My name is Eileen Pierce my address is 8351 Stout Road, Cuba, N.Y. 14727. I am requesting a refund of 88.97 that was charged to my credit card. I would like instructions on how to return the product. Please cancel any further shipments. I am fairly certain that I canceled before my 15 day trial was up and I know one of your representatives called me because I hung up on them. I think you should make your commitment to be shipped more a little more obvious as to the obligation if you get the 14 day trial. Thank you for your immediate attention to this issue and a timely resolution. My e-mail is peileen@yahoo.com for any further communications.

whiteningbrites.com cancellation of services

I am not pleased with your product and wish to cancel and have my credit card refunded. If your sending me a strange blue and clear plastic "something" that does nothing discernable and requires two batteries to do it is supposed to make me happy to pay $88.97, it failed miserably.

Please inform me how to return this merchandise. I am supposing I need a Return Merchandise Number. You may contact me at:
npetteway @ att.net. I"ll be expecting your response.

This outfit offered a free trial of a teeth whitening product; and after getting contact information, had the respondent (me) continue on the next page, where it was noted that I owed for a nominal amount of postage ($1.77) and asked for credit card information. I gave it. The free trial package came, but I decided not to treat my teeth, and shortly forgot all about it. About 2-3 weeks later, another pkg arrived; I tossed it in my recycle pile. Then every so often (turns out it was once monthly for three months) another pkg arrived. I noted this in passing and wondered why they were pursuing this trial offer business when it was evident that I wasn't interested. Yesterday I opened one of the packages, and along with a plastic retainer and two syringes of a clear gel-like substance, was a note telling me that they were glad I was enjoying my whitening experience and that I had agreed to continue getting their product at $88.97 a pop because I did not instruct them to cancel the whitiening program within fifteen days following the initial free trial. I thought, "No way." and sat down to write a letter telling them that I did not request their product, and would return it if they would send me the necessary postage. Then I realized that they weren't billing me; they were indicating that I was receiving something I'd paid for. So I called my MasterCard company and found that sure enough, they had been extracting $88.97 every month for the last four months. Mastercard recommended that I call them, which I did, and the person who answered said that indeed they were within their rights because I' d agreed - by not cancelling - to pay them that amount every month and they'd send me their product. He then cancelled the contract and said I'd have to go on line to their website in order to ask for a refund.
I did. After submitting my contact information I was electronically notified that their was no account under my name. A telephone number for customer support was given, but this connected me to another company altogether. I was negligent in two ways: not opening my mail and not poring over my MasterCard statement on a monthly basis. I do not believe these sins of omission should cost me $355.88. And I wonder just what that crap is actually worth.

I DID NOT ORDER YOUR FRAUDULENT PRODUCT, I ONLY WANTED THE FREE SAMPLE, WHICH I FOUND OUT THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "FREE" I WILL RETURN IT AS QUICKLY AS I RECEIVED IT, BUT MAINLY, I WANT MY DEBIT CARD CREDITED, JUST AS QUICKLY AS IT WAS POSTED. YOU WASTED NO TIME SCAMMING ME, AND I EXPECT TO BE CREDITED WITH $88.97 JUST AS QUICKLY AS IT WAS DEBITED. INFORM ME BY E-MAIL WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS CREDITED. I DON'T MIND GETTING AN ATTORNEY, IF I HAVE TO, MY BROTHER IS QUITE A RESPECTABLE ATTORNEY IN THIS TOWN I MAY BE OLD, BUT I AM NOT STUPID. I WORKED FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR 23 YEARS, AND I INTEND TO FIND OUT IF IT ISN'T ILLEGAL TO MAIL HYPODERMIC SYRINGES AND AN UNKNOWN CHEMICAL BY MAIL. CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE CHARGES AND, CANCEL ANYTHING ELSE YOU MAY THINK I ORDERED IMMEDIATELY. YOU DID NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT.
