Lawnmower
A house down the street put a brand new Yardworks lawnmower self propelling out for garbage. He said it wont start no matter what it's yours. He wasn't kidding i spent hours last year and nothing. Today i took the carburator out 4 times cleaned jets inside and went to Canadian Tire where the [censored] there knew less then i did, or did'nt care. It is going out for garbage brand new mower.

I bought a new battery two years ago add Its already hooped. I can not find a replacement anywhere. Its 24 volt 16 inches [protected]) Please let me know where I can buy one of these. My mower is only five years old. I've had to replace my the battery twice in this short and period of time. The lawnmower is still brand new so it's a shame if I can't get parts for it. Can't get a hold of Yardworks to resolve my situation.

I bought the yardworks lithium grass trimmer, on june 2, 2010; july 5, the guard broke off, which is a safety factor, as its plastic, is this a failure with the unit or just a faulty piece. For a $169., thats a lot of hard earned money for a product to breakdown so quickly; this unit should be replaced and not just repaired. I've heard from other people that yardworks are inferior products in comparison to other sources. That troubles me, especially when it comes to safety. This unit was left at ctc-store for repair.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
intentional fault
My yardworks electric chainsaw screwed up after minimal use. The motor was working well, but wouldn't drive the chain. I dismantled it and discovered that one gear drive was made of plastic! Obviously intentional to force the customer to but a new saw. If the gear was steel, it probably would have lasted a long time.,,,,,,
