Wu Yi Source Credit Card Fraud/Scam

This company is tied to several companies that are scamming consumers by placing unauthorized charges on credit cards. They do it with Free Trials, or offering products that never ship. I placed an order with one company - cellarbrokers.com, and the next day Wu Yi was charging my credit card for shipping charges on a "Free Trial". When questioned, they said perhaps someone in my family had ordered it for me - playing on emotions. Soon after New Vitality was also charging my credit card. I didn't order a thing from either of these companies, and never received a product from cellarbrokers (you can look them up on the complaint board - many similar experiences). I've come to realize this is a credit card scam. They hold onto any money they get from your credit card - and make interest off of it - until the charge is disputed. My credit card company said this is now common, and also told me the only way to stop them from charging more was to cancel my credit card. If they have your number, I suggest you do the same. I've also filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Forget the fact that the product doesn't work - this is a credit card scam.

Wu Yi Source I keep getting charged for product that I have not received

I am disputing extra charges on my credit card for the energy pills and I have NEVER received them from "Melt it off". I tried to call and it tool me several tries to get a live person. When I finally did he told me to send the product back for a refund. I told him I NEVER received the product!

Now I keep getting charged for product that I have not received. I have 3 charges for a total of $77.00 for product not received.

Go onto FTC.com and file a complaint for internet and/or credit card fraud against melt it off. That may help to get them to stop and maybe even go out of business.

Wu Yi Source Lied, billed me $59.94 for service I did not order

My credit card was billed 59.94 by Self Help Works. The name showed SHW. Living Lean is not their name. They are part of Wu-Yi Source.

They are committing credit card fraud. I am pissed. Their business is ripping people off.

I spoke with Eileen at self help works [protected]) who tried to convince me I ordered LivingLean. But I just forgot. Well, I didn't just forget. If I had wouldn't the materials be a clear reminder if I had ever received them?

They are liars and scammers. I did not sign up. I wouldn't because doing so is asking for double the trouble with the computer problems and getting unwanted junk mail.

I ordered diet pills from another site which I never got. I can only assume they got my credit card info from them (SHW) and that they are affiliated.

We have purchased the product (tea) in good faith. The payment was allegedly taken by "secure server". Instead, the following month our card start to receive a number of small different charges such as "web access", "membership" and so on. Because we are in the UK, they stand out being charges in USD and was very easy to identify the scam. DONT USE THEIR SITE YOU WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD TO GET RID OF THEIR EXTENSIVE FRAUD SCAM

This company has improperly billed me. The internet site stated that there would be a FREE trail to try out this tea and all that was necessary to pay for was the shipping cost. The first charge was correct, only for the shipping and the next charge was for 30 dollars in unwanted merchandise. I was not at all happy with the tea and did NOT order an additional tea.

I, too, feel "victim" to this company, they tell you they are sending a "free" trial of tea, then charge you for it, AND SHARE your billing information with a living lean company, that supposedly provides you with online program... never received, never used, and they continued to charge my account until I had the card destroyed and canceled... every rep in this company really knows how to "double" talk to make it sound like your the idiot... please, please don't fall prey to these vultures, and report to BBB!

I ordered the WuYi source tea as well, and there acai berry pills. for the 14 day trial. after 7 days, i was doing my banking and found a $57.75 charge from them on my statement. i went straight home and called them to cancel, they guy on the other end pretty much told me he WASNT cancelling me and that i would have to call before Feb 2nd to cancel again, well i did this...no answer. i wrote a horrible nasty email to the wuyi staff, saying that my lawyer is going to be in touch with them. They told me that they were taking me out of their system. and that if i returned everything i would get my money back, so i packaged everything up, and got a tracking number from the post. the package was delivered to them 2 weeks ago, and another charge has been put on my card for $57.75.. needless to say, i'm cancelling my credit card, and speaking to a lawyer. maybe class action? so in other words... dont do it, and thank you facebook for the hassle...###!

this company is a SCAM do not under any circumstances agree to the "free sample" - there is no free sample it is a SCAM! you will not only be billed 60$ immediately (plus the shipping and handling fee that they claim is the onlly cost associated with the "trial") BUT YOU WILL BE BILLED OTHER CHARGES FROM OTHER COMPANIES! The are apparantly all a part of the "trial agreement" and fees from other companies will shpw up on your credit card statement like pests that you can't get rid of! The charges range from 1$ to 60$ a month and will catch you off guard as there are so many small charges so they are not as wasy for you to notice them. If you want to diepute the chagges you have to call a seperate 1800 # for each of the various charges and will be forced to wait on long calls, speaking with rude people who are not interested in refunding your money and make YOU feel like a criminal instead of a victim...I have been scammed - PLEASE avoid WU-YI SOURCE and EASYWEIGHTLOSS TEA.

I called Living Lean at [protected] and got hung up on twice before I talked to a man named Joe (if thats his real name). Anyways when I asked to speak to a supervisor the first time I was hung up on. The second time when I got to a supervisor and asked for a refund I was hung up on. So finally when I called a third time Joe informed me that the refund was already in place for the payments of $19.95. I thought I was only charged twice when i actually I was charged for three month to a program that helps you lose weight but doesn't exist. I informed them that it was unfair and unjust to make me pay for something I had do idea what it was or how to use it. Please I urge you to call and get your money back. Don't be scammed like the rest of us fat women trying to lose a few extra pounds. We wanna lose pounds not dollars.

What turned out to be free for 4.95 turned out to cost over 104. dollars plus change. the company goes under two names, living lean and wu yi source. I returned the living lean what ever that was. I never opened the package. Because i only ordered the one free item. A second package arrived and i sent it back, this time i openned it up to see what it was and it was tea. I sent it back and when i tried to give them a tracking number they said the could not find it and to call back on monday. The account they use was only for $4.95, and all the other moneys they just took. The bank is the one who let us know because we wanted to know who was causing the overdrafts in the wrong account. We want no further dealings with this company or any other that offers something free for just the cost of delivery.

A lesson in reading the small print. Was happy to pay trial price was not aware that you became 'affiliated 'with all these other companies who carried on taking money off my credit card for 3 months after I cancelled the tea and its taken me that long to find phone nubers and contact them .I will not be fooled again and will read the small print in future.Very clever how they say you cannot claim back over charges so they are guaranteed to get a couple of months money of everyone before people cancel.

I purchased the free trial of Wu Yi Source Authentic Wu Yi Tea. I have tried to cancel this product to no avail. I cannot contact the shipper or company to stop these unauthorised payments from my credit card. I have sent back 3 boxes to the shipping address and I am still being charged. I would like action to be taken promptly. My email address is rottenmiguel@live.com. If i must I will take this matter further
