Bought a Samsung LCD by the end of November but was told that the TV is on back-order and will be delivered 10 days after my purchase. Ten days later I called Video only asking about why they haven't called me, they said that it is still not in the store. Two weeks later I called, nothing. 3 weeks later, 4 weeks later... I then called to tell them that if they don't have my TV then I will need my money back, they said, unapologetically, fine... I then went to the store to get my money refunded, after I signed the refund slip, they tell me that the refund will not show on my account...

this may not seem extreme, but with the other reports, i thought this could be informative: i bought a TV for very good price on saturday. i was told it could be be delivered on sunday. i was told i would be called sunday at 11am and it would be delivered 2-3 hours after that. so, i was called at 11.30 on sunday and told they would be there between 3.30 and 5.30, to which i responded i had plans at 5pm. they said they would be there closer to 3.30pm and if not, they would call me to re-schedule. so 5pm came and there was no call, so i called the store and told them the situation. This complaint is about Video Only sales practices and customer service. On 5/23/09 purchased a TV set using a credit card from them with the understanding that the product was on backorder it would be received in about a week or less. Not only did that not occur but I have not received product or was I proactively kept informed about its status for around three weeks. Nevertheless the full purchase price of the TD was charged my credit card from date of purchase which appeared on my credit card statement online in about three days. Video Only / charging fees

I signed up for automatic payment on the GE money website. GE doesn't get through the bank and I put in the right routing and account number because I checked with the bank. GE company should have notified me that they're not getting the payment, instead they were charging late fee. If I have known this, I would have paid it sooner. This is not right and I have enough balance in my checking account.
