Been a very loyal customer in the past all ways pay off even early, this time applied for a loan. Called 3 times person says we will call back 4 working days no call back and email them just does nothing. Seems they dont like repeat business cant get as much interest when good people pay off early. Seems to be a don't care attitude. If this is how they work now, thy need to be shut down.

I had received a letter in mail stating that I could qualify for a loan since I had just paid my loan off months before. But when I got there they told me that I was not approved for loan but didn't give me any reason to why. However someone stole my mail box key from car haven't been able to get mail from mailbox. I know that I had had some problems back in the past with management. But whatever please make sure no one else has a loan in my name because I know that there's several other people named Anita Sumter and Anita Sumpter in Hopkins SC and Florence SC and Modesto CA. I wasn't approved I don't need know other Hassel in life because someone already been stealing my identity at every bank in Columbia SC.

I was called this morning about a missed payment but clearly the agent Lexi didn't take the time to look over my account to see that I had made a payment online. She was rude and snotty about it. I refuse to go to the store anymore because of the manager and his agent are very rude. I don't want my account there at that store anymore because of there rudeness.

This company takes harassment to an entirely different level. I have received call after call after call and several messages & this is just in one day. The day after payment is due. I do understand that it is now considered past due, I know that. I've had a loan with them for almost a year now, I know exactly how it works. It's the constant calls to me and my references saying the same thing over & over. Even after I directly called them and gave them an update about my financial status, the continue to call to the point where I want to block them. Which I know I shouldn't do, but it's getting out of hand. No one wants to be called every single day about a payment they just explained they cannot make. We're still in the middle of a pandemic so to speak and everything, and I mean everything is rising, except my pay! it's very hard out here to survive on the low income I make when all my bills surpass the amount, I take home monthly. I could do without the constant harassment; it's embarrassing also for them to call people I used as references to disclose information about me. What if I didn't want them to know I even took out a loan, come on now. Yall have to do better than that. cut it out.

I have kept up with them. Called corporate called the store and still get calls. My references get calls. They called my job and made me have an anxiety attack which lead to me having a mental breakdown and could not work. I told them. I plan on paying but the economy has killed me and now looking for a job. I don't know what else to do if I have talked to them and the say this will be in your credit report. I understand my credit is impacted but mentally they have done more and continue to call. I need them to read notes and know I am not trying to not pay but this is crazy how much they call and my answer is always the same.

I am currently out of work and can't make my payments im enrolled in school now and I'm going to pay them off because they are texting me off their private lines talking about sending the marshal out to my home. I am a single mom of three and now my dad is helping me keep my bills paid. but once I get my school check I'm going to pay them and never use this company again

I took out a loan and I have been having trouble catching it up... I told the lady named Abby and Linda... I was a cancer patient and get disability and work 15 hours a week... Sometimes none. They call me 2 to 3 times a day and threaten to contact my job etc and calling everyone on. My list. I will pay when I can get some money. The covid has caused a lot of this.. I will never get a loan again. I had no idea that If you were late with just one payment, they get rude and start harassing you. These people call everyday all day, and to top it off they close at 6, but still call my house late at night. The manager sit on his fat ### and talk about what he needs, but they give you small loans that can't help out with anything. You still need more money to go along with that money. All of the women are rude also. I should have done my research before I went to Moultrie, Ga to get a loan. They call repeatedly for you to come get the loan, and when you do and miss a payment, they still harass you. They started harassing me before I even got the loan. I understand they might be just doing " Their Job", but when you want other people's business, you don't be ###s. I hope this place goes out of business !

I received a call from Sean Myers, who told me he was on vacation in Florida and had seen my timeshare listed at a show. He asked if it was still for sale, would I take less money, amount of the yearly fees, etc. - common questions. Then he said his financer would be calling me. I received a call from Erin Jones who said she was with Worldwide Finance and they were financing the sale for Mr. Myers. She went through the usual shuck and jive, then said I would need to put $750 in a "secure account" through Western Union. She instructed me to go to the local Kroger or Food Lion and fill out a send-money form to put money in the secure account. She assured me they would not take the money unless our property failed the title search. If it passed, she would call me and I could take my receipt back to Kroger or Food Lion and my deposit would be refunded.

I could not find a business at the address she gave me. I called the Florida Department of financial services and was told me this company is not licensed in Florida. I figure they may be licensed somewhere else so the Florida Attorney General can't go after them. Further, I called Western Union and was told they do not put money into a secure account and then refund it - that it was a scam. These crooks are attempting to circumvent credit card cancellations by asking for cash up front in a unique way. BEWARE.
