nov, the camera was faulty, I contacted them they advised they will refund me if I send it back via Auspost they will refund it, also they asked for a video of the item that I emailed. I spent $22 on sending back the item, no refund. shipment no [protected] for order no [protected]. I sent the item back on 21 Feb 2019. I had notification from Australia Post that the product was delivered to them. i paid approx $60 for the camera, and previously they replied a few times saying we will refund within 5-10 days, now no reply at all, ever. I have sent x2 emails on their webchat, still nothing.

Zapals hbq-q13s tws mini bluetooth 5.0 stereo earbuds with mic & charging box

This company and customer service is the absolute worst online experience I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 of these HBQ-Q13S TWS Mini Bluetooth 5.0 Stereo Earbuds with Mic & Charging Box, on March 5, 2019, and paid for Premium Shipping. Today's date is April 9, 2019, and status still shows PROGRESSING. Attempted contact 3 times, Customer Service has not contacted me. This is not only extremely RUDE, but VERY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It may be time to seek legal action.

Zapals cancel my order replying to emails

Bought a car dvr on 15th March 19. I realise that the item was not saying it wifi, The same model on other website includes wifi. So I sent a email and a support ticket 1 hour after the order. Still no reply its been 20 hours no reply. So I have sent a email and a support ticket to cancel the order. Its not been depatch yet on there website so should be simple enough to cancel. But I know what going to happen they are going to depatch the item. But what they don't know I submitted a claim through PayPal stating the time line of all communication. If they say they depatch without reading all communication. Let see what happen. Keep you inform. Range Tour B90D car dvr

Zapals codos cp-6800 cordless dog grooming clipper hair trimmer

I received an order confirmation on 21/01/19 and since then have attempted on numerous occasions to contact zapals for an update on where my item purchased is and have yet to receive any response at all. I would like a refund and have not been fortunate enough to even receive a response from Zapals. Not good enough and wondering whether this company is a fraud company?

Zapals no tracking number, no response to multiple emails and requests

I placed order for qcy t1 pro tws mini wireless bluetooth earphones with charging box, order #[protected]. I paid for registered shipping delivery with tracking number.
However, I haven't received tracking number or confirmation of shipment.
I sent many emails to zapals but haven't received any reply at all.
I would much appreicte your cooperation and help, as I can't even discuss the matter with zaplas, - they ignore my emails and obviously have not sent me my order.

Zapals bluetooth fingerprint padlock

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I, like many other, would provide ZERO stars if possible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a bluetooth fingerprint lock from here for my sons locker at school in September. The item did not arrive until October, okay it's coming from China, I get that. However, IMMEDIATELY upon arrival we realized the item would not work. It would not connect to any of the bluetooth enabled devices in our home. There is a code that is specific to the lock that allows you to connect the device, however this code was not included in the purchase rendering this item completely useless. It is now the end of January and I am STILL trying to get a refund for my purchase. I contacted them immediately and as per their website regarding returns. However, they refuse to comply with their own terms on their own website! They have offered laughable refund amounts, less than $20 each time, but the total spent was $43.72. They also wanted me to ship the item back at my expense and if the item truly did not work once it arrived and their techs could not fix it, then they would give a full refund including shipping. THE SHIPPING FEES TO SEND THE ITEM BACK WERE OVER $75! No thank you, I know how that will work.
Item arrives back in China, tech looks it over, says it works fine, no refund on any of it and you keep my item. Nope, not playing that game. I have asked numerous times for contact information for this company so that my attorney can take over but I still am not being given that information either. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Zapals product not shipped, no response

People! I have got the same problem as you all have here. I made an order on Zapals.com, and they never shipped my item. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service and not one replied. It's a total scam. They apparently make a fortune by scamming, waiting for innocent people to give up their money. We must stop them. I say we all report them to Google so that this scammy paper company won't be able to hook anymore people.

Zapals e-commerce platform

Almost 2 months ago, I ordered 3 items as the promotion is almost too good to be true. When I did not receive any of my items, I emailed them and the reply was that i should just be patient and wait. But now totally no reply to my emails. I believe none of the items I ordered had been sent. The promotion is indeed to be to be true. Beware of this scam seller.

Zapals xbox one controller

I ordered an xbox one controller on the 17th December 2018 it stated that shipping would be £3.80 and would take 7-10 days. I waited for my shipping email and tracking number never came so the 29th I emailed to see what was going on. I got an email from customer support with my shipping details on the 2nd January (it was the weekend and new year so was ok) I then waited until the 9th January and got a card in the mail to say I couldn't have my item until I paid £11.12 customs fee which I've never had to pay before when ordering from abroad. I received my controller today (10th Jan) and its been tampered with the case isn't flush like it should be and bits of plastic in the box so all in all not happy will not order from again and advise people to stay away

Zapals never got order and I expect a refund immediately

I have paid for my order nearly 3 weeks ago and even extra for 3-7 shipping. I still have not received my order or anything informing me of its arrival. I ordered on December 18. Clearly its been over 7 days. I have sent a few emails, none to which I have received information back regarding my order. I would like my money refunded to my account immediately, because I don't see any signs that I'll be receiving my order.

