Warranty Administration Services, INC. / Denied claim for replacement of water pump

We purchased a 7 yr. 100k warranty in 2009 paying for a Secure Option which covers "normal wear & tear." Vehicle was serviced according to the recommendations of Chrysler Corp. A claim was filed by our local Chrysler Dealer for the replacement of the water pump including parts and labor (~ $1510) but W.A.S. is dening the claim due to "unacceptable maintenance records." They have not clarified what they mean by this term despite requests from us and our broker who sold us this contract to clarify it. We need our vehicle so we paid the dealer for the repairs. We filed a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs Division, of the State of California today.

Paid $2500 for a 3 year extended warranty from Warranty Administration Services, Inc. When a year later, the AC blower motor went bad, the company refused to pay for the costs of fixing it. It cost me over $500 to get it fixed. They said that it was not covered, but their contract clearly stated the AC blower motor was covered.
