Today at 18:00 SAST ValleySeek submitted a fraudulent and unauthorised credit card transaction against a credit card expiring in 24 hours. We have contacted the bank to freeze the account and reverse payment. We have tried in vain to get a hold of ValleySeek on their contact details provided. We have left messages. The transaction was for close on $500. Does the US have the equivalent of a consumer rights ombud to help with investigations?
