www.shilla.co.uk The dress arrived in damaged condition

I have ordered a dress from www.shilla.co.uk. The dress arrived really on time, but the dress was damaged and I immediately decided to contact the rep and wanted to complain. The rep listened to my complaints and said that someone would reach me and would help to solve the problem. But it was the last thing what I heard from them. So, please be very careful if you order from this company.

www.shilla.co.uk The seller provided only 2 dresses from 5

My sister will have her wedding next month, and all her bridesmaids have purchased the same dresses from www.shilla.co.uk. We have ordered these dresses 3 months ago, but we still haven’t received all of them. We got only 2, but we ordered 5. The seller ignored our requests and emails. Please, help us to solve the problem, because we have lost all hopes to return money or get these dresses.

www.shilla.co.uk The dress was lost somewhere and the seller told to wait and nothing precisely

I bought bridesmaids dress from the company www.shilla.co.uk. I placed the order and seller told me that the delivery can take 20 days. But I have waited 2 months and still got nothing. The seller only tried to calm me down and told that I would get the dress soon. But I have stopped to believe him and I want only my money back. Please, help me to solve this problem.

This company are fraudsters indeed. The dress you fall in love with is not the dress that arrives. I complained to them and they just want pics. I tole them I do know sewing and fabric and the one sent is not the one my daughter wanted. Do not use this site, you will not get the satisfaction .

Ordered a dress for my daughters prom and it was unsuitable. I asked for a refund and they do not give one at all! I am now £150 down and no dress for my daughter. Its a lot of money to lose. Not only do these people have bad customer service, they have a false returns policy and they ask for photos of you in this dress to see why its unsuitable. I would never provide a photo of my daughter to no stranger! Disgusting! Please do not buy from this company. All the bad reviews are justified.

We have to do something together, writting reviews is not enough! We have to take our money back, we do not deserve this, anyone has an idea how to sue them, to both Hongkong goverment and UK government? I mean we cannot seat here and crying about 100-200GBP, that a large amount of money, we need to get them back, there are already so many people had to get the scam! We need to stand up for ourselves!

I've just had a ridiculous experience with Shillas and really wished my daughter and I had done our research first on this company as we would never have placed an order with them! A day after placing our order for 2 dresses (my daughter couldn't decide which one so we stupidly ordered 2!) I happened to go online and saw some awful reviews so I immediately e-mailed them and cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Well, what a charade as they said they'd already started making the first dress so would have to charge us 70% of the cost of the dress. Numerous e-mails went to and fro and I categorically stated for them to totally cancel my order and give me a refund. Anyway, today I recieve an e-mail to say they have shipped both dresses - WHY! They are the worsed company I have ever dealt with on the Internet and I regulary order online and have never had any issues with any companies in the past. I'll be lucky to get any money back at this rate. There must be something we can do as it seems there are so many disgruntled people out there, they need to be banned from the UK website!

Sad, just a huge disappointment! Let's face it, all of the dresses look absolutely fabulous, who wouldn't want to buy one? Happy for those who may have had great success, wish I could say the same .
Still cannot fathom it, perplexed because the pictures look so amazing. You know, what they say "If it seems too good to be true..." .
Recieved a dress which clearly does not fit, emailed, explained with photos as solid proof, no worries, the reply... wait for it... 'Keep the dress or accept £8 refund' or charge an ADDITIONAL £55 to remake? £ 8 refund ? The gall!
Are you kidding me! What is going on? What happened to their open, customer friendly 'Exchange and Refund 'policy, which clearly states, a refund if unhappy with the dress, it doesn't fit, etc etc... well, all ofthat flew through the window!
Never saw that coming, about the refund or exchange policy, as a matter of fact, that very policy is what made me feel secure enough to buy the dress. 'Cloak and dagger' scheme more like!"
I even overlooked a few very minor glitches with the dress because, it was the lining material so no big deal, stitching was fine, the sequins were a bit ... meh, but thought you know what, the dress is here, grateful for that, it will be alright, ok, no problem, so had my daughter try it on...What is going on ? Like NOT able the zip the dress up at the back, the first few inches and then ...whoa like a 6 inch width difference?WHAT! Seriously ? Crazy if you ask me .. would never have believed it, still can't believe it. Those of you who are lucky enough to get a good dress, so happy for you but, lesson learned. IF you are super skinny maybe, take a chance and try and I mean it in the best possible way, but this is for a size 10/12 person. and it can't be zipped up? Waiting forever for response from them, showed pictures so they could see clearly I was not exaggerating in any way, shape or form.
It is not '1 inch' difference, where you could maybe wear an waist cincher to help, not even '3 inch' but total '6 inches' difference! Come on !.
I am not a massive complainer but especially, with such a blaringly obvious disparity, the very minimum to be expected is to keep your word and honour a fair exchange or refund. Can you imagine my expression when in the above email to them informed them that I was very willing to consider a different style, higher priced without a zip, to avoid that issues plus pay the difference. The reply was no, the tailor made it well, the only offer on the table is £8:00 refund, or pay £55 to have it remade. How on earth could I trust that the same style would even fit after such a massive error to begin with!
Final thoughts, going shopping for a prom dress, filing a report with the bank to get a full refund, plus can provide photos as evidence. Actually annoying, because it is rare for me to have a problem buying online, and usually any issue with other sellers is resolved so quickly and effciently, which makes for a pleasant transaction. By far, this is simply unacceptable, Good riddance!

I ordered a dress from shillas and it arrived late, was a different colour, style, material and had bad stitching. it was completely different from the dress ordered, it looked like an extremely poor copy of the dress displayed in the picture. when we contacted shillas to ask for a refund they simply said no and blocked me. do NOT use this we company it's shocking!

also, the website gives the impression that its based in the uk but it's actually based in china making it very difficult to take it any further in terms of a refund.

Worse dress I've ever seen. Anyone who want me to send them pictures I will. They told me that I couldn't get a refund. The biggest waste of $120

Had to pay more money to get it ALTERED.
