I found ValleyVet online when doing a Google search for do-it-yourself dog vaccines. The price was cheaper than Tractor Supply and honestly, less confusing when it came to shipping options and when you would get it by. We ordered the 10-in-one plus lyme vaccines for our 3 dogs. Everything arrived on cold packs and packed carefully so no breakage during shipment. Directions were clear and we had no issue administering the vaccines to the dogs. Thank you ValleyVet for a seemingly good product that saved us hundreds this year at the vet!

It was very easy to order and I received regular reminders as to how my product was being processed. I am very happy. I would like to talk to one of your vets regarding the use of Ivermectin for a kitten with Leukemia. I have heard that it works on cancers and am wondering if you have had any experience with this. We received the warmer, and the horses didn't seem to have a problem with this particular wormer like they have with others in the past. The other thing we ordered was a safety harness, but I didn't come with any instructions, and it looked more like a breast collar. When you went out to the company's website. It gave no instructions either other than it kept talking about the brow band, and the nose band which this did not have. Valley vet handled. It perfectly refunded her money no problems. We use a Valleyvet for everything regarding our horses.

First, no one but no one beats Valley in processing speed. Orders are received really fast, always! Second, they must turn inventory quickly because I never get a product with an expiration date close to received date, usually more than a year away. Third, when I need them to contact my vet for an RX or a refill, they do it immediately (or next business day if weekend) AND they follow up with vet if needed. Love ordering from a fair, reliable, trusted pet partner like Valley Vet! The only time I use another vendor is if Valley Vet doesn't have the drug.

I just bought a Myler bit from ValleyVet and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. They had three different options for the bit, but only two of them had the mouth size listed as 5". I figured the third one was also a 5" since they were all Myler Combo Bits, but when it arrived it was actually a 6" which wasn't even an option.

I was a little bummed out, but I called up their customer service and talked to a Rep. She was super nice and understanding, and she sent me a return label right away. I shipped it back to them and just got the correct bit today.

I recently had a bit of a mix-up with my supplement order from Stateline Tack. I had ordered a whopping $400 worth of supplements, and they had estimated that the items would ship within a week. However, on the last day that they were supposed to ship, I received an email update saying that the items would now be shipping in 5 more days. Who knows how long it would take for them to arrive after that! Unfortunately, this wouldn't work for me as I had an upcoming trip to Texas and needed the supplements before then. So, I decided to cancel the order and look elsewhere.

That's when I stumbled upon Valley Vet. I placed my order on a Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offered FREE ground shipping. I wasn't expecting the items to arrive for at least a few days, but to my surprise, they arrived on Wednesday - just two days later! I was thrilled with how fast the shipping was and couldn't believe how quickly Valley Vet had gotten my order to me.

From now on, I'll definitely be ordering all of my supplements from Valley Vet. I learned my lesson - sometimes it's better to go with a company that you know you can rely on. I just got my hands on some Bravecto from Valley Vet for my furry friend's flea and tick control. Let me tell you, ordering from them was a breeze and it didn't break the bank like my local vet. I'm pretty stoked about that!

Now, let's talk about the product itself. Bravecto claims to keep those pesky fleas and ticks at bay for a solid 3 months. Our pup has been on it for about 10 weeks now and I recently found a tick attached to him. I haven't seen any fleas, which is a good sign, but we don't usually come across them too often anyway. So, I'm not sure how reliable that is as a measure of its effectiveness.

I'm going to give it another go and see if we come across any more ticks over the next 3 months. Winter is the prime time for ticks in California, so it'll be a good test. Fingers crossed that it works better this time around!

When I was trying to place my order on Valley Vet's website, I had some trouble logging into my account. I tried to reset my password, but unfortunately, I was not able to access my account. I was disappointed because I wanted to see my order history and track my current order. However, I was happy to receive my order at my doorstep, even though I did not receive any communication about when it would be delivered.

I am satisfied with the products I received, but I am frustrated with the lack of communication from Valley Vet. I was promised an email about my order and its shipping status, but I have not received anything. I would appreciate it if Valley Vet could contact me and help me fix my account issues. I want to be able to log in and see my order history and track my current order.

