I think that the company has no idea what customers services are and how to solve the problems. When we faced some difficulties, the team started to panic and they could tell us what to do and how to react. It was so strange and incompetent from their side. We asked to give us instructions, but they stopped to communicate us and we got the reply only after 4 days of silence. Terrible services and deal. / Don't pay for the consultation. Waste of money

My friends and I opened the online store and needed some consultation from It was real rip off, because the rep took money for the consultation, but he has spent 5 minutes with us and told that we have made big work and he has nothing to add. Seriously, we didn’t need this crap and his speeches. But suddenly he told that he needed to finish another job and he went away. Awful services.
