Firstly,
As indicated above they took money from my credit card without my authority even though i clearly indicated that i did not want them to take out money on a monthly basis on a selective box telling me DO YOU WISH TO DEDUCT US$29.99 monthly it ticked '' NO "' and they went ahead just the same!

An Ector County Jailer has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting an inmate.
Alfred John Herrera, 54, was charged with Sexual Assault and was arrested and booked into the Ector County Detention Center Thursday morning.
An arrest affidavit issued by the Texas Rangers alleges that a female inmate at the Ector County Jail accused Herrera of sexual assault on August 29th.
In the affidavit the victim alleges that Herrera escorted her into a bathroom at an Odessa MHMR facility, and with her legs and wrists still shackled forced her to commit sexual acts, and photographed or videotaped the assault on his cell phone.
After the assault, Herrera allegedly gave the victim a specific brand of hard candy before leading her back into the facility. Later, it is alleged that Herrera discussed obtaining a U.S. Post Office box so that he could deposit money into her jail account without it being traced back to him.
According to the affidavit hand written notes by the victim written after the date match the assault she described.
The affidavit also reveals that a second potential victim accused Herrera of committing the same crime in 2015.
This potential victim told investigators that Herrera forced her to commit sexual acts as she was shackled to a bed. She also stated that Herrera talked about getting a PO Box, and that he would keep in contact with her.
During an interview, investigators questioned Herrera about the assault at the MHMR facility, to which he responded that he had led a female inmate into a bathroom and waited outside until she left. Neither investigator mentioned that the suspect had described the same time and particular bathroom.
A search of Herrera's home found candies that matched those that the first victim described.
Herrera has been released on a $50,000 Surety Bond.

Incompetant customer service - dictorial, failure to prior notify of sactions applied. NO justification given.
1) Failure to delete female accounts when genuine issues reported with evidence. eg Account [protected]. Numerous emails sent by me reporting that account. Victoria Hearts site banned this person foe being an alleged scammer from their site and even refunded my payments on communication with this person. Why has Findbride site done the same?
2) Failed to give documentory evidence why FindBride site fails to comply with current legal laws of the land with respect to Human Rights laws, Discrimination laws, Illegally altering text is message/letters sent that is strictly is forbiden under Human Rights laws. Those rights are are STATUTORY which overturn/take precendent over any terms and conditions a company wishes to impose. Customer service just ignore complaints, fend of without actually addressing the isssues raised when legal matters are raised. They are not legally trained. They never pass the compliant to senior management to get a full and proper legal answer.
3) Sanction account without due cause with NO right of appeal. Nor specify any evidence to support the sanction imposed. Totally unfair, unjust and dictorial contary to the laws of the land where a company/indivual has the STATUTORIAL right to be innocent until proven guilty. Only then when all evidence is provided and shown to prove their case beyond all reasonable doubt can any sanction cannot be applied. Not the case with FindBride.

Woman are cons working for the site
I was.on findbride.com for 3 months.
Spent over $3000 dollars communicating with two women.
The first was a Ukrainian woman who said she wanted me to come there for her I agreed.
After spending the 1500 credits to get her contact information she musterisly dropped her phone and couldn't remember her email password.
I bought her a phone only to hear she couldn't activate it? Due to covid but wanted to continue on the site. I dropped her because she couldn't give me a legit reason for her lies.
Second woman from belarus..same story..spent the 1500 credits only to hear atn330am in belarus she had her phone stolen and her bNk accounts empty.
Also wanted a new phone.but now a iPhone for $2000. Of course from the site.
Here again i knew when she said she was in line at the bank to recover her account was a total lie..at 330am belarus time..

