Am a Senior Product Manager, working remotely with an American Client and to access the company network and Code Base I require to use the VPN provided by the company.They are using NordLayer.
The issue that when connecting using Orange Mobile it works perfectly and when am using it with Zain Jo I can't reach anything not even the Company network.
I opened two tickets and they closed them without getting back to me, contacting me or solving my issue for the 3rd day in a row
Desired outcome: They need to white list NordLayer VPN protocol and to be able to use it as it is blocking my business and affecting it heavly

Hi, i am a Zain client since 2003 residing in Amman - Jordan, and i used to pay all my due payments through e-fawTeercom, now i have travelled to USA 🇺🇸 and trying to pay my bills via efawateercom without success, also i am not receiving any messages from my family in jordan nor can i send any msg from my phone as well, all msgs fail to be sent from my side, or to reach me from senders.
My zein subscription has been successfully recharged today by a friend of mine in Jordan to try to solve this problem incase the problem is the renewal of the subscribtion, but again, I couldn’t pay my bills or receive msgs so the problem is still there, i need your help to succeed in paying my bills through my phone along with the related applications while i am away.

October 17 2022, 5pm start of internet loss, very low connection, i call customer service because it is not the only day and time it happen but now its very dissapointed, they told only to reset and reset and reset. But still problem not fixed .
October 18 2022, still no internet. Same problem, 5G signal is on but no internet.
Zain? What happen? Can you please address my problem.or better inform me to cancel my subscription.

November 23, 2022 around 7:03 pm. I called the customer service hotline, as a Filipino, I pressed the Filipino version assistance, I use another line to called because I thought that my sim wasn't able to call due to "Internet only-data" subscription, My kabayan, unfortunately, rude to answer my questions, it was very unprofessional to hang me 3 times and last call I did, they informed me not to call Zain service hotline if I am using another line, is this the right way to tell your customer or attend a call like that? Please train your staffs how to handle customer services professionally.
Postpaid Data Plan
Cancelled my data plan after clearing my bill back in January. I got a reciept for the bill paid and the agent assured me that the plan has been cancelled. Now months later I get a call from zain stating I have a bill of KWD 30 due.
I don't use that sim card, in fact I do not even have it.

What is happening to me now is a nightmare in my life because Zain is charging me the amount not in the package that was previously agreed at the amount of 10kd. The extra 89kd was added to my billing this month (March 2022)and the total now is 113kd, they have nothing to say that this extra amount is came from apple and I'm sorry. I called 107 but also nothing happen, I also tried to call apple support but he was looking for me apple i.d. but my unit is not an apple it is Samsung ever since so they can't trace what item to that amount I will pay but it is impossible I don't have any transaction from apple. The question is will I just pay? Where is the so -called security? what if in the next few days it's not just 100kd maybe a large amount is there no action coming from Zain?..

2nd Vist to maintance branch, they said working please go
Still nt working
Today third visit, they saw it and returned it saying it is working
Sadly the device is not working

I bought Zain's internet service 5G with automatic monthly deduction from my bank account of kd12. About two weeks later, I couldn't log in my account to use the service. I filled a complaint with the company's customer service. I was told I shall be contacted by their technical support within 72 hours. It has been approximately 3 days and the problem remains unresolved. I was asked to file another complaint and, needless to say, I shall be contacted by the technical support within 72 hours. Bad service, terrible customer service, no technical support.

Corporate Contract
We have a contract with Zain for our company. A mobile number was added to our contract that did not belong to us and we have never requested for. We paid for this number for many months and finally launched a complain in Sept 2020. Its going to be almost an year now and the issue remains unresolved.
If there is any award for the worst customer services...Zain would be the contender.
Took my money and not given me the credit
So I recharged through the Zain app as I am in the states and need to charge my phone or else it will expire. They sent me a registration code by SMS. Of course they took the money the same second but I have been told I need to dial 171 with someone in Kuwait in order to give them the code for them to grace me with my own money. Of course that didn't work. Now the second reps solution is that he will file a "complaint " and that my friend in Kuwait should dial 107 again and explain why they think I'm getting invalid. Now the rep disconnected the chat and I need to go through the process of explaining and dealing with another rep to solve their problem so I can get my money that's in the air now transfered to my account

Hello, as I was using my phone its 2 am i suddenly lost service, i have no service on my phone. I checked airplane mode, tried reinstalling sim, reset network settings etc nothing worked out. I have bought prepaid Kuwait sim card in mobile shop and paid for fancy number sim card, but unfortunately it was not updated on my civil id name and number. since 2015 I was using that without any problem. due to the crisis i lost the job and my visa was expired recently. that connection now my friend have still using . I don't want use that number as active. can I have any idea to close that number ?

I come here in kuwait.. 2018 and I finesh my contract in sep 2019 and I go back to my country someone miss use my civil id when i'm not here in kuwait even I don't know about this fraud... I came back in kuwait in january2020 with new visa and in new company and now last month I know that someone buy something from zain in my civil id...In december2019 when i'm not in the country... What is this same on people who do this... And now i'm in too much tension how I come out from this problem there is no body to help me... Please help me... Don't play with someone's life.