Overall, I think Valley Vet has good products, but they need to improve their communication with customers. It would be helpful if they could send out emails about order status and delivery times. Additionally, they should make it easier for customers to reset their passwords and access their accounts. I hope Valley Vet takes my feedback into consideration and makes some changes to improve their customer service.

I got my package from ValleyVet and when I opened it, I was disappointed to find out that there were no fittings on the tank. I was really looking forward to using it, but I couldn't without the fittings. I immediately called ValleyVet and the ladies on the phone were really nice. They told me that they would contact the 2nd party and that the parts were on the way. I was relieved to hear that and waited patiently for the parts to arrive.

When the parts finally arrived, I was excited to finally be able to use the tank. However, to my dismay, there was still no way to attach a fitting to it. I was really frustrated at this point and didn't know what to do. I decided to go on Amazon and order a bulkhead fitting. I drilled the tank and installed it, hoping that it would work. The inside of the tank wasn't flat, so I wasn't sure if it would create a good seal. I was going to fill it up today and see what happens.

As I flipped the tank over, I noticed a hole in the flat part of the tank. I was really confused and frustrated at this point. This was definitely not what I had requested, and I had to plug the hole before I could fill it up. I was really disappointed that I had to go through all this trouble just to use the tank. I tried to save a few bucks by buying from ValleyVet, but it didn't work out. I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you want to avoid these kinds of problems.

I gotta say, I've been getting my dog's meds from ValleyVet and I'm thinking of getting my other pup's stuff from them too. The prices are usually better than the other guys, and once they get the prescription info from my vet they ship it out quick. Sometimes it takes a bit for them to process the info, but I ain't sure if that's my vet's fault or ValleyVet's. Their shipping prices are kinda high though, and you gotta spend more to get free shipping than some other places. But I like that they use UPS and I can have it sent to the UPS store near me. That way it don't sit outside my house all day getting messed up by the sun while I'm at work. Overall, I'm pretty happy with ValleyVet.

Now, I'm not one to hold a grudge, but this one phone call really made me think twice about where I'm getting my medications from. I mean, if this is how they treat their customers, what else are they doing wrong? I'm just really disappointed, you know?

Valley Vet is the best place to order your pet's medication and bandaging products. I've ordered from them multiple times and every time, the processing and shipping have been super fast. They don't have a 24/7 pharmacy, but their shipping is so fast that it doesn't even matter. I've tried ordering from their competitors who have a 24/7 pharmacy, but their shipping was VERY slow EVERY time. It was especially frustrating when my pet was critically ill and needed medication urgently.

One time, I received medication (oral antibiotic) that was labeled "Use as Directed". But when I read the label, only half of the instructions were there! It was THEIR fault, but I had to waste time taking pictures of the incorrect labeling and making follow-up calls to make sure the problem was corrected. It was so frustrating, especially since I had to give my kitten 8 medications every 8 hours and he wasn't eating. I had to offer him food hourly just to try to save him.

But with Valley Vet, I've never had any problems like that. Their customer service is great and their shipping is always fast. I'm so grateful for Valley Vet and I highly recommend them to all pet owners.

And for all you animal lovers out there, I just wanted to give you an update on my kitten, MI2. Although he's still medicated, he's doing GREAT 5 months out of the ICU and will be celebrating his first birthday in 5 weeks! Thank you, Valley Vet, for helping me save my kitten's life.

I just wanted to share my experience with Valleyvet.com. I recently ordered some pet products from their website, including four Seresto collars and four boxes of Heartgard Plus. Unfortunately, my experience with their products was not a good one.

One of my dogs had a terrible reaction to the Seresto collar, which was very concerning. Additionally, two of my other dogs became very sick after taking the Heartgard Plus. I ended up spending a lot of money on vet bills - around $1800 in total - to try and help my dogs recover.

When I contacted Valleyvet.com to let them know about the issues I had experienced with their products, I was disappointed with their response. They told me that there was nothing they could do about it, and that I could not return the unused boxes of Heartgard Plus or the Seresto collars.

