Vivent review: Refuses to provide copy of all contracts

They claim I signed (salesman/installer did not leave any copies as required by and in violation of Washington State consumer law) They tell me even if I pay for the equipment that I cannot cancel what they claim is a five year monitoring agreement for 5 years at $15 per month whether I want it or not. (that is the fraudulent contract they will not send me although two service reps told me they would email. Liars. Fraudulent business practices and worst customer service ever.
