VitaClear Refuse to cancel service

Canceled service on 4 / 30 / 14. . . Vitaclear still billed us 32. 94 for that april (Even though we moved out of the area) . . . They still shipped out the vitamins (Which we got along w / proactiv) . . . Needless to say, they forwarded the vitamins and we had to pay usps an additional 8. 00 due to it being forwarded! Called vitaclear and was not treated with respect at all. . . Was told i had to ship back the product at my expense to discontinue the future billing installments. . . That cost me an extra 11. 00 to do this. . .

Never buy from them. . . Hard to get anywhere when you want to cancel the service. . . They are a scam and so is proactiv. . . Buyer be ware. . .

VitaClear Never get their free sample!

I order the proactive system and they recomend to try a sample of VitaClear for $1 for which I had to give my debit card, these are vitamins and minerals that would help my acne, I not only got sick everytime I took them but had terrible headaches, so I simple got rid of the box, to the gargage!, a month later I was charge $32 on the card I use to buy proactive and when I call the number they said that they will keep charging me every month for 30 day supply and that I could cancel but the process would take 60 days so here I am getting charge not only $32 now which I could not avoid but future $32+32, incredible! How is it that this people are still in bussiness, I work sooooooooo hard for my money to have some low life company take it away from me, I had to report my card as stolen and I do not see those charges again! I had to go through this but you do not have to! Do not get this sample, do not order proactive even they are sacn too!

I ordered a FREE Sensiclear trial order of their product and was informed that I needed only to pay the shipping. I was not impressed with their product. They have withdrawn $33.94 from my account. I want them to credit my account. I do not know what, or if they plan on sending me. This is not right. Should I contact the better business Burue?

I got my free VitaClear with my Proactiv. Knowing how these companies work, I read the information attached. It said my account would be charged the $29.95 monthly. I called the number and cancelled. I don't see how you are having this problem and it was so simple for me to cancel? (And walk away with some free vitamins)

VitaClear Charged for product that I NEVER ordered

I NEVER ordered Vitaclear, I ordered Proactive and it came as a free sample I NEVER authorized them to take payment from my account and they have been countinuing to take payment for the last year. I cancelled my proactive over a year ago and they never mentioned Vitaclear would still against my permission be taking payment from my account. This company is HORRIBLE to do business with. They were rude and wouldnt give me a manager. Told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I am contacting a lawyer and also any news stations that I can. This is unlawful what they did to me taking over $200 for a product I never ordered or used. I dont think anyone should order proactive if this is the type of business you will recieve. I want ALL my money back!

VitaClear Rip-off

About 2 months ago I went on-line to purchase "proactiv". As I completed my purchased I was offered a free trial of "vitaclear", which would be shipped along with my purchase of proavtiv. There was absolutely no mention of any additional charges to be placed on my credit card thereafter. The vitaclear vitamins were a horrible product and never would consider continuing to purchase such a vitamin. A few weeks later I received a charge on my credit card in the amount of $33.95. I immediately called to inquire on the unauthorized charge on my account. They stated they already shipped a supply of vitaclear and I would need to ship the package back to receive my credit. I did so just after. The following money I did not receive a credit but another charge, never even receiving their product in the mail.
This is nothing but a scam and I suggest Proactiv, being such a reputable company, not to be associated with such a horrible scam.

I ordered Proactive a few months ago for my kids and after the 30 day trial I cancelled it. In the meanwhile I received an order of VitaClear which I assumed was part of the Proactive order. When I cancelled Proactive I assumed everything was cancelled but then I received another box of VitaClear. I called to cancel and received a customer service agent who was helpful however somehow not trustworthy. She originally told me to send back the box and a credit would be issued in 4-6 weeks. When I protested that I never ordered this to begin with and challenged how why this wasn't cancelled with the Proactiv order she immediately said my credit would be issued in 3-5 days. I'm skeptical that I will be getting a credit. Something doesn't seem right.

VitaClear Cant contact the company to cancel membership!!??

I ordered the Proactive and the Vitaclear came free with the purchase. I did not know that I would be continuously charged for the vitamins. I was at the understanding that there was a membership with the Proactive company and didnt realize that the two companies were not linked. I called today to talk to a Proactive Rep. and she said that she cannot cancel the membership for the Vitaclear and I think that makes no sense. Proactive needs to drop this worthless company they are tied to because its making their name and customer service look real unprofessional and seem almost as if it is all a scam. Who am I suppose to call to cancel my membership with this Vitaclear company, they dont answer there phone I have been waiting for a rep for the past 30 minutes to even answer my call. I work for retail and we would go out of business if we treated our customer's this way! Absolutley unexceptable.

