USGoldLine.com Rip off / scam!

A person by the name of Angel called me offering to help me rebuild my credit with the purchase of their credit card. They would debit my bank account (the call was on 2/27/08) on 3/7/08 and 3/14/08 $125 each for a total of $250, and in return they would issue me their credit card with an available balance of $2500 with no apr. Like a fool -- I gave them my name, address, birthday, social security number, and account info to my checking account. I have not heard anything from them and they have no reasonable answers to my phone calls. I would like to institute fraud charges against them but do not know how.

YES, I HAD THIS PROBLEM TOO THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A CARD WITH $2500.00 but it turned out to be a scam to get $250.00 out of my account i was sceptical but i did it any way i should have been more careful times are hard iwant my money back!

Whoever has dealt with this company in the past certainly has my sympathy. I agreed to accept their card several months ago, then sort of forgot about it. Then my wife noticed mysterious auto-debits to our account. After calling our bank and then THEIR bank, we got a phone number and called THEM. They are threatening to HURT my credit report by saying that I didn't pay them all of their fees for whatever they think a person owes them for. We are having our bank bar them from making any further debits. And also, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Everyone needs to complain about any kind of scam activity they see in order to help others.

USGOLDLINE SUCKS!

They charging my account diffenrently and took that $250.00 They are a scam, a fraud and I need help! They are useless credit card company that made promises.

this is true they were out to get the ones who were just being honest about finaces and this sounded good to gain our credit.i was one too and this just not right...

they told me it was a credit card they did not tell me i have to have a computer and i don't have one . and all i want is my money back and the number they give they put you on hold and they never answer. they are still taking money out of my checking account it's a scam. from charles holloway

Im also receiving calls from this #, I think my # was released by a pay day advance loan company that promised they would not release my info, which I guess was a lie.