Before I placed my order, I had spoken to two individuals at Valleyvet.com and asked them where their products came from. They assured me that everything came directly from the manufacturer. However, when I contacted the Merial company that makes Heartgard Plus, they told me that they do not distribute their products to Valleyvet.com. This was very concerning to me, as it seemed like I had been lied to by Valleyvet.com.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Valleyvet.com. Not only did their products make my dogs sick, but they also did not stand behind their products or offer any kind of solution to the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for pet products.

I didn't realize that the sheets were drop-shipped from Kensington, but when I decided to return them, Valley Vet took them back without any issues. I've been a loyal customer of Valley Vet for years, and I've never been disappointed with their service.

However, I want to warn customers who purchase OTC veterinary products like flea collars, Frontline, or Cheristin. Most manufacturers of these products only sell to veterinarians, not online sources like Valley Vet. Some unscrupulous veterinarians may buy large quantities of these products and resell them to online shops, which is known as "diversion." While some manufacturers like Elanco put tracking codes in the cartons and will cut off sales to veterinarians caught diverting product, most don't bother. If you purchase a diverted product online to save money, and you have any issues with the product, you're on your own.

If you need FDA-approved drugs that require a prescription, Valley Vet is accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. However, unless your veterinarian doesn't carry a particular drug, it might be better to purchase directly from them, especially for drugs like insulin that require refrigeration. Overall, I highly recommend Valley Vet for their excellent customer service and reliable products.

So, I got my order from ValleyVet last night. They're asking me to rate it already, but I haven't even had a chance to take it to the barn yet. It's kinda hard to give a rating without using the product, ya know? But I gotta say, the ordering process was smooth and the delivery was on point. They even followed up to make sure I got my stuff. I just got my order from ValleyVet and I gotta say, I'm a little bummed out. I ordered a whole gallon of chlorhexidiene solution and three bottles of Synothovial Seven. The Synthovial was all squished up in the bubble wrap, right next to the gallon bottle. I mean, come on guys, give the little guys some space! All three of the Synthovial boxes were totally flattened. And to top it all off, the wrap on the eyedropper was busted open, so now it's not even sterile anymore.

Now, don't get me wrong, I love ValleyVet's products. They're top notch and the prices are pretty good too. But this packing situation was a real letdown. I mean, I don't want to be injecting anything into my body that's been squished and contaminated.

Overall, I'd still recommend ValleyVet for their great products and prices. But maybe they could work on their packing game a little bit.

I gotta say, it took a hot minute for ValleyVet to get my prescription sent over to my vet. And when I finally got the bottle, the dosage was all messed up! I was freaking out, thinking I wouldn't be able to refill on time. But I shot them an e-mail and they got back to me pretty darn quick. They said they'd talk to my vet and send me an e-mail once they figured it out. But it's been a whole month and I still haven't gotten that e-mail.

But hey, at least I got the product real fast and at a sweet price. So I reckon I'll give 'em another go.

I recently bought some 5 way dog vaccinations from ValleyVet and I gotta say, the product itself was pretty good. The shots came in their own little packages and were shipped to me pretty quick, like within 24 hours. But here's the thing, when I got the package, I took it straight off the UPS truck and brought it inside. And when I opened it up, I noticed that the ice packs that were supposed to keep the shots cool were completely thawed out and at room temperature. I don't know how long they were like that, but I was hoping they would still be a little cool, you know?

Anyway, I didn't have any issues with the actual vaccinations themselves, so that's good. But I just wish the ice packs had done their job a little better. Maybe ValleyVet could look into better packaging or something to keep the shots cool during shipping. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.

ValleyVet is the bomb when it comes to getting my hands on LACTATED RINGERS SOLUTION 1000 ML. I've been using them for a hot minute now and they've always come through for me. Even though the companies that make the solution have changed over time, the product has stayed the same. That is, until I got my hands on the BAXTER-LACTATED RINGERS SOLUTION 1000 ML. Don't get me wrong, it's still a solid product, but it's missing the 1/2 ML markings that the other solutions had. It's not a big deal, but when you're trying to administer 1.5 ML, having that extra reference point can be clutch. Overall, ValleyVet is still my go-to for all my animal needs.