Full refund on credits that I wasn’t able to use
Find-bride just shut down out of no where and I want a refund on my money because I didn't get to use 300 credits of the money I had spent on for find-bride.com. I deserve to able to use effectively all the money I spent on this site called find-bride.com. I ended up spending $500 and thinking that the end result would be the desired woman I want to be with personal information. I posted reviews about Find Bride before problems with the profile of my wife ID38744; Nelly on this site her profile continue s to be used even though we live in USA.
I called Find Bride Headquarters in Edinburgh UK +44 131 322 1272 today 10am EST in USA
I. man with Scottish accent picked up call I explained I want my wife's profile taken down people have using her profile to scam men. they recently took some of Nelly's younger photos from her Instagram account and posted them on this site. Thank God she has closed that account!
The man then said is a investment service I repeated phone number to him he said it was correct he added Find Bride must have stolen his number and then hung up.
I kept calling back for thirty minutes
No answer? Verizon your call cannot be completed. He must have blocked my number. I got the number from complaint board. It shows nefarious this company really is!
The agency's in Ukraine are worse they brag about anti scam and doing Rock solid background checks a total joke. my Nelly's confirmation video is thirty eight seconds long thoroughly checked you sign paper you are in.

I think I have told people in other reviews I experimented. Turning on live videos some looked like masks put over their faces pre teens and teenagers sitting in booths women that bore no resembelence to women in profile. Women do get paid for chats videos gifts agency takes half
I have been contacted by women that used to be on this site and told me they were hounded by administrators to answer letters quickly and chats or be penalized most women needed translator s but the women said translators did not know English either.
Women also said girls in their twenties
Have no intention to relocate to another country they are just fooling around to try and make a few dollars.
I have seen ads in Russian and Ukranian newspaper s looking for translators typing slaves ads for women's profiles agents buy them and then post the profiles. live videos are faked out.
My sources also say most men online are perverts no decent men
I will continue my saga soon.
Heed my warning beware of Snakes wearing suits. I lucked out with my wife I would say 1 in a million not really good odds!

I reporting on my continuing saga with Find Bride .
I contacted them today using phone number on Complaint board site +[protected] I called about 10am EST
A man with a Scottish accent answered I explained how I wanted my wife's profile removed ID 38744 Nelly and people running it have recently changed her profile around stealing her photos from Instagram of what she looked like almost ten years ago . Thank God she closed that site
The agencys in Ukraine are the corrupt culprits

I tried calling again for thirty minutes no answer my Verizon service kept saying your call can not be completed .
What would you think ?
When I complain to support on Find bride site in Kiev they never respond
No anti scam policy like they boast about.
My wife Id38744 her confirmation interview lasted 38 seconds with her holding fake passport Rock solid interview I may post photo.
Talking to women I have met online that worked on Find Bride have said administrators hound women to answer chats and letters quickly or get penalized after all agency takes half of all money made .
Women also say women in their twenties have no intention of relocating to another country they are just playing around to make a few bucks .
I will continue this saga and keep you informed of infromation I pick up.

I tried a experiment on the find bride site I turned on live video profiles I women turned out to be a pre teen another a teenager another a woman who did not resemble the women in the profile
So in love chat you are talking to fakers
So much for integrity of anti scam policies of Find Bride agency site
This site is a waste of money .
All smoke and mirrors
Oh I turned on one profile it looked like a robot waking up with what I call a stolen face or mask over it so fake I had to laugh worth the money!
Support never responded to my emails.
This issue is not resolved Martin will not give me his contact infromation phone number or address to visit him at his office in the western.United states.
He is a liar beware.

In my previous complaint I forgot to mention my wife's profile is 38744 Nelly she looks immortal on this site her looks have changed but she still is beautiful to me
Thank God we did not meet on this site .
She now's lives in USA and they continue to exploit her profile I have written emails to get the profile taken down they do not acknowledge me .
When I ask questions only me and the real Nelly know the fake Nelly does not answer or gives a incorrect answer.
Her profile is the one that has a live video that looks like a robot waking up
With a mask over her face we both get a good laugh
How many other profiles are compromised ?
I would not waste money on what I deem to be a major scam site .

Before registering a profile on the site, each girl undergoes a thorough check of all documents, including age (teenagers are not allowed on the site), marital status and much more. Until these documents have been verified and confirmed, we will not register her profile on the site.
We also make sure that ladies do not use pre-recorded chat videos. If you have any suspicions that a lady is using pre-recorded videos for a chat session, please contact our support team so they can check the case.