VitaClear charging me without permission

When I ordered vitaclear with my proactive pack, the customer service rep asked me if I wanted to try a 30-day trial of the product for only a dollar a box. Of course that was a great offer so why not? She also asked me if I wanted to continue the membeship for only 8 dollars a box, but I declined the offer wanting to try it before I committed. About 2 months later I recieved a 60 package of Vitaclear that I asked NOT to recieve. Thinking I was only going to be charged 8 dollars for it anyways, I left it on the counter unopened. About 2 months after that, I recieved anoter 60-day package and, again, I left it unopened thinking I was only being charged 8 dollars anyways. I had noticed an abnormal decline in my checking account and decided to look into it. I had found that every month for 4 months, vitaclear had been taking out 64 dollars from my account without my permission, adding up to a total of 256 dollars. Obviously I called the company and asked them what was going on. Their rep told me to return ALL of the packages I had recieved for a FULL refund. I did wat she asked and about a month later called in to check on the progress since I had not seen anything returned to my account. ANOTHER rep then told me that I would not be refunded for the first package I had recieved because the 60-day money-back gurantee, which I was also not aware of, was out of date. They refuse to work with me about te money that they wrongly remmoved from my account. My advice is keep track of who has what permission to be in your account becuase you might come across a scam like this.

I signed up to receive Proactive because a member of my family was suffering with acne and wanted to try it. I was given Vitaclear free sample in my kit from Proactive. THEN they charged my account for a 3 months supply without my consent. I WILL NEVER use this product, am sending it back unopened and will never use Proactive either.
It is a shame that it turned out this way because Proactive is decent product, their business practices are terrible. I don't see how you can give something away to try as a sample, then charge them for a 3 months supply (total $98.82). I don't do business that way and will boycott any company which takes advantage of their clients this way. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID.

I purchased the VitaClear Vitamins when I ordered ProActive since they are from the same makers as ProActive, Guthy-Renker LLC.

I ordered the free month supply to try them out and see how they work, on the website it notified me to cancel before the 30days of trial period was up and I would no be billed anymore for them. I tried them and was not satisfied with their VitaClear vitamins because they did not work for me. I am a busy single mother and forgot to cancel the vitamins until I seen on credit card statement that I was being billed $32.94 for the vitamins.

I called [protected] on July 1st 2017 and I reached a women and told her what happened, why I did not want them and that I wanted to go ahead and just cancel the whole thing all together. She informed me that everything was taking care of I would not be billed anymore and to return the vitamins when I receive them for a refund.

A month later on August 2nd 2017 I seen on my credit card statement that I was billed again for $32.94 and this time it shown that this was a 2/3 payment that this company would be charging me! Keep in mind that I have yet to receive the first set of VitaClear vitamins from July. I called hem back and asked them why was I billed again? I already canceled these vitamins! I was told that these vitamins are a 3month supply and that’s what I’m being billed for. I told her that I was never told nothing about this, and again that I already cancelled them. She told me when I receive them to return them for a refund.

So I’m just supposed to just let you guys make unauthorized charges to my credit card when I haven’t even received the first vitamins I just cant afford it and Its no right. When I asked to speak to her manager she told me that there was no manager I could talk to? I called my credit card company and told them what happened and I am currently in the process of filling a Dispute against this company. I have also had to cancel my credit card just so that they could not bill me for vitamins that I have never received to this day and its August 15th 2017.

I would not advise anyone to purchase VitaClear they personally did not work for me and this company is a total scam because for some reason it is so difficult to cancel these vitamins and that’s very suspicious.Once they have your credit card number they will continue to charge you!

I have done research online about this company and there are numerous pages of complaints made about people trying to get their money back and VitaClear keeps charging them without permission, they never received the product, how they cant cancel these vitamins, and people eventually had to just cancel their credit card because you cannot trust VitaClear with your personal credit card.

VitaClear Unauthorized charges!

I placed an order with ProActive and was asked if I'd like to try some new vitamins (VitaClear) for only the cost of shipping. ($2.00) I thought they were trying to promote a new proactive product. This was completely wrong. I received the ProActive and a couple of weeks later the vitamins showed up. I got worried when 2 more weeks passed by and a much larger box of the vitamins arrived. I went on line to contact the company and the first web sites that came up were packed with complaints about this product. People claimed it was automatically billed to their credit cards without their permission, and though they had repeatedly contacted the company and canceled the mailings the charges continued. I checked my credit card bill and sure enough there was a $33.00 fee for 1/2 the cost of the box they sent me. (Evidently they bill you the other half a month later .) I called them right away to inform them I would be returning their product and could they please cancel the account I did not create with them. The lady was very pushy about it and I had to state several times over that I wanted the product canceled.

I then proceeded to contact my credit card company and have them suspend the payment. Now I will be sending back this trojan horse (at my own expense of course.) I also canceled my account with ProActive to send the message to them that this kind of scamming is unacceptable and they should disassociate themselves with VitaClear. They canceled my account without question when I mentioned my reasons. Guess they have a lot of angry customers right now.

the same exact thing happened to me except i recieved 2 packages of vita clear and when i called the company to cancel my "account" with them they were very rude and said that they will not be able to refund the money for anything i had already recieved... I then called the ProActiv company and cancelled with them because first they scammed me into ordering this product and second because their product did not work at all..