I just got myself an Easy Lift Muck Bucket Cart from Valley Vet. The process of ordering was pretty easy, but I gotta say, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected for something made right here in the USA. When the Cart finally arrived, I was pretty excited to put it together and start using it. But, lo and behold, there were no holes where the Cart should attach to the handle! Can you believe it? So, we had to bust out the drill and make our own holes through the steel before we could finish assembling the Cart.

But, once we got it all put together, I gotta say, it's a pretty handy little thing. It seems pretty sturdy and it's perfect for quick stall tidy-ups. I'm pretty happy with it overall, but I gotta say, the whole missing holes thing was a bit of a bummer.

ValleyVet is not a good place to do business with. I noticed on their website that they post pictures of items that they supposedly have in stock. They even say that they have up to 20 of those items. But when you give them your money, they take it very quickly and then they come back and tell you that they need to try to get the item from another supplier. It's like they don't even have the item that they are selling in the first place. So, if you're thinking about buying something from ValleyVet, you should be very careful. They might take your money and then leave you with nothing.

ValleyVet is a good place to get your vet meds from. I had a mare with a torn eyelid and I ran out of vet meds for her. My vet is over an hour away and the trip costs $100. I waited a whole week for the meds to arrive but my vet had not heard from ValleyVet for verification of the order. I was getting worried about my mare's health. So, I went to Tractor Supply to find something to help the horse and bought what they had. Finally, my order arrived after the Mycrocin AH had it controlled.

I used ValleyVet in the past from South Florida and I don't remember them being slow to contact my vet or send the product. Maybe they need to tweek their system a bit? Overall, I am satisfied with the product and the service. I would recommend ValleyVet to anyone who needs vet meds. They have a wide variety of products and the prices are reasonable. The only thing that needs improvement is their communication with the vets. It would be great if they could speed up the process of verifying orders with the vets. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase and will continue to use ValleyVet in the future.

Valley Vet ain't the best place to buy clothes if you're looking for a friendly return policy. I learned that the hard way when I ordered four pairs of jeans from them. All of them were the same brand and type, but two were pre-washed and the other two weren't. When I got them, I noticed that the non-pre-washed ones looked and felt totally different from the others. I didn't like them at all, so I decided to return them and exchange them for two of the pre-washed ones.

But guess what? It cost me $23 to return them! That's almost the same price as a pair of jeans! I was so mad, because it totally blew the small value that they had on the price of their jeans. I mean, come on, Valley Vet, can't you cut your customers a break? I won't be ordering clothes from them again, that's for sure.

i bought one or two items over the years. i'm not a big fan, their prices are the same as everyone elses and shipping is high. now i get their paper junk mail every week sometimes a few times a week. i call, i email, i fill out their unsubscribe page. i don't want their catalogues. its junk, it goes inthe dumps. it makes the world a very dirty place. i have bad knees, i have an arm in a sling. i fall all the time when i have to carry their paper garbage to the recycle bin. i promise i will never purchase anything from these [censored]s again. i never asked for their catalogues. i cant stand anything in printed ink. leave me alone

We ordered 6 double door pet carriers and paid promptly online. The quantity available online said they had 20. After they took our money, customer service came back and at first said they only had two, then they said they didn't have any, then, they claimed we cancelled our order and we did not. What these people are doing is placing an image online when they are not in possession of the item. They are in short, stealing from the consumer, because I don't think they have any intention of getting the item for you.

I found an item I desperately needed for about 50 dollars. The website showed it in stock. It's important.
I chose the next day shipping and added that if there wasn't possible to deliver the same day, I would be glad if they contacted me. And provided my phone number.
I got no confirmation and no tracking number, but the money was charged. I called them and asked what happened and why they hadn't contacted me like I asked. They only said that my purchase was backordered for several weeks due to its unavailability at their warehouse.
Well, I don't need the item in three weeks, I want it now. Unfortunately, they don't care...
