This service is fake
Hello. I was a member of www.internationalcupid.com and want to tell about this site. I do not recommend it to anyone, it's full of fake profiles.
From the first sight you may think that there a lot of beautiful girls on InternationalCupid, but unfortunately all the beautiful ladies are fake.
I tried to chat with at least 15 of them and received only robotic replies. Almost all these girls replied with the same phrases and asked the same questions. There were 15 profiles but it felt like all 15 were operated by the same person.
It's hard to find a real human there, don't even try. I don't want to sound rude or something, but people with not so attractive (in other words ugly) photos might be real. But I'm not sure about that either.
Don't use this dating site.
Blatant transphobia, completely unacceptable.
As a pre-op transgender man (born a girl, want to be a boy) I joined this site in an attempt to get to know people from around the world. When it came to verifying my profile, I asked if I could do it using my ID which still has my female legal name and "female" on it. They said no and forcibly changed my gender to "female" on the site. I can switch it back to male, but it's still female in the system and it's blatantly obvious.
Looking at my matches after that, all of my potential matches are either seeking females or seeking anybody. Members who previously messaged me who are seeking men can no longer communicate with me and I get this message: "Sorry, you cannot send a message to this member. Unfortunately this member has selected not to be contacted by members of your gender." And I've gotten plenty of messages from straight men.
If they expect me to pay for their services after pulling this crap, they are mistaken and completely delusional. I wouldn't return even after getting SRS, I am completely offended and appalled by this. Before this happened, I was considering paying for a membership for just a month to try it out, but no, no more. Many other dating sites are more deserving of my money.
Even if you're a post-op transgender person, I would never recommend this site because of how they would treat your pre-op brothers and sisters. Really despicable. I already deal with a lot of transphobia in the world, I don't need to deal with more. Or any, really!
Fake charges and the company stole money from my account
Don’t join the website www.internationalcupid.com. I have joined it and indicated my card details. It was big mistake, because money started to fly away from it. I haven’t used this website often, but money has disappeared too quickly from my card. I have no idea why it has happened like this. I was shocked and closed the account, because I didn’t see any other option. I only wanted to share my review about this company and warn other people about this scam.