Zapals order #[protected] - never received!

I placed an order with Zapals on August 6th, 2018. They sent me a confirmation and tracking number - HK Post #[protected]. It's been way over a month and I still have not received the order.

I wrote to them about 4 times, but no one ever responded - so I finally had to open a case with Paypal.

Now when I sign into my account there, it says that I have NO orders placed with them!

Bunch of crooks, stay away from this company!

UPDATE #1 - They contacted me and said they'd refund me. They told me to respond to them to confirm that I wanted them to refund me. When I replied to their email, I got an automatic response saying a new ticket was opened. I have NOT heard from them since, nor have I been refunded!

UPDATE #2 - I was just contacted again, after writing them another email stating that I did not receive my refund. Now they decided to only give me a refund if I CHANGE MY RATING?!?! Here is their email to me...Talk about Blackmail! I told them to keep their refund, I will NOT compromise my integrity by changing my rating when they clearly DO NOT deserve it!

I would refund you, which is my promise definitely. However as many customers who replied would amend rating after we refunded them but just disappeared after they received refund, we took many lessons of such and got disappointed. Apologies we would take the loss by refunding you attempting to make you happy, however we would not be the victim of faulty product by manufacturer even if after we fully reimburse our valued customer - you. Your compassion will be highly appreciated, thank you and apologies again for this event.

Zapals where is my order

I had ordered some magnetic balls order#[protected] on 8/6/18 SKU WP1031001809027, Shipment #[protected], Tracking Number(s): HK Post [protected]. The order never arrived. I went to the post office to confirm and asked my leasing office. I get a mail for every mail that gets delivered to me. I am pretty sure the order never came. They never delivered and they don't respond to tickets. Zapals closed the ticket and marked the order as compete. Simply outrageous. I need a response from them for a replacement/refund or at least a courtesy to reply.

Zapals honeycomb lumbar support seat cushion with non-slip cover

Received 8/24/18

Both cushions were missing the washable seat covering.

Not much use without the seat cushion cover that is supposed to be included.

Bought 2 egg sitter cushions "with cover". Neither had a cover. Delivery was a month and a half. Tried to get get them to send the covers. They basically tried to delay until PayPal dispute time ran out. The offered $4, then $5, then $6 for the missing covers, and told me to buy them locally. Locally, 2 covers would be $26. PayPal expected me to spend $250 to send the cushions back to get a $40 full refund. I gave up on PayPal, they were unhelpful, not as bad as Zapals but close. I am giving up on any refund and just want to try and keep others from making the same mistake.

Hi my name is Genika morgan I ordered a controller for the ps4 system from your company aug 13, 2018 you charged my card $27.60 i never received a conformation email in regards to anything about this purchase today is the 20th of August still nothing . I would like to cancel my order if it hasn't been sent yet and receive a full refund i no longer want the product I've tried calling numerous times you guys don't answer. If no action takes on this matter i will sue . Thanks

Zapals shipping

First off took over 2 weeks to come but said it was 5-8 days. They also advertised they wer from the uk which clearly isn't true as I'm being charged £11 with custom claims?

Not worth your time or money ordering from this site. I advise you pay extra for whatever you want cause at least then there's no hassle.

I've askd her customer support for a refund but not sure if they'll accept it whatever

Zapals xbox one wireless controller

This company is a scam. It took them over 15 days to get my product to me, that when I got it, was a clear knockoff product then what I ordered. Their customer service has been rude, unprofessional, and just blatantly unwilling to be the least bit helpful in anyway. Their knockoff product doesn't even work and they are making me jump through hoops to obtain a refund. They have tried to bribe me into giving them better ratings and guilt me into taking a lesser refund. A repugnant experience using this website, I cannot advise how highly you should stay away from this website. They are only trying to rip you off and scam you. They also deleted my comments last time.

I ordered the iphone earbuds a month ago, never received them..never recieved a email confirmation on the order of a order number.contacted customer service never got anywere, but was charged 10.00 on my cc..do not order from this company they are a scam..three months a still no product..spent and hour on the phone waiting to talk to a live person in customer service, and got no.were..total waste of time Wayne booker

Zapals no confirmation of shipping or response to emails and phone calls

Purchased online and received the confirmation order a few days after the online ordering. Email gave an order number, stating that another email would be sent once the package was being shipped. No email. Have sent in asking for update to email address, no reply. Have tried calling, no response - either it rings and rings, or "has no powers according to the recorded message.
